Wasted 1-6 hrs doing paper work test drive, getting the truck to start, and waiting on the financing department overall a horiable experience.

Fast forward here now in 2025, I decided to give it another go and checked out their used cars online. I made the mistake of making a basic inquiry on a Hyundai Sonata. I decided to buy a car elsewhere and now after 3 weeks, they still call me and leave voice mail messages pestering me about buying a car from them. This is EXACTLY why most people hate dealerships in general. The car buying experience should be fun, not annoying. A simple inquiry shouldn't turn into hounding. Please stop calling me. Please. Yes, this means you, Courtnie.

I did not live in Topeka and drove 2 hours to purchase the car. When I arrived, they stuck me with an additional $2,000 "Noller Advantage" program. But, when I went to get re-imbursement for my Deductible Payment - Noller REFUSED TO PAY!!!! I have spent many hours on hold with them and have continually been blown off. Don't buy from these crooks!!

After driving 550 miles, the last 100 or so with a failed alternator, I was only half way home with a vehicle full of vacationing family and travel stuff. I coasted in to the parking lot at O'Reilly and they immediately began to assess my dead battery and failed charging system. They evaluated the battery to the extent possible and then began to quick charge it so they could start the vehicle and get a full electrical system diagnostic report. About 30 minutes later, the battery was charged enough to start the vehicle and they quickly determined that I had a failed alternator. They priced out a part for me and let me leave the vehicle there overnight. I found a service provider who could help me on Sunday morning, and got on my way losing only about 1.5 hours of travel time overall. O'Reilly did not charge me anything for all of the help they gave me. Super nice workers who gave me everything they could give without charging me. I recommend this auto parts store with enthusiasm. **Rating: 1/5 Stars** I am incredibly disappointed with the…read moreservice--or lack thereof--provided by Performance Tire in Topeka, Kansas. I brought my vehicle in for a standard alignment, only to be turned away and told the service could not be performed due to a "loose ball joint." To make matters worse, I was given an outrageous quote of **$823.91** to fix the ball joint and complete the alignment. Upon inspecting the vehicle myself, I discovered the issue was merely a loose castle nut. It took me a total of 30 minutes and a mere $43 to completely resolve the issue on my own. For a specialized shop to wildly misdiagnose an issue and attempt to charge upwards of $800 for a 30-minute fix is utterly unacceptable. This demonstrates either a severe lack of mechanical competence or a blatant attempt to price-gouge a customer. Because of this deceptive pricing and poor diagnostic reliability, Performance Tire has permanently lost my business. I will never bring any of my vehicles back to this establishment, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
