We were not disappointed- Mike, Mark and the team ran a detailed diagnostic of the problem, talked us through the necessary repairs - new spark plugs and coils- and got to work on it immediately. I took my truck here to find out what's wrong with it, they told me transmission service has to be done, they supposed did that, they charged me more than $500. My truck still not working properly and I took it to AutoZone and they used the scanner and told me something wrong with my transmission, so I took my truck to a transmission specialist. Transmission doesn't need the service, my truck needs a new transmission and this guys didn't know that? They only make me spend money with them and they didn't did nothing right. They STOLE ME MORE THAN $500.00 and this not included the inspection cost I think it was $130.00 I pay all this money for what? For nothing.
