The Office was super organized with a courteously chic waiting area designed to help me get settled in peacefully. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! I'm very grateful for how honest ITC is and their patience in helping us understand how our Computers work. I definitely recommend ITC for any repairs your technology needs, their operation is highly organized, efficient, and courteously grounded with enthusiastically thorough communication and admirable professional integrity!

I knew I surged my motherboard and something was wrong with the CPU area, but I never had the time to fix it. THEREFORE, in a way, my repair was a test for the shop because: -I had a rough idea of what the issue already was -I would know if someone was trying to upsell/oversell to me The first reason I picked Rancho Computers is because of the free consultation. The person I first met with and had the most contact with was Aneel. Aneel is an eccentric guy and will make you feel at home. He's honest and will give you a good price. ALSO they let me give them an SSD I wanted to install and they were ok with me buying my own CPU fan replacement part. I can fully say they passed my test. I will be going there for all my computer repair needs.

I recently got my dad a new computer a few months ago so it was surprising when he said there was…read moresomething wrong with the computer. Apparently the CD was jammed and he was unable to use his CD drive or install the newly purchased software. I immediately acknowledged that the problem is out of my area of expertise. We began brainstorming solutions and personally I just don't like asking friends and family for favors. You usually owe them and over compensate with your gratitude. Honest payment for a completely task is more my thing. My dad instinctively thought to take it to Best Buy for the Geek Squad to repair, but I pointed out it might be expensive and time consuming. This is when I took out my trusty Yelp app to find a reliable local business that might be able to help us. Computer Central was one of the top returns and I gave them a quick call to see if this something they were familiar with. I spoke with Raul and he sounded confident about the CD-drive so I headed there with my dad's computer. The store is located off Benson and 9th. Look for "Computer" in red. It is a small store filled with a bunch of technology. They seem to fix a bunch of things. I hear they have been here for over 20 years already. Raul took my dad's computer and quickly identified the reason for the jam. I guess the CD wasn't put in all the way when it was pushed in. Raul was able to retrieve the software unscratched and the CD drive is still functional for just $60. What a relief!! Cash or checks only! They do not accept credit cards. I got a business card for my dad before leaving in case he has future computer issues and I'm not around. Computer Central is an honest small business and I can definitely see myself taking all of the family's computer problems here.
