Our driver, Zack, was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He even managed to carefully unload my car into our garage, which wasn't easy due to some tricky street parking by our neighbors--but he handled it without any issues. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I highly recommend using them if you need reliable and efficient towing service!

Car died on the highway but I got help from a friend to get it moved onto a side street. The first tow company apparently denied the request when they realized it was an hour drive to tow a car .7 miles. It was reassigned to Taylor's Towing and Recovery. The dispatcher (I didn't catch her name) called at 11:30 pm, well before the estimated arrival time and let me know the call precious to mine was taking longer than anticipated. I said no rush, and I needed sleep but would be up at 4 am, so we planned between 4:30 and 5 am for the new arrival time. Jeff arrived right on time, after driving 100+ miles from a previous assignment, got it started enough to get it into Neutral, and worked around the ice in my driveway to get it where I wanted do I could get in and out of my garage with my working vehicle. I greatly appreciate the promptness and communication even though it was an out of the way little job. I would definitely recommend!

My truck was…read moretowed for not being parked far enough off the road and their driver was the last person in or around my vehicle. My truck was locked when I parked it and when I got my truck back the passenger side door was open. That's when iI found all of my belongings that were in my purse, which I left in my truck, all over the passenger seat. Roughly over $600 was taken out of my purse and this was after I paid to have taken out of impound. When I called the owner to discuss the missing $600 and to explain that money was for my special needs daughters services, he laughed at me and made it very clear he did not care. I am now out of close to $800-900 dollars and my daughter cannot receive the services she needs due to one of their employees stealing money from my purse. Let this be a warning to you all. Take everything of value with you and check the signs for what tow truck company is in that jurisdiction, because this one will take your stuff from your vehicle and then laugh at you like they had the right to go through another person's belongings and steal money!
