We were not disappointed- Mike, Mark and the team ran a detailed diagnostic of the problem, talked us through the necessary repairs - new spark plugs and coils- and got to work on it immediately. They were accommodating to our large family, let us get things out of the RV, so we could spend time at the zoo while we waited, and had us back on the road 4-5 hours later. They personally called us a couple of hours later to make sure all was well. For an unfortunate situation, we couldn't be more happy that it happened where it did and that Shorey was willing to take care of us. Thank you.

Very honest. Also, they were very good about social distancing and wearing masks, which made me feel good. And, even offered to let me sleep in my self-contained RV in the parking lot.
