Husband ordered me a specially designed cake 8 days prior to my birthday, and they quoted him $100…read more It was a 6" cake. The cake looked alright, however, they did not fully follow the instructions provided when we ordered. Design details were missed, and it truly looks like they rushed on the cake. For $100, we expected more out of it. The cake itself did not taste great - it was very dense, and the filling they used was not what we ordered. He asked for a vanilla cake with a whipped cream and fresh strawberry filling. They had used a white buttercream instead, and also put an inedible fondant covering the entire cake. This turned what was supposed to be a light and airy strawberry shortcake into more of an overly sweet and dense cake, I do want to note that they did not ask any follow up questions about what to use for the cakes icing or anything of the sort (which I find strange especially at this price point for a small cake) when my husband sent in the request. They also told him they put candles in the box, but there were none. We tried to reach out to the business to resolve this offline, and they did not respond. We love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately this one did not hit the mark.

Love Whipped! Try to stop in anytime we are in the area…read more Everything that I've had here is high quality and (true to name) pretty light & airy. Recently we got their signature fatcarons - whipped vanilla and biscoff. The biscoff was good but the vanilla was like a DELICIOUS PILLOW! And yes, they are like pudgy macaroons! Also tried their cupcakes, with the standout (SO light but flavorful) being their taro milk tea one. The red velvet one was a bit more dense & the icing less light. The team at the counter is patient as you drool over their goodies in the cases, and ready to whip you up a beverage when you're ready. Also like their choux (bread filled with fluffy cream), but I think they have less of them daily so go early for those

We had placed an order 10 days before our event. Our order was Simple a cake in a simple color, blue, with happy birthday written on there. We went to pick it up and were told to wait 15 min. After 15 came back in and was told just another 5 min. 5 min goes by and someone else came out and said they never made our cake. They can make a smaller size instead and compensate 1/2 our money back or else refund us our money. Is this even a choice at that time when it was the day of the event?!? So we choice the smaller size of course. Come to find out later that day when we cut into the cake all the cream spilled out of the cake like melted ice cream and the only thing holding it together on the outside was the fondant. I emailed the owner and nothing no response not even an apology. Not a good way to do business. And a horrible way to celebrate our son's first bday!!! Never will i recommend them to anyone for a customer cake or order ever again.

We've been to other Nothing Bundt Cakes locations in the past. This one is located in a busy shopping center near a Chick-fil-A, though traffic and parking weren't too bad when we went. The store was empty inside though. An employee stepped out from the back to greet us. We were happy to see that they had more Lemon Raspberry flavored bundtlets in the back as they were out in the display case. We also got one of their Carrot bundtlets to complete the BOGO. For sure, they are still as tasty as ever. Though on the sweeter side, we enjoyed eating them alongside drinking tea. I personally couldn't eat the cream frosting, so I ate around it. I wished they had vegan options so those with dairy allergies, like myself, could still enjoy the full experience of eating a bundtlet. The prices have definitely gone up over the years . I distinctly remember bundtlets costing $4, but we paid $6 for a bundtlet on our last visit. Overall, we had a good experience, and we think it can be a good dessert option if we're ever in the area again.
