I went to Performance for a second opinion after a dealer's shop (which I had used for over 10…read moreyears) told my wife that her 9 year old SUV needed 4 new struts and 4 new tires for $3,200! Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). Performance did a complete inspection of the SUV, and determined the struts were fine, and the tires good for 5,000 miles! Their report included pictures and measurements, which I appreciate. They'll be getting all my non-dealer-required work for both my vehicles ftom here on out.

Sitting here now wondering if Big O can take on an issue with headlights that light up, but the "brights" do not remain on "bright" when you push in the stick on the left side of the steering wheel.

I mean, hot dog and drink for $1.38? Yes.... indeed! They have excellent pizza and pretzels, too. We buy our paper goods here; toilet paper and paper towels. We are only a family of 2 so buying food in bulk isn't for us but comparing their prices to Walmart, if you have a large family especially with kids, this really is a bargain in comparison. This is my normal store but since I have been traveling, I took my car for an oil change in D.C. at some local place and they came up with $1700 in repairs that I "Needed done"! I called Robbie and he called the Goodyear store close to me and requested they check it out, called me right back and gave me all the info I needed to get this done. Took my car in, they brought my info up on the computer (since they are all connected) then they checked for the "noted problems " and even let me look. Guess what?, Not a problem -however, something that was not mentioned in the estimate was a problem and could be expensive if not taken care of. A clamp to my antifreeze hose was loose, and dripping!! (I could even see that! ) This Goodyear store tightened it and they never charged me a cent for any of their service to check this out.
