Service and Pricing here are outstanding; they installed a set of Pirelli Dragons on my Soft Tail much FASTER and CHEAPER than any other shop around. Then, they informed me I needed a brake service, I had no idea that rear brake was about down to the pads. They did it all super fast and much less than I had a quote from other places. They took the time to explain to me some tech questions I had about my Harley- now I plan to come here for my Enfield as well.... definitely my new go to shop! read more

I was at Hastings Motorsports Racetrack last week and was have engine trouble with my Suzuke SV650 race motorcycle. I was extremely fortunate the race team, sales team, and owner of Motorcycle Supply were there! This awesome group of people helped me ID the problem, helped me put together a corrective action plan, got me back on the track, AND gave me tons of good advice on improving my track skills! These people are incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of motorcycles, racing, equipment, and parts but more importantly- they have a true love for the motorcycle lifestyle that transsends the commercial transaction value of their interaction with you. Helping you enjoy your motorcycle is their primary goal, making a sale is second. This is one of the only business Ive ever encountered that operate this way. Great place. Also, Motorcycle Supply runs a "track day" (a 1 or 2 day course wherein you can learn how to safely enjoy going legally extreme speeds with your motorcycle on the racetrack) called TrackAddix. This looked like a really good course, it had a great classroom to track time ratio, and extremely good instructor to student ratio. And these instructors are incredible riders and very personality invested in their student's success. It looked like the best course I've seen so far. read more

I've had my license for almost 7 years, but I got my first bike last summer. So being new to the motorcycle world, Bill got me all geared out, and had the answer to any question I had. They did my first oil change, two flat tires(nails in the road), and also installed my DynoJet Power Commander. Each time I take my bike in, it's always done way faster then expected. I've had these guys do a ton of work on my bikes over the years. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. There have been many positive interactions but most recently when I was working out of town, they were able to pick my bike up and get the carbs and gas tank cleaned before I got back so the bike was ready to ride as soon as I made it back home! These guys are very inexpensive for the high quality work they do and they have a friendly atmosphere that most shops don't. read more

Came in to do an emergency back tire change. My tire was down to the metal wires and I was in town for a few days from Minnesota. I was a little short on cash since we hadn't factored in a new tire. The owner (Bob I think) worked with me on finding a tire and even found a way to give me more of a discount. These guys were fast and professional. I wish we had a shop like that in Minnesota. I agree with the above review. My first experience was limited, but I didn't get any of the usual shop attitude from these guys that you may find at other motorcycle garages/shops. Very helpful in discussing possible stator/electrical/battery issues with my 2001 Triumph Bonneville. These guys are setting me up with some parts. Stay tuned for an update. So far, I'm impressed. My experience with this store started off with my 2008 Yamaha Zuma (a moped). obviously, I was intimidated going into a bike store to ask for a fix on a flat on a moped. Instead of being belittled or anything, they were very willing to help, and were saying how much fun they were, asking me if i wanted any mods done, etc. Sure enough, a few months later, I had them do some work on the throttle and carb to get it a bit zippier. It was very quick and professional work done by them. The manager is such a friendly person, and all of the workers there are genuinely nice and helpful. Now I've had a ninja 500 that I've bought some things for from them, and they are just as helpful as before. So knowledgeable. I highly regard their opinions they had on my bike. I had a few dings on the upper fairing when i bought it, and instead of trying to make business, the manager told me the best thing would be to repair the small nic myself as it'd be the cheapest option, but they'd be willing to do it, if I wanted. One of the best things about this place is that no matter your knowledge base or your skill or experience, they don't make you feel like an idiot, ever. way different from other bike shops, especially in the area. read more

Brand new to motorcycles, I got my bike serviced to have everything checked out. After the service when I went to pick my bike up there was an issue with the vacuum line that had arose upon putting the bike back together. The owner immediately said they would take care of the issue. The owner gave me a ride home, fixed the vacuum line issue the same night, dropped my bike off and gave me a tshirt from their shop. Overall a great resolution to the issue. The customer service was on point for the nation. read more

VERY disappointed in how customers are treated! Poor manager/owner. Purchased a gift at Motorcycle Supply. When I took the item (several hundred dollars) to the register, I specifically asked the employee if this could be returned. "I am purchasing this as a gift. If this is not what they want, can it be returned and money given back?" The employee said yes, just keep your receipt. The gift was not what the person was looking for, so we went to return it. To our suprise, the owner refused to refund our money. We were told, "you can get store credit, but i'm not giving you back your money." When I explained that I specifically asked about returns/refunds, the owner was extremely rude and still refused to refund our money saying it shows on their recipet that they only give store credit. To which I replied, "as a customer, I specifically asked about this before purchasing the item. Receipts are not given until payment has been received. I was told a return/refund was okay." ....we are now out hundreds of dollars. We believe in supporting local businesses, but I strongly receommend buying online or from another shop! read more
