The 1st place I was not impressed with and they wouldn't even give me an estimate for my windshield. They gave me another number to call because they do not fix cracks-I explained I'm not sure if I need a new windshield but she insisted I call the number she gave me. When I walked in to Jayhawk I was greeted right away and told the guy I needed an estimate for my windshield, which he did w/out any hesitation. He told me he could get me in the next day but I had to be sure I could have it done financially first. I did stop at 1 more places which was a lot more. I ended up going with Jayhawk, they had the best price and best friendly service, I highly recommend them, I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by 3:30. In the past I have had good experience with McAbbee but that was with Chevrolets and Hondas. We…read moretook a Porsche Macan GTS in for what was just basically cosmetic repair to the rear hatch. When we got the car back the brake lights did not work, the blind spot sensors did not work and the rear hatch would not close using the closing button. The car went back in for repair twice with with no resolution. Finally the car had to be taken to Kansas City to repair all the issues caused by McAbee. The blind spot sensors never worked properly after McAbee messed them up. What really irritates me is that that my insurance company paid McAbee to repair all of the issues that they caused. Original repair bill was about $2500. Total cost after the McAbee issues was $9500. Although I informed my insurance company about the circumstances they still paid McAbee. My take away is the Porsches, Mecedes and BMWs our out of McAbee's ability to to repair. Their office personnel basically confirmed this to me.

I cannot express how poor the service here is from the owner to his techs. They have charged for…read morerepairs not completed, gave an estimate of $1300 for axle repair on our 2017 Jeep and then the bill was $2300 when we picked it up, when asked to see old parts they said they threw them away. They charged a diagnostic fee for the heater issue; they replaced parts we told them were brand new and the heat was not fixed. Almost $600 in total charges for a heater that was never repaired. The previous repair was done just as poorly, after picking up the jeep for a coolant repair they did not hook up the transmission cooler lines and it all leaked out on the drive home. They have been "repairing" this jeep since July and every time there is always something wrong to bring it back. Today when my wife called to discuss with the owner Kevin he hung up on her, also Adam and Kelly have been rude to her. This shop has no integrity and are highly dishonest. I wish we had read review before using them, I see a lot of 1 and 2 stars with the same issue of being over charged.
