This dealership was amazing with assisting us and purchasing a brand new Harley. We traded in a…read moremotorcycle that we owned & they gave us a trade-in value for the bike that we could not refuse, and not to mention we received a $1,000 gift card to spend at the store; which my husband used to get extra's for his bike. Just for purchasing the bike we each got to pick out a complimentary HD T-Shirt from their wall. They went through all the services step-by-step once we purchased the bike and we left with more knowledge & useful info. They will take you through their parts program, go over the owner's manual with you & also go over the bike with you so that you are comfortable when you walk out of the store. My husband ordered new pipes for the bike & the wrong ones came in. When I went back to return them & place the new order they were very helpful! Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time!

I had a tire go flat on my Harley about 5:45pm on Monday 7/22/19. I was less than a mile from City…read moreCycle and called them to see if they could help. The person that answered the phone said they close at 6pm and no one could help. I offered to pay for a person to come back and fix my tire as I needed to get to Salina, Kansas and that was my only means of transportation. He kept saying no, no, no. Finally said he would ask the manager. He came back on the phone and said nothing they could do. He said they offer emergency service but only when they are open. Does that make sense?? I was fortunate to have several people stop to try to help. About 6:30 a mechanic rode by and asked if he could help, he had just left the dealership which meant he was still there when I was told everyone had left. Would not recommend this place for any type of service.

The closest shop that could attempt repair on a Victory Vegas cycle was Jay Hatfield's in Frontenac, Kansas. After having the bike towed to his shop, his mechanic was not only able to fix the bike without the parts, but stayed after hours to do the repair. Then Jay, himself came to speak with us and told us that he wouldn't charge for the repair. He said, "I could never leave a fellow biker stranded!" Wow! That's service and empathy in a BIG way. Thank you, Jay, and your mechanic (sorry we never got his name). May the universe and God repay your great, generous karma.

When I walk to the service counter I was "greeted" by the person behind the counter. First of all he looked like he was completely bored and ready to fall asleep. Then his "greeting" was the most unenergetic I think I have ever heard. I told him why I was there and the process of getting my oil changed began. Now for the next hour or so I walked around the showroom looking at different bikes. I was very interested in a Yamaha FZ07 which I was looking at very hard. Not once did a salesman come ask me if I needed anything. The staff that was out on the showroom floor basically ignored me the entire time I was there. Like I stated earlier I purchased my Victory from you guys, I wasn't expecting anything special but at the very least the Freakin Saleman that sold me the bike could have said hello! He was not busy, given I was the only "customer" there for pretty much the entire time. I can guarantee I will not return for any type of business with you and I will not recommend you to anyone! ******The only positive thing I can say is while I was waiting one of the mechanics came to the showroom, walked directly over to me and thanked my for my service in the Military (I have a Coast Guard decal on my bike).
