I had the caramel cheesecake milkshake and the husband had a fancy coffee drink. We had a great time! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was super fun. The only drawback is that, although the presentation is out of this world insta-worthy, it kind of creates a mess when you actually try to consume these fantastic creations. They do have a redeeming factor for this, though...they have 'clean up sinks' made specifically to fix the sticky mess off your glass and off your hands before you get back into your car to head home. We had placed an order 10 days before our event. Our order was Simple a cake in a simple color,blue, with happy birthday written on there. We went to pick it up and were told to wait 15 min. After 15 came back in and was told just another 5 min. 5 min goes by and someone else came out and said they never made our cake. They can make a smaller size instead and compensate 1/2 our money back or else refund us our money. Is this even a choice at that time when it was the day of the event?!? So we choice the smaller size of course. Come to find out later that day when we cut into the cake all the cream spilled out of the cake like melted ice cream and the only thing holding it together on the outside was the fondant. I emailed the owner and nothing no response not even an apology. Not a good way to do business. And a horrible way to celebrate our son's first bday!!! Never will i recommend them to anyone for a customer cake or order ever again.
