Not pretty to look at, but the friendliest, most reliable service and great prices for new and used tires around. I always give any business the three strike rule. when I make an appointment at 9:00am. told 45 minutes for the alinement. two hours later they have not started. it was the same BS when I bought tires from them. read more

Went after lunch to get a new(used) tire and to have it mounted and swapped with my spare. There were 4 or 5 customers ahead of me so I thought I'd be there for a while.... 20 minutes later a very personable young man approached, apologized for the wait & got all the info from me. Within 20 more minutes, I was driving home! And it cost much less than I thought it would! I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees that helped me... they were all very customer oriented (something this old lady hasn't seen a lot of lately) and helpful! Fantastic service. We thought we had a nail in our pickup tire. When we arrived they got to us immediately. They took the tire off the rim and remounted and balanced the tire. All that was done in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly people. read more

They left me sitting here, car up in the air RUDE!!! Didn't tell me what they were doing with my tire until I waved and hobbled until they finally responded andI was able to ask. The RUDE older man told me they would get to it when they get to it. NEVER EVER AGAIN. This place has CHANGED. 15 minutes after posting this, the manager came out and spoke with me after I called asking to talk to him. He was very, very nice and he said he would talk to the two guys about the issues. It's all good now. They may be under new management, I don't know, but they just need a little help in the PR department lol. Going to change mine from a one star to three stars, no higher, as it took far too long and I was treated very rudely. However, the manager took care of things. read more

They ripped me off!! Was driving cross country and got a flat. They couldnt fi d the right sizedtire so they brought back one too big. I drove 5 hours away and got to my destination for the night and took the tire off to change spark plugs. The metal from the belt was sticking out of a clear bulge. I called them and told them about it and they said there was nothing they would do for me if I wouldn't drive the tire back to them. Stay away fromthese scam artists! read more

Every time I have visited Harold's, probably 4 or 5 times, they have been quick and the lowest price in Topeka. I went to Harold's Tire today and bought a brand new set of tires. Even before that, I called a few times with questions and I always experienced great customer service while there, and their work was fast too. I worked with Eric (who either owns or manages the place) and he was very helpful and attentive. He also gave me a great deal! I drive an '04 Mazda 3 and for four new tires, after taxes, it came to just $415! I was very pleased with the overall experience and attention to detail. Additionally, Eric mentioned that I get free tire rotations for the lifetime of my tires. Don't overlook this place because of the location, I would definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

I have purchased new tires, had a couple of tires repaired on other vehicles, and they found a used tire with the same exact brand, model, and wear to replace on an AWD crossover that got to damaged to be repaired. Just been screwed over by Harold's Tire! I had three incidents to fix a tire. 1) Mounted wrong tire on rim. 2) Paid for balancing on the way home steering wheel damn near shock out of my hands, Fixed that issue! 3) Finally got everything right. Woke up to have a flat on the tire they had worked over for three hours. 4) Took flat tire back intentionally broke aluminum wheel. Don't get bent over by the super deals. Some may be happy with the service but the ones that get screwed get screwed BAD! read more

I recently purchased tires from and had them installed at Harolds' Tire on 02/12/16, and they not only quoted me the best price in town but, as soon as I got there they started on my vehicle right away. The staff was genuinely friendly and it only took 20 minutes to get my old tires off, new tires mounted & balanced, then back on the vehicle. Mike Cromwell was extremely helpful in showing me the best tire, not only for my needs, but for my price range as well. Harolds' Tire was recommended to me by both friends and acquaintances, as the only place to go for the best service and prices on tires, and I'm glad I took their advice. From now on Harolds' Tire is the only place I'll go for all my tire needs, it's the first place I've been in a long time, that made me feel like a valued customer. One last thing if your not already convinced about Harolds', I went in on 02/11/16 to pick out the tires that were best for my needs, and they quoted me a price tax included. On 02/12/16 when I went back for the install, I was given a different price when it came time to pay my bill. Apparently the original quote didn't include the sales tax, even though I was told it did. Instead of telling me they made a mistake but I'm gonna have to pay more, they honored their original quote without any argument. That right there is the type of honesty and integrity that not many businesses have these days, and I'm glad to see that Harolds' Tire still sees those values as important to their longevity. read more
