Stepped in here to grab a treat and get out of the rain, plenty of treats here and excellent service but only one small table with a few chairs inside so it's first come first serve, weather permitting there are a few benches outside the store front. Two medium cups one coffee lovers with caramel and broken bits of a heath bar, the other pretty simple after asking for banana ice cream the accommodating attendant offered to incorporate a fresh banana into a few scoops of vanilla ice cream which turned out to be delicious both totaled just under $16.00 - not the best value but it is what it is. I've only visited one other Cold Stone Creamery but that was probably more than a decade ago and now I realize why, it's just okay in my opinion. This Florida heat has bore down on me relentlessly on this long day; coldstone creamery was the remedy I sought. I arrived with my acquaintance at 9:20 ish and ordered 2 ice creams, as always they were delectable! For real though, sadly the service while not terrible was very hostile, I understand the frustration with customers before closing, but with a full 40 minutes and us being quiet and nice I feel the clear disdain and frustration was a little much. read more

Can't recommend for those with allergies, or in general really. First and least importantly-- not the workers fault, but they were severely understaffed. Secondly, I've never seen a food service location in my LIFE with less cross contamination prevention. There were OPEN, EXPOSED jars of peanut butter sitting DIRECTLY next to the ice cream tubs, which aren't sealed. There was also VISIBLE contamination between ice cream flavors, including non-allergenic flavors with gluten/nut flavors. Even from a non-allergenic perspective, this lack of sanitation should be jarring to anybody!! I'm surprised I didn't storm out the second I noticed these issues. It's pretty safe to say, as someone with a nut allergy, I will not be returning to a cold stone location anytime soon read more

Third time we have gone here. First two times didn't go great and something was missing in our order... but this time! Guy with long hair just doing whatever with out any gloves, both are super low and he didn't fill them with enough ice cream. But the fact he is touching everything from his hair, to taking money and going right back to getting peoples ice cream together. I'll never come back. And I'll make sure everyone i talk to knows to never step foot in this disgusting place. read more

$2 up charge for nondairy ice cream?!? My wife and I visit Cold Stone when we're on the road, and have NEVER been up charged for nondairy Silk ice cream. Add to that, they only "waved" some Oreo crumbs over her ice cream, and had it in a cup before she even realized. Save your money and visit another location. This one isn't up to par. read more

PLEASE fill up the carton of the "everybody's". When I pay so much for a large container of ice cream I expect it to be as stuffed as an ice cream carton I buy from the grocery store. How hard is it to fill it up?? I pay the full amount, but then I receive half of a container. I shouldn't have to ask two times every time I come in and ask for one. When I get home, i see it's literally filled up halfway. This happens Every. Single. Time. I must not be the only one complaining.. so how do they continue to make the same mistake..? read more

I love cold stone and we have been going here since it first opened in Jacksonville on the other side of town locations in Orange Park and Mandarin in the avenues etc. and now they have one at world golf which is Great for anyone near this area. This cold stone is very good it depends on who mixes your ice cream as to how much mix in's you receive so it varies but it is still nevertheless delicious. The customer service varies I can't say they're unfriendly but I can't say they're brimming with personality. I've been sick recently and all I've been able to get down as ice cream and so I've been indulging in cold stone and I've been introduced to my New favorite snickerdoodle ice cream where they mix and are you ready for your mouth water? Snickerdoodle ice cream, caramel, snickerdoodle cookie dough, and cinnamon it is almost like eating an apple pie but it has snickerdoodle cookie in it I have thought about adding Apple soon as then it would just make it all the more mouthwatering. Another thing I would highly recommend is getting coffee ice cream and chocolate ice cream swirling it together to make mocha and then getting cookie dough I haven't even gone as far as to get golden Oreos or dark Oreos mixed in. It is absolutely delicious and if you want to be a little sinful you could have them throw in some caramel! Coffee ice cream with cookie dough and Oreos with peanut butter mixed in is absolutely delicious as well it sounds a little strange but it is a take on their mud pie Mojo I just don't like nuts and didn't want some of the other things in there and this was just perfect. All I would recommend is that you watch a mix in this and make sure they're putting the right amount in and some of them can be very stingy. I had one of them put two pieces of cookie dough in a quart of ice cream which is not correct. This is such delicious rich ice cream and if you ever get the option to try pistachio or the dark chocolate give it a try you will love it! They don't always have those flavors! This is just such a delicious splurge! Go for it every once in a while, you won't regret it! read more

I've been to multiple Cold Stones. Every single cold stone I've gone to has been great. But this location won't be one I would ever re-visit again. I just moved to Murabella from Jacksonville, and whenever I go to cold stone I think I'll drive to the location all the way in Jacksonville Beach so I don't have to deal with the terrible customer service I dealt with today. I was complaining about my milkshake being too thick and the owner told me to calm down. I also was wearing a face mask because I'm still concerned about Covid and the owner was mocking me for it. The owner is the sole reason why I won't be visiting this cold stone again. read more
