I scheduled an appointment for a 4-tire replacement. While the actual tire installation was completed fairly quickly once they started, it took about 45 minutes before any work began on my car. After the tires were installed, my car then sat in the lot for nearly another hour before I was given my keys and told it was done. I understand that shops can be understaffed or busy at times, but it was frustrating to see several employees were just standing around or messing around. The service itself was fine, but the overall efficiency and urgency could definitely be improved. read more

Made an appointment to get tires installed that I had ordered from Tire Rack. I showed up at 9:10 for a 9:15 appointment. They checked me in right away and my vehicle was in the bay by 9:15. They asked if I would like a free alignment check and I agreed. They installed the new tires, did the alignment check and after I agreed, adjusted my alignment. The team did a great job of communicating updates to me very step of the way and every staff member was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I had all my tires installed and wheels aligned and was out the door in about 50 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this place for your tire needs. read more

Very disappointed. Got an alert that my tpms needed service and it was not reading the pressure on the front right tire. I decided to schedule an appointment to have it checked at discount tire, where I bought the tires, and remembered that I'd also gotten an email about a free tire rotation which I hadn't followed up on, since I didn't have time. But since the TPMS seems important enough to make time scheduled to have both done to kill 2 birds at the same time. Got to the appointment and confirmed again that the TPMS was saying it needed service, and the guy assured me it was easy for them to check it out and see if it needed to be replaced or what. My vehicle was in there for awhile and then when they got it out of the bay and out into the parking lot, the guy comes in and just hands me papers and says "You're all set, bye". No discussion about the TPMS, the whole reason I brought the vehicle in. I had to stop the guy and ask if they found any problems with the TPMS. He said "Only that it gave me problems when I reset it". So they didn't even look at it, despite it being on the work order and being confirmed when I brought it in. I went out to my vehicle and saw the the monitoring had 3 tires at 31 or 32 psi, but the right rear tire read at 39 (max pressure for the tire is 40 and my SUV is supposed to have 30 psi in the tires. I checked the pressure by hand to make sure it wasn't really at 39 psi, and it wasn't. But it was reading that it was. Soon enough after I started driving the alert went off again that the TPMS needs servicing and there was no reading on the right rear tire. I was told this was an easy thing for them to check especially while they were already rotating them, but yet they didn't check the main thing I brought it in for. Completely wasting my time. So now I'm in the middle of moving. Driving from one city to another, back and forth with the TPMS warning constantly on, and no time to do anything because I already gave up time I don't have to get it looked at, and they didn't do so. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 for the guy at the computer who took care of me when I came in was great, but his assurances that it would easily be looked at and they could definitely take care of it were ruined by the guy or guys actually doing the work. read more

wow wow wow went for air because my tire light came on and my employee said it was quick and easy there it was but they also found a nail so they said they could still get me out and in Topeka in about an hour and 10 minutes then they found the tire was ruined and managed to get tire and put it on and I still got to Topeka with 0 minutes to spare they did it !!!! thank you so much for caring !!!! read more

Came for Rotate and Balance with Appointment - taken right in and started..... staff seamed to drag getting the job done but still out under 40 minutes. Lots of construction near location so traffic may be an issue. Desk guys were not overly outgoing like other locations. read more

Had new tires and TPMS installed by our small town shop. Car is a Infiniti G37X. TPMS light stayed on. Shop's answer was just add more air. Took it back multiple times. They even charged us a $30 TPMS relearn charge. Finally drove an hour to Discount Tire. Explained the problems to the assistant manager, David M. 3 minutes later he has it in the service bay. Spent 30 minutes doing magic with his OBD scanner. Let the car sit a bit just to be sure it was fixed. Even replaced missing valve caps. Total charge? Zero, nada zip.
