He then unloaded the truck and put my bags on the sidewalk while we waited for a working key. Then he even moved them from the sidewalk into the room. I had a blowout last night, heading home to Olathe. Today, when I came back to Lawrence for work, I was told the tires I preferred, would not be available until the following day. Zack got with their supplier, got them ordered, and delivered, same day. Much to my surprise, they got me worked in, replaced my aging TPMS sensors, replace the tires, and performed an alignment. All in less than one hour! Lawrence has several options for tire service, and many good options at that. But consistency with each visit, and knowledge and empathy from the front staff can make all the difference when making a decision.
