Red Mill Cold Stone has always been one of my go-to locations and I've visited many times, but unfortunately my recent experience with Immi, who I believe may be the manager since he was not in Cold Stone attire, was extremely disappointing. From the moment he walked in, he had a nasty demeanor and poor attitude. He asked what I wanted to order, but while I was explaining my order he completely walked away and disregarded me mid-conversation. I ordered a kids cotton candy ice cream with Kit Kat and asked for the topping to be mixed in. He told me he "couldn't mix it in because it was a kids size," which made no sense because I have ordered this exact same kids create-your-own order multiple times before at this and other Cold Stone locations. The whole point of the kids create-your-own is being able to choose a topping and have it prepared properly. On the positive side, Ava was extremely polite, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout the interaction. She was professional and kind despite the situation. I truly wish I could tip her directly because she absolutely deserved it. Unfortunately, the experience with Immi completely overshadowed the visit. read more

Cold Stone is one of my favorite dessert spots that offers decadent ice cream and with the weather warming up, what better place to go to for a delicious treat. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away. I knew exactly what I wanted so I ordered a "Love It" size scoop of Sweet Cream ice cream with brownies, cookie dough, caramel and fudge. We also ordered a "Love It" size Oreo Overload in an Oreo waffle bowl. The Oreo Overload consists of Sweet Cream ice cream with chocolate chips, double Oreo cookie and fudge. Both flavors were chocolatey and delicious and the Oreo Overload inside of the Oreo waffle bowl was the perfect creamy and crunchy combination. Our order did come up to $20 but it was worth every bite! When you are having a sweet craving or just want great tasting ice cream, definitely head to Cold Stone!!! read more

The store has literally been open for 5 minutes and the place is filthy, like-disgustingly dirty. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in weeks, making me wonder if it was safer to skip hand washing because touching anything could be worse. This is one of the best locations in the USA. They have ran off all other competitors in the entire area. Their ice cream is fresh and delicious. Run! Just came from there and that place ever since they changed ownership, it's a complete rip off. The new owner, an Indian guy with a bad attitude asked me what I wanted. I requested the small cup and when I asked him to place it on a cone, he first tried to upsell me by place it on the biggest cone he had. I told him that I didn't need it in that big cone as it would have been way too big, but to try the smaller size cone. He grabbed half the portion of the ice cream that he had initially placed it on the cup. He scooped half of it, a very small scoop, and placed it on the smaller cone. I looked at him concerned if what he had just done. He didn't seem to care one way or another and handed me the small cone. I looked at it like what had just happened, and charged me $10.99 for two little cones. I have never experienced this at any Coldstone ever! I asked him if management has changed andwhy would he charge me almost $11 for two tiny cones. and he just said that the prices have Why do businesses think they can rip off people in that manner. read more

With how my local Coldstone's operate, and what our family has come to expect, this location did not deliver. The staff were not friendly, and a lot of their ice cream flavors were empty. Also, i'm not sure if it was because of the Covid situation or not, but their restroom was closed to the public. That makes it kind of hard when you have kids eating ice cream. I was not impressed, and probably would not return to this location if I visited the area again. read more

I like this location for Cold Stone. It's never really really crowded and it's in the nice clean Red Mill shopping mall. Employees are usually prompt and polite and their ice cream satisfies my craving for something creamy and delish when I'm in the mood. They make the ice cream at the store and create your ice cream mix-in creation when you order whether you order from their signature selections or if you choose to create your own. I usually get either the banana caramel signature or the strawberry banana rendezvous. read more

This CSC is overrun with teenagers that just wanna hang out with their friends. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in if their friends are talking to them. Forget about getting their attention when they're 30 minutes from closing. You're inconveniencing them. High school hangout is what I call it. It's a shame, though, because I live for Coffee Lovers' Only and need my fix at times. Of course, the ice cream was good. They can't really mess up something pre-made. Couldn't be more happy with my visit to cold stone. My husband and daughter went the other day and despite them being fairly busy, they made sure to greet us with a warm smile and respect. It saddens me the way these customers treat the employees! They're just teenagers and definitely don't deserve rudeness for no good reason! I saw with my own two eyes a man get upset because his very complex order took more than 5 minutes to finish. If you've been to one you've been to them all. This particular location was not any different. Same amazing flavors paired with oh so yummy toppings! I noticed they had a special ice cream concoction based on Wonder Woman.. gold flakes on top?? They also had mango sorbet which almost everyone in front of me ordered. The worst experience in my life in this location. We came 20 min before they were ready to close. But without any "hi" they were looking like "Wt* did u come? We r closing". They just put all chairs on top of tables in front of our faces. She threw me my ice cream without asking what size I want or giving any lid for the cup. When my husband ask for a cone (he was ordering after me) she just told they r out. This most recent trip was very disappointing as we have been using this location for almost 7 years...one person behind the counter running the entire store! She was amazing, very professional and courteous quick and thankful! Here is the butt the cakes cupcakes and cookies in the freezer have not only gone up in price but the portion of actual ice cream in them was a joke! I have to say I am extremely disappointed in Cold Stone Creamery at the Red Mill location. I called to ask about hours and was met with a rude and annoyed "hello?" And was hung up on when I spoke. Called again, received the same greeting from another employee- still no mention of the establishment, I thought I was calling the wrong number! I said i was calling to see if they were still open and was met with "uh no we're sorta closed." As a service industry manager I am appalled at the lack of customer service. i went to this establishment today in order to try a different icecream with my kids. Went in and my mask failed to cover my nose, so she told me to pull it up. My kid did not have a mask on and i fail to believe that if there was a virus that it could discriminate against age and with this being the most deadliest virus it is hilarious that the two serving me are wearing daisy duke shorts and short sleeve shorts. Makes no sense. So then the girl making the ice cream uses her ungloved hands to pull her bacteria filled cotton mask back over her nose and the she proceeds to make icecream by hand. Well that was it, I had to leave. I visit this store often not only because of my favorite dessert but because of the customer service however on this particular day I was unimpressed. The young gentleman working the register was incredibly rude and sarcastic for absolutely no reason. It seemed as if I was just a nuisance from the moment I walked into the store. I believe there are still good people in this world so of course the second young gentleman in the store (Austin) was absolutely a breath of fresh air and accommodated me with nothing but generosity and respect. Omg this place smells like a wet animal store or something rotten when you walk in. It's so dirty looking inside, like the staff doesn't even clean up. I asked for a waffle bowl and the lady who made my ice cream put it in a waffle cone. I said I asked for a waffle bowl and she replied: "we don't have any." Which I would think is stupid because they are able to make it since they specialize in it. So I said I don't want it, I'll pay for the 3 ice creams and you are rude to customers. Good service! Everyone working was so happy, we got samples and tried their seasonal Dark Peppermint Chocolate and the Gingerbread. We both got love it sizes and were extremely happy! The store was clean, the servers were friendly, the ice scream was good as always, this location only received two stars because we waited close to 30 minutes to order, this location is tiny and seems to be understaffed (it's not the staffs fault) but maybe more people available to take orders would speed things up a bit? Also this store is tiny, it's half the size of a regular cold stone so I'm sure that doesn't help with congestion. read more

I went in and had amazing service from these two girls (one was a little shorter and had dark hair and the other was a little taller with blonde hair).
