had my first appointment with Speedy Brakes. I needed rear brake pads and rotors on a 2013 chevy impala. Realistically, I need front rotors as well. I neglect my car so the pads were completely gone. the rotors were crumbling and warped. They showed me what was wrong and didn't make me feel bad about it. nor did they apply high pressure sales tactics to guilt me into buying additional things that I couldn't afford at the time. The convenience of this service is unmatched. i called them and they made an appointment the very next day.They came out to my house. all I had to do was hand them my keys. no longer do I have to wait in a lobby that smells like tires or arrange for someone to take me to work. their prices are unbeatable. I priced rotors and pads at 6 other prices and they were basically half the price, if not more. To top it all off everyone involved in the process was nice. no one talked down to me. they educated me on things when I asked and treated me like I was their only customer, when I know they had a full schedule that day. When they say they are quick they mean it. this is a very reliable and trustworthy company. if you go with anyone else you're making a mistake. if you think they are too good to be true they aren't. call them today. you wont regret it. I was excited to find out about Speedy Brakes. I couldn't believe they provided service AT YOUR HOME! From the first phone call through the end of their service....They had IT TOGETHER! That's hard to find. They came. They replaced my starter right here in my driveway. If you yourself are a busy person with or without children you will relish this service. There's no waiting in a waiting room. While your vehicle is being serviced outside at your home you can continue doing what needs to be done inside. Every now and then I'd go check on the gentleman and we'd engage in some bantering. He was very professional, respectful and simply all-around great guy! I was in Topeka 6/28/21 for an emergency when my oil change indicator read 0%. I randomly called Speedy Brakes at 1:40p while in a parking garage, and was able to make an appointment for 2:30p the same day. I advised them I was nearby and would be there soon to wait. I decided to check in with them shortly after I arrived, near 2p and gave them my key. They immediately pulled my car in a bay and began work. At 2:28p I was returned my key. Used the Topeka, KS service. My experience was FANTASTIC! Richard was the mechanic. He was available earlier than scheduled and worked around my schedule. He had the whole brake job done in 30 minutes. Price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other estimates. It was amazing to have the job done at my home. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I called for an appointment on Saturday and they got me in on Monday. I almost cried it was such a good experience. When you get your WAY lower bill add a big tip for the mechanic.
