I asked Dan about the extended Ag Program warranty that she qualified for, he dismissed my question until I insisted that we get more info. He agreed to follow up up with me the next week. He left a message on my mom's phone stating that the Ag Program extended warranty was not included, and the one they sell was better. I called BRP and in a few minutes they were able to add the free extended warranty to the VIN #. BRP customer service was amazing.

But this year, they broke our spark plug and tried to charge us $1200 to fix. Now, you might think, that happens sometimes. It 100% will if your service department doesn't put anti-seize on the spark plugs. This thing was so burnt in that we had to drill out the hole and retap the head because it couldn't be removed. We took it out a few days a year the last 2 years and always had summarization done. There's no way the amount of burn in happened in 1 year if they're performing the maintenance they say they are properly. They refuse to take any blame or accountability. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to know a great mechanic who was able to fix this for me. Reno's is very clean inside. I have felt that the sales and parts people have been nice. However, the inability for the business to take any accountability as the only people to work on this jet ski is something I can't understand or give my money to.

These bikes are going for several thousand over MSRP due to demand, and they had a very small dealer fee tacked onto the MSRP and that was it. Great communication leading up to me arriving, and despite me being early and waiting a bit for other buyers ahead of me, it went quick. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I picked the bike up and within minutes my girlfriend noticed it was much louder than normal. We stopped and discovered the exhaust mid-pipe, clamp, and springs were missing. The slip-on muffler was only being held on by the rear mounting bracket. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told they had photos showing the bike arrived with the mid-pipe installed. My girlfriend and I retraced our entire route from the dealership but never found the missing parts. The response from the service department was simply that the technician "wouldn't have had a reason to touch it." There were no photos taken after the service was completed, and I was told the camera covering the service area was not working. When I asked what they were willing to do to make the situation right, the response I received was, "Make what right?" I then spoke with the General Manager, hoping for a fresh set of eyes. Unfortunately, the conversation was disappointing. He had already made up his mind before hearing my side, repeatedly talked over me, argued with me, and ultimately refused to consider any resolution. I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally taking my parts. I'm simply stating the facts: the dealership's own intake photos show my motorcycle arrived with a complete exhaust system, and it left missing the mid-pipe, clamp, and springs. Instead of investigating or trying to work with a customer who purchased the motorcycle from them, the dealership became defensive and dismissed my concerns. Mistakes can happen. What separates a good dealership from a bad one is how they handle them. Unfortunately, my experience left me with very little confidence in this service department, and I won't be returning.

Never really thought anything about it until I went to another Polaris dealership and asked them SOP on engine replacement. They told me that there isn't a core cost and their probably wasn't any reason why they just couldn't have rebuilt the upper end. I confronted the owner about this and the owner said he would make it right and never did. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy getting lied to and spending unnecessary money.

The replacement starter/solenoid is over $400. I felt it unlikely that the starter just went bad while it was there, but I was told it was the starter and I need to buy a new one. The tech stated he had 17 years of experience. I passed on the repair and just brought it home instead. I appreciated the help pushing it onto the trailer. After I got home and had time, I charged the battery and just made sure the cable connections were clean and secure. The ATV started up just fine and I have had zero issues with it since. I probably saved myself $500 for not trusting them. No problems before until I had this experience. I'm not saying they purposely tried ripping me off, I just think more due diligence is needed before trying to charge a customer for something they essentially do not need.
