They did their diagnosis. I was really happy they fixed the issue with the smell but even though they replaced the spark plugs, my RPMs are still off. We were not disappointed- Mike, Mark and the team ran a detailed diagnostic of the problem, talked us through the necessary repairs - new spark plugs and coils- and got to work on it immediately. They were accommodating to our large family, let us get things out of the RV, so we could spend time at the zoo while we waited, and had us back on the road 4-5 hours later. They personally called us a couple of hours later to make sure all was well. For an unfortunate situation, we couldn't be more happy that it happened where it did and that Shorey was willing to take care of us. Thank you.

I pulled up about 3:15pm and I'm pretty sure I was done before 3:30. I don't know how long it takes but I know I'm usually waiting an hour or more at the dealership. I like Valvoline because no appointment needed, I'm able to stay in my vehicle and they are fast and friendly! Oh and my dog was able to go on a little adventure. I think the convenance is worth the price! I paid $68.88 after my coupon.
