Haven't been out to get ice cream since February due to COVID-19, so heading to Cold Stone for the first time a few days ago was a real treat. I'm so glad this particular location was open because we drove to a different location at first which was still closed and we were worried that none of them would be open. They are definitely trying to be more careful due to COVID-19, with employees wearing masks and a sign on both doors asking people to maintain social distancing. The number of people who ultimately end up in the store though is just a function of how respectful and rule-following the other customers who come at the same time are. When my family arrived, we waited outside until the couple ahead of us were done. While waiting, another family arrived. They were completely maskless and breathing down our necks. Needless to say, I was extremely uncomfortable- though this is no fault of Cold Stone itself, just a potential issue that you may run into when visiting this store (or any store without anyone regulating the line). In terms of taste, the flavors were very refreshing and well blended as Cold Stone always is. My sister and I got a large Strawberry Blonde and my parents got a large chocolate peanut combination. The sizes were enormous! Oh how I've missed ice cream shops.. The Strawberry Blonde had large chunks of strawberry and swirls of caramel throughout. For a strawberry lover like myself, this was a no-brainer to order! Definitely a great place to visit but I would implore people to wear masks and practice social distancing! read more

Haven't been in a while. I remember as a kid it was a big deal because it wasn't called toppings...it was called mix-ins. Also as a child I wasn't paying for it! Now as an adult it doesn't phase me. It was over $7 for a small..or a "like it." It absolutely wasn't worth the price that I paid. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating. The employees aren't friendly at all. I was next in line, the employee called me over and then left the counter..when I was in the middle of my order! When he returned he didn't apologize and acted like nothing happened. Staff was friendly enough, but I would not recommend this place, mainly the pre-made items. I picked up a 6 pack of cupcakes. There are three flavors; one (the one with the half Oreo on top) of which had a chemical taste to the frosting, almost like a cleaner. Absolutely disgusting. That's the only thing I got from there, but I wouldn't want to try anything else after that experience. Drove 30 minutes just to make it here for the Buy-one-get-one Free Creations for National Icecream day because I had been told they don't accept the coupon online (even though their site said they did accept it). I called multiple times just to make sure they have that promotion in store. Once I get there, I ordered two Creations, just to be told that they don't do the buy one get one promotion, and I have to buy them full priced...I wasn't informed that the size I ordered was not covered, even though I said "Creations" specifically. Bad experience, will definitely not be supporting this location any longer. Arrived at 9pm and did not order until 9:45pm. Employees are nice but nice extremely slow. At one point, up to 10 ppl were waiting on line yet employees kept making UberEats orders instead of helping in person customers. During the first 30 minutes of my wait, 4 different delivery drivers picked up orders. Additionally, they do not enforce masks. There was a man in front of me who was not wearing a mask and never once did a single employee tell him to leave or put a mask on. Very disappointed and will not be returning. read more

Forget COVID 19. Covid has nothing to do with the missing items in my orders. I ordered through Uber Eats. I had 4 "I Lkke it" creations. They didnt flow my instructions, not prepare the way ot should be. 1. Founder's Favorite. I asked for yellow cake instead of brownies. I receive brownies and almonds (supposed to be pecans). 2. "This is how I Roll" also had almonds instead of pecans like I asked. 3. Pecan ice cream with pecans. I had almonds, pecans, and walnuts. It also had sprinkle bits and some other candy. Never again. That all changed at pick up...only 1 cake was made. What now?! Twins!! Can't show up with one cake. They offered to make the cake on the spot. This location is convenient with a parking lot attached to the plaza but you have to pay after the first hour. The employees in the past have been young kids, some are fine but some are rude. Cold stone has the best ice cream though. The coffee lovers is my favorite. read more

I visited this cold stone location today, as soon as I walked in a male employee told me and my family ( husband and two year old) to leave Because there was a 3 person policy. He didn't even wait for us to get a word in he just told us to wait outside. So we waited outside for about 15 mins, while a group of 3 people were ordering, eating ice cream and chatting up the staff. Keep in mind it's 90 degrees outside and I'm waiting with my two year old, none of the employees tried to expedite to serve us. When we got inside, a 4 person ( white male ) walked in to pick up an order and he wasn't asked to leave. Before we even got to pay, two young white females walked in and they also weren't asked to leave. When asked the cashier why weren't the other people asked to leave, she said you guys are finish ordering and about to leave that's why nothing was said to the other three people that walked in. Then she proceeded to say, don't worry we aren't discriminating, we are different races back here. That wasn't the point at all, but she made sure she brought that to our attention. We are an Indian, Hispanic family and I would not visit this location again. They need to learn better customer service skills and how to approach people. On Friday night I called to order a birthday cake for my sister. I needed it for the next day The manager Eric helped assisted me with every detail. He was on point with everything. I am very impressed by the courteous & professional treatment that I received. We picked up the cake at the scheduled time. It was a gorgeous cake! This was amazing and all of the guest loved it. I generally enjoy Cold Stone creations, but this location is often out of things (seriously no cones/strawberries) and often short staffed. Long waits after a post movie rush. I can't rate decent ice cream too low (I mean it's still non-truck ice cream), but this locale leaves a lot to be desired. Sitting on the balcony in the summer though while you eat it, especially while there are concerts on the lawn, is a decent past time. read more

They were running out of ice cream and some have been soft too probably they repeatedly thawed and froze the ice cream allowing bacteria to thrive.
