Me and my son just went there today (3-29-26) around 3:15pm. He got a chocolate shake & I got a sm mint with brownie. We ate there then wanted to go shopping but both got Very sick to our stomachs and had to go home right away. They don't give you receipts when you pay with cash either. My son and I visited last night. I had a $3 off $10 coupon using my rewards account and we had a gift card from Christmas, too. My only complaint is that I would've spent almost $20 without the coupons for a Love It Mud Pie Mojo in a waffle bowl and a vanilla shake. Service was good. It was fairly packed for a Saturday night. But, it didn't take too long to place and receive our order. The ladies who were working were all very polite. They have a few small tables, along with a nice selection in the freezer. Disappointing. We had to wait for at least 10 minutes, due to mobile / pick up orders. Not a huge deal. The girls working were clearly having a bad night so we waited patiently, trying not to rush them. However, when we did finally order, our orders were rushed and lacking. We both got "Gotta Have It" sizes to splurge for my birthday. My husband got the One Smart brookie (cookie dough & brownies). I would assume the larger sizes would have more toppings, but apparently they just give you more ice cream - and very minimal toppings. I ordered my favorite, the Strawberry Blonde (strawberry ice cream, graham cracker, strawberries, caramel sauce, whipped cream) but asked to swap the strawberry ice cream out with cheesecake. Instead, the girl made me a Cheesecake Fantasy - cheesecake ice cream, strawberries, blueberries, and graham. Not the same thing. Again, there were hardly any mix-ins, no caramel or whipped cream, and there were blueberries, which I didn't want. I told the cashier I was given the incorrect order, but she didn't apologize or offer to fix it. I asked if I could at least get some whip on top, which she did give me. It's very irritating to pay $7.50 per ice cream for something I didn't even order. There was a large group of 8+ people that came in behind us, so I didn't feel like stressing out the workers more than they already were. Super disappointing though. read more

We were taken care of quickly even though there was a group in front of us. The two gals working tonight were friendly and accomadating for the few samples we requested. Ice cream was creamy and tasted great! (We had tasted freezer burn last time we got ice cream at another ice cream place down the road so we're glad to have great ice cream here!!) I love Cold Stone. I think it's the fixins that make the ice cream. I've found that their bland ice cream is to complement the fixings you put in there. I love love love their chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and peanut butter cups. I used to obssess over that. Thank god I don't anymore. I wish their ice cream would have a bit more flavor, though. Sometimes I just want a scoop of chocolate ice cream and when I get it, I am reminded with every bite that I should have jazzed it up a bit with some pb cups and pb. Don't get me wrong, though -- I'll still mess up a Like It size. Anything bigger than that will make me feel a bit sick after a while. I wish they would have a smaller size than Like It. read more

I like coming here, only thing I would change, maybe get more employees. I have been in here maybe 5 times. Everytime I come in here, its got people waiting. It takes awhile to make one ice cream when they start mixing everything together. So it does take awhile. But I love the ice cream enough to wait. Recently visited this location with my kids as a reward for a good grade on a test. We've been to multiple Cold Stone Creamery's and have always had a good experience. However, after enjoying our treat, we all had a mild upset stomach. The next 12 hours were spent with diarrhea and upset stomach. Not exactly the reward I was looking to give for hard work on a test. I frequent this location with a group and every time we come in the ice cream is great BUT they never sing! Every other coldstone I've ever been in the employees sing while they make your ice cream except this one. We visit this location rather than another one nearby because they are a bit more generous with their toppings and they do not level off the top of your cup. I have no real complaints; if you've been to one Cold Stone, you've been to a thousand. The only thing that gets under my skin is that when you pay with a card, they hand you a receipt-like paper and say, "can you please indicate the total at the bottom?" They do not need a signature as there is no line for one. What they are essentially doing is asking you for a tip. For what? I stood there in line - I did not sit down and you did not wait on me. That would be like Subway Sandwiches asking for a tip! Cold Stone, it would do wonders for your reputation if you'd pay your employees a better salary. Don't make them beg the public for more. At this particular Cold Stone (which isn't my favorite place because I prefer frozen yogurt to ice cream), the staff is slow and unresponsive. When we went into this shop, there was one person on duty and no one else in the store. It took her a good 5 minutes to even greet us! On top of that... I signed up to be in the eclub to get discounts because my husband loves Cold Stone. Yes, I know I have a name that everyone thinks I misspell (honestly, what is so hard about Liza???? It's not like I misspell my own name when I have had it for 27 years.....), but it does not excuse poor data entry. When I received my first eclub email, the email was addressed to "Liz." I promptly replied to the management to advise them that they may want to invest in QA for their data entry with no response at all. All in all, the experience I had with this store (unresponsive and poor staff) as well as the eclub... I have opted to not return to Cold Stone until they learn to spell and read. read more

But to make it that much better, add a brownie for like $.80. So worth it! Cold Stone has some great specialties, but come on people. Pay the extra for the extra fixin's and make it exactly the way you like it! Even try changing out the flavor of ice cream they use to make it taste different every time. I will go back I'm hoping because it had been open all day and she said it was steady customers all day would explain why the kitchen was a disaster. I took my kids to Cold Stone Creamery on S. Power Rd. last Friday and thought it was wonderful! My kids have never been and said that was the best ice cream they have every had.
