The dispatcher (I didn't catch her name) called at 11:30 pm, well before the estimated arrival time and let me know the call precious to mine was taking longer than anticipated. I said no rush, and I needed sleep but would be up at 4 am, so we planned between 4:30 and 5 am for the new arrival time. Jeff arrived right on time, after driving 100+ miles from a previous assignment, got it started enough to get it into Neutral, and worked around the ice in my driveway to get it where I wanted do I could get in and out of my garage with my working vehicle.
