It turned out Emporia Kenworth stripped the valve cover bolts and broke the gasket on the overhead job . They didn't stand behind their screw up and their service manager (James) lied and backed out on his word. I payed $600 repair bill because they can't do things right and won't stand behind their screw ups. I would not recommend this establishment. Mediocre service at best.

My daughter thinking ok a high mileage change is probably more maybe double, add engine flush the bill should be around $50.00 OH NO at the end she owed $80 for high mileage $15 for engine flush, environmental disposal fees, taxes and the deducted $10 for her original $19.99 coupon. HER BILL WAS OVER $90 for an advertised 19.99 COUPON. THEY CLEARLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER INEXPIRENCE, AND ESU STUDENT. Driving home to Texas our front Wheel Bearing disintegrated leaving us stranded on the highway. I…read morecalled several dealers in Wichita and was looking at a 3-4 day repair time. Then I found Blackcreek Diesel and they were ready to rock and roll on the repair. Williams Towing safely transported the dually service truck and arrived at their shop about 3pm on a Thursday, by 5pm the assembly was disassembled and hub replaced, with parts on order for the next day. By 10:30am the next morning we were back on the road. They replaced the Hub, Rotor and Caliper and Pads with torque paint on the hardware! We made it back home in time for dinner. This was a great value for the the service and actually $200.00 less than the original estimate. Thank you John and crew!
