I came here to have 4 new tires put on my camper. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster. I called ahead and they said they had the tires I wanted in stock.
I arrived and after approximately 2 hours the staff notified me that they had damged 2 of my wheels while removing the old tires.
They were honest about the damage and the manager (Riley) let me know that he was willing to compensate me for the damage.
I should be clear that the store manager was helpful. The problem was entirely with the owner.
After an additional hour of waiting I was told that the owner (off site) had instructed them to stop working and to not complete the job. Eventually I spoke with the owner who told me that he was instructing his staff to stop working because he was "not in the buisness of losing money." I expressed my concern and displeasure about him refusing to complete the job and sending me back on the road with 2 new tires and 2 old tires.
The owner told me that I should "find another solution."
When I asked him what he suggested, he told me that he didn't know and I was "the one who had put them in this situation." What?!? His shop damaged my equipment and then refused to finish the job.
The owner only agreed to complete the job and install the 2 other tires after I agreed to pay him almost $400 and accept that there would be damage to the other wheels as well. Otherwise, he told me that it was my problem and that he would not finish. I had already waited 3 hours at this point, had two tires off of my camper and was left without any feasible options.
The owner was unwilling to compromise or work towards a solution. He repeatedly emphasized his desire to make money instead of trying to work with me towards a solution. Instead, I was met with a "not my problem" attitude and a refusal to complete the job.
I left here after 4 hours, with 4 damged wheels, 4 new tires a nominal discount and significant displeasure. I suggest going elsewhere to avoid damage to your equipment, and an owner who is unwilling to help unless it benefits his pocketbook read more
