I called and was able to get an appointment the same day! I needed to get brake pads replaced on all 4 wheels, rotors replaced on the back wheels, and I also needed a small brake line replaced on one back wheel. All the parts were already there except the brake line, which they obviously didn't know needed replacing until they got underneath of it. I just dropped it off after lunch and came back near closing time to pick it up when it was completed. When I dropped it off I did ask them to change the oil, which I was unaware they done until I got there and seen the signs. I already had all the oil in my SUV to do it with, but just didn't have the oil filter with me. I also asked them if they could replace the shocks since all the wheels were already going to be off. The mechanic told me that he could get it all done. I already had an estimate on the brakes and rotors before I got there. Obviously I didn't expect an estimate on the spot for the shocks or the oil change with the oil provided. I came back to pick it up and paid the bill, which was around the estimate they gave me. So I knew they didn't do the shocks obviously. I figured they at least done the oil change, but nope they didn't. My oil was still in the back of my SUV. I was very disappointed that it wasn't changed because it had been there several hours. The guys that ran the shop were very nice and the place was organized for a shop. I was thankful to get it in the same day too. Cons: 1. Not everything was done as I mentioned. 2. My ABS and brake dash lights were still on even after ALL of them were replaced. Disappointed they didn't take the time to reset these lights. They are a real pain in the butt on especially if I want to sell the SUV at some point! read more

Speedy brakes has given me, hands down, the best "road side assistance" I could have ever asked for. Their wait time is usually never too long and even same day sometimes (if necessary I'm sure). Give this business a chance and give them a call, for they are worth the time and money you save going to any other "chain" store. Thanks, Speedy Brakes P.S. - Personal shout out to my old highschool buddy Tony Staab for having the Karisma and drive to open his own business during these hard times!! You're the man and keep doing what you do. The time and effort you and your guys do is fantastic. Best wishes, H.G. - Hayden Giebler read more

We originally came to Speedy brakes because we were hearing a slight clicking sound in the front end they said it was our struts soon as we left the sound was Extremely Loud and extremely worse than it was before we bought the car in we've been to this place 17 times in a month and a half we've lost wages we have taken off work while my wife has blood clots it was another lie after another lie after another lie after another lie and I could go on for days about Lies We documented everything my wife writes everything down the second time they installed our struts we drove off and the sound was even worse we came back and they said our strut absorbers were missing off our struts how is that possible when you guys install this trucks this is through warranty we were sent here because we have no choice we've been in the waiting room over 23 hours while cat sheds all over us the bathroom is disgusting it's not a place you want to sit for hours and then then tell you they can't get parts in multiple times after multiple times after multiple times I don't know what type of drugs these people are on but they can't even stand up while they're working on cars nor pull their vehicle in your driveway without running over your flowers and destroying your bricks because they are mobile and yes I can tell when somebody is on something and that is with Tony the owner also who is a veteran and for being a veteran he lies through his teeth and his gums I've never met a veteran who rips people off and goes to church to get his victims after all said and done they replaced the struts three separate times the sound is still loud the third time we left the sound was so loud we had to take it to a different mechanic who said he didn't even screw down your strut top bolts he just put them on by hand there was an inch between the bolt and where it was needed to be tightened down me and my kids almost died on the highway 70 miles an hour the other mechanic was baffled in mind blown that he didn't even screw down or Torque down the strut top bolts after all said and done he is one Shady Shady Shady business owner all they do is brakes and they can't even do them correctly We complain to the place we leased our car to the owner obviously doesn't care and is incahoots with this place we drive a Cadillac so it's not a piece of crap I think they're used to 94 Cavaliers pulling in there we have never been lied to so much in our life when you lie so much you forget your lies and what you are told the week before or the day before . Word on the street is that he broke into his own truck destroyed his own stuff to collect insurance money his pretty veterans uniform surrounded by glass wasn't broken though very odd you can only screw the system once before you're caught up there buddy thank God these places like this are shut down . When it's all said and done my car still sounds like s*** because it cost $100 to fix without insurance they explains why the part was never fixed in the first place he said he can't test drive cars with people in them LMAO you didn't even test drive my car after you installed the parts there bub enjoy your mobile business read more

I can't believe Speedy Brakes even exists. I went to them because my brakes weren't working good and I had looked it over, couldn't find any leaks. After 4 hrs waiting they said the master cylinder is leaking of course I looked & the master cylinder was leaking bad & it wasn't doing that before I went there but they did replace it for $450 & that didn't solve the problem I went to them for.. So I sat there for 4 hrs, lost $450 & the problem not fixed...You Go Figure read more
