We were not disappointed- Mike, Mark and the team ran a detailed diagnostic of the problem, talked us through the necessary repairs - new spark plugs and coils- and got to work on it immediately. They were accommodating to our large family, let us get things out of the RV, so we could spend time at the zoo while we waited, and had us back on the road 4-5 hours later. They personally called us a couple of hours later to make sure all was well. It wasn't busy at all when I got there, there was 1 car in a stall. I pulled up to a stall and waited for the attendant to guide me in the stall. I was greeted by Jordan who took my info and then he directed me to turn on my signals and then lights/bright lights, and brake lights. I pulled up about 3:15pm and I'm pretty sure I was done before 3:30. I don't know how long it takes but I know I'm usually waiting an hour or more at the dealership. I like Valvoline because no appointment needed, I'm able to stay in my vehicle and they are fast and friendly! Oh and my dog was able to go on a little adventure. Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). I asked what their tax rate is. He said that the extra $5 was for shop supplies. What shop supplies were used to look at a vehicle? Why wouldn't you tell someone before performing the service?
