They came at the exact time scheduled, took a look at my truck, and gave a good estimation on time for completion. Afterwards. The work was amazing. Not a single spot missed, floors were cleaned up and shampooed, leather and plastic was treated to protect from the sun, and every inch of the interior was carefully wiped down and cleaned out. You can tell the owner loves what he does because it shows in his work. My family has been in sales for decades & never would've turned down a cold sales call. OBVIOUSLY this "business" does not need the sales or want any business. If you didn't want to talk about business on a "non business day", just politely ask if you can call the customer back next business day.
