First and foremost, Troy was honest and fair, as well as kind. He was easy to talk to and willing to hear me out. He also rectified the situation right away. We ended on a good note and I told him that I would be happy to bring our business back to their garage. I cannot express how poor the service here is from the owner to his techs. They have charged for…read morerepairs not completed, gave an estimate of $1300 for axle repair on our 2017 Jeep and then the bill was $2300 when we picked it up, when asked to see old parts they said they threw them away. They charged a diagnostic fee for the heater issue; they replaced parts we told them were brand new and the heat was not fixed. Almost $600 in total charges for a heater that was never repaired. The previous repair was done just as poorly, after picking up the jeep for a coolant repair they did not hook up the transmission cooler lines and it all leaked out on the drive home. They have been "repairing" this jeep since July and every time there is always something wrong to bring it back. Today when my wife called to discuss with the owner Kevin he hung up on her, also Adam and Kelly have been rude to her. This shop has no integrity and are highly dishonest. I wish we had read review before using them, I see a lot of 1 and 2 stars with the same issue of being over charged.
