Both an employee and the manager rode with me and acknowledged that the car was pulling, but the next day they walked that back and claimed it was just following the road. I was also told twice that the problem had been fixed when it had not been. Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.

Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). Performance did a complete inspection of the SUV, and determined the struts were fine, and the tires good for 5,000 miles! Their report included pictures and measurements, which I appreciate. When she came and asked me about it, I said, let me take it to Charlie at Scheidegger Collision Services. This car is about 5 years old but in great condition. Charlie looked at it and said, she ought to replace both hinges and paint them. His quote was $450.00. Now you might think that is just a fluke price but i had a trim on my Buick get hit by a swinging door. In topeka they want 200 for the trim piece plus the labor. Scheidegger ordered the new piece and when it came in it was replaced in 10 minutes. Reluctantly, I went in and they took my van for 15 minutes, gave me a quote that was $250 higher than another company. I went to the cashier to pay and the price jumped to $72 and some change. I asked what their tax rate is. He said that the extra $5 was for shop supplies. What shop supplies were used to look at a vehicle? Why wouldn't you tell someone before performing the service? I wouldn't trust these guys.
