My review is for Sylvia's Sweet Treats that runs through this location. We hired Sylvia for our wedding after seeing her team at a wedding expo and I have to say, Sylvia was amazing! What we envisioned was what she gave us! We went for a tasting and the cakes were amazing! We wanted a cake pop tower with a 2 tier cake, and it wasn't an issue for her. She even gave us $100 off and some ice cream for booking with her! :) And delivered 30 miles to our venue! The marble cake pops were TO DIE FOR! Our top tier was SO hard to save because our chocolate espresso cake was AMAZING! We couldn't have asked for a better set up! It was BEAUTIFUL! I only wish we could've afforded caramel apple bar :( As a chef, I usually have trouble enjoying food and desserts, but what she gave us was incredible. Thank you so much Sylvia! Never done a review before, but after this last visit. I need to say something now. If you have a new member/coworker on your team and they are asking for help, help them. This member was having trouble making smoothies, which by the way came out horrible, the member had asked for some assistance, but the other said they were helping a customer. I'm all for helping a customer, but if I see a new member struggling, but asking for help. I think it's in poor taste not to help them regardless of lines. I'm sorry, but this location needs to make some changes. This is about 3rd or 4th time I have witnessed this type of behavior. That's not good. I hope changes are made. I enjoy coming to this franchise, I would hate to see it go down hill because of bad eggs. read more

I have never had an issue at this location and everyone is nice , but I went in yesterday night for ice cream and got sick. My boyfriend immediately started throwing up after the ice cream and I started throwing up with diarrhea a few hours after. We got the ice cream at 8:30 , he started throwing up around 9:30 and I started throwing up at 6am. I'm just commenting to raise awareness for customers and staff. Please make sure your temperatures are where they need to be and possibly watching for melting/ refreezing. As for customers, be aware and buy at your own risk lol read more

I visited today with my kids around 5 pm. The employee Vanessa rocks here. Friendly face and was super patient, smiling and was fast as can be. The only issue was that this awesome team member was working by herself. She didnt say so, but im observant and noticed this. Now this did not stop her from multitasking like crazy and greeting everyone that walked in, but I see it as a safety issue. So if the store manager, franchise owner, corporate office or who ever operates this location reads this, stop putting your employees at risk and have some overlapping coverage or get some employees that have an availibilty to assist this God send of an employee you have. My fiancé and I went here for a "cake tasting" 1st off the samples were so small we barley could have a bite each. Then the owner bad mouth other company's saying no one is better than her cakes or cheaper! Let me says we went the next weekend and found someone better AND cheaper. Also she wanted us to have a Sunday ice cream bar and told us how "outdated" candy bars are guess what? We are having a candy bar because it is what we could afford so I guess we are outdated people! Also, she told us if we didn't book on the spot she would have to have charge us a delivery free but we needed time to think about it since we are paying for our wedding. She pushed us the whole appt to book with her we hated feeling pressure like that Bottom line: bad mouthing other company's to get business is wrong and also saying how we are outdated for having candy bar to try to sell us your Sunday bar is just wrong! Yummy I stuck to my original fav from way back ...the founders favorite and it was delicious even more so with a sweet friend..I also tried the strawberry (eh one of the strawberry creations) it's was really good too. I ordered a milkshake but was told they were out of milk and could not make it. No milk at an ice cream shop. Unacceptable. Lost revenue for them. My girlfriend asked for cake as a blend in and the girl at the counter said she thought they were out and said she would check the back for scraps. She actually said scraps. Way to make the customer feel like they are getting a quality product. So gracious if you to offer us your "scraps" from the "back". I will make sure to never visit this place again as they seem unprepared for customers. read more

I was very embarrassed and it was closing time so I couldn't go home for my wallet. I went there yesterday With my girls. Customer service is mediocre at best. She was rushing my kids and seemed irritated that they asked to sample the flavors. I'm not sure she smiled until the very end when we were leaving. My young girls even know that customer service is everything! We spent $15 on ice cream for three people and for that I expect a little more patience. We were the only ones there at the time so it's not as if there was a long line behind us. It was the perfect opportunity to give the best customer service so we would return. Oh well as soon as my gift cards are gone, then we won't return again. read more

My first time visiting this location. Monday, November 20 around 5 pm. I've been to several in Ontario and Chino Hills, but this by far has to be one of the best experiences by far. My husband and I walked in and were greeted right away. The girl working was very sweet, kind, and patient and I appreciate that. She also honored my coupon from another location. Throughout the whole transaction, we had small talk and not to mention, the store was clean. I had asked for a sample towards the end of the ordering process and without hesitation she went to get it. The only negative thing I have to say is that this shop is a little out of the way, but if I'm ever craving Cold Stone, this would be my first choice because of the awesome service and tasty ice cream. read more

Went here with my boyfriend after we both decided we haven't had coldstones in awhile and we should treat ourselves. This coldstones is located in the vons shopping center In a weird corner. Don't blink you'll miss it. While walking up we weren't sure if they were open but went in to an empty store. We were immediately greeted by a nice guy who was more than happy to help us. That was a nice welcome. Ice cream was great. I wish they had snickers but I settled for butterfinger. Meanwhile another couple came in and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady.
