With an issue of my fans not turning on and to replace my fork seals. Fork seals came out great but they said they fixed the issue with the fans and I rode it home and it was still not working. I then called them back and left them a message and haven't heard anything in a week.

Unfortunately the rear wheel was not fixable but they tried everything they could including reaching out to aftermarket shops for a chain that I needed. As well as reaching out to a machinist to see if they could fix the threads in the wheel. They even went as far as to make me an offer for my broken bike as trade in for a new roadglide. Even when I didn't buy a bike from them and they had tried a bunch of options to fix the bike they gave me a ride to get a rental car so I could get where I needed to go. On top of all of this the location is amazing it's so cool to get to see all the old history in this place. It's a very cool Harley shop that you don't see very often anymore with so many Harley shops going very corporate and turning into some run of the mill dealership. This is definitely a dealership that I will do my best to visit again, at some point I will be doing another coast to coast trip and I will make a serious effort to stop at this location again

Apparently they do NOT work during the week days, as TWO different employees told me. Both of the employees that I talked to informed me that they ONLY service motorcycle on Saturday.

I bought a tire on the internet took the wheel off my bike took it to Shawnee Kawasaki even though…read morethey were the higher than anyone else but the closest they quoted me $65 to put a tire on a rim and balance it I told them that ingall BMW would do it for $45 and they tried to adjust their price then I went to get my tire and they said the spout was no good and that it would cost $45 for a new valve stem then I called them because they never called in a week and they said it was it was ready I asked him what I owed they raised the price of the valve stem to $75 I don't think anybody should take their bike to these clowns they've always been higher than anybody in the Kansas City area don't waste your money with these fools so they just called me with the price $138 do not believe anything they tell you on price unless you get it in writing total rip off never going back
