Ordered several parts for my walk behind mower used frequently at my home and rental. Very disappointed overall with the delivery. Website was excellent in providing the necessary diagrams, however, I was also able to place and order with everything stating "in stock". See the related timeline below; 07/14/2024 Placed order with est delivery 07/19-07/23 & $22.15 shipping fee 07/17/2024 Received email stating 1 part was out of stock with estimated ship date of 08/16/2024 07/24/2024 Replied requesting to ship order when available requesting waiver of shipping fee 07/24/2024 Received reply with the following; 1) Ship the available parts now and ship the springs when they arrive. 2) Ship the available parts now, cancel and refund the order amount of the springs. 3) Cancel and refund the entire order. Will not waiver shipping fee 08/13/2024 Received email parts were shipped 08/19/2024 Received all parts a month later Website should never have accepted the order to be processed if the part was not in stock and picked - I would have entertained other options. At the end of the day I was not able to mow 2 yards for a month during the peak season. My understanding is that numerous companies operate like this where they will accept the order knowing the part is not available and then shop around to get the part and fulfil the order. The customer is left at the mercy of the company to complete the order on parts that are typically urgently needed. I hope this is not the case here but because of this particular situation with the time delay and shipping cost I will not be purchasing from this site in the future. read more

True it was an inexpensive part, but a least a reply would have been nice and professional. I was on the hunt for another motorcycle after riding my 06 Suzuki GSXR750 for 6 years and 32k miles. I wanted a big 1000cc superbike and narrowed it down to the BMWS1000RR & Ducati 1199. The BMW I had planned on purchasing sold so I ended up feasting my eyes on the Ducati 1199. While doing so, I caught wind of the Ducati 899, which is also known as the "junior panigale." In other words, it was the little brother of the 1199. I concluded that the 1199 would be too much bike for street riding so my only option left was the 899 Panigale. This is where Heartland Honda comes in. I scoured the country on Cycletrader in search of a Ducati 899. I stumbled upon Heartland Honda while browsing Cycle Trader and noticed their ad for a 2014 Ducati 899 in the white with red wheels color scheme. Another intriguing factor was the close proximity to me. I'm in Kansas and Heartland Honda is in Arkansas so the drive there was only about 4 hours. I called Heartland Honda and inquired about the Ducati. Tim Payne was the man I spoke with. I posed multiple questions on the bike's history, how Heartland Honda obtained it, and if they knew anything about service records or history. Tim was only able to tell me that the bike was obtained through a local trade in and that it may have been purchased and originated in the Dallas area. I did my part in researching the bike because there was absolutely no way I was going to purchase the bike without knowing its history - especially when it was an exotic piece of machinery like Ducati. I ended up obtaining the VIN number and called all Ducati dealers in and around Dallas. Unfortunately, the bike never originated from Dallas, but the Ducati dealers were able to run a VIN check for me. Good results came back and all problems common with first year production bikes were fixed under warranty. The bike checked out, but what about the dealership? This is where my research continued. I scoured the internet looking for reviews on Heartland Honda. I read google reviews, Facebook, and the BBB (Better Business Bureau). As with almost business, there is bound to be at least one negative rating of some sort. The majority of the reviews on Heartland Honda were positive. Add in the fact that Heartland Honda was a BBB accredited business for quite some time. I think 10 years to be exact and they also had an A+ rating. After all this research, there was only one thing left to do and that was to make a 4 hour drive to visit the business, get a feel for the people, and see the bike. I made the 4 hour drive on Saturday July 11th and got to meet Tim Payne and Wes Dean. Wes was the sales guy that would handle the transaction. During my drive, I knew that I wanted the bike, but I needed a test ride and a feel of the people before signing. I can honestly say that Tim and Wes did not give me any pressure when it came to making my decision. After my test ride, I inquired about financing through one of their lenders. While waiting for approval, I saw some of their accolades proudly displayed in their lounge area. This helped cement the fact that I was indeed dealing with a good dealership. The price for the bike was firm and after consideration I determined it to be fair. The bike was immaculate and in good shape for having 10,000 miles. I ended up financing through one of Heartland's lenders and ended up getting a payment that was in line with what I had in mind. Trent, their finance guy offered additional options like GAP insurance and extended warranty. I usually say no to extended warranties, but considering that this was an Italian exotic motorcycle, I figured I'd cover my behind until I get familiar with and can obtain the knowledge and proper tools in order to care and maintain the bike. Trent was very thorough in presenting all the paperwork. As a consumer, I ALWAYS ask questions, reiterate, and make sure that I do indeed understand something before I actually sign. Trent took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain the process and what each form entailed. This was my FIRST dealership experience. I had never purchased a motorcycle from a dealership, but the guys at Heartland Honda made it positive. Finance dept embarrassed us by loudly going over credit application results in the middle of showroom floor in front of other customers and employees. When we returned after obtaining our own financing (5.45% interest rate btw), she apparently didn't like it that I was reading thru sales paperwork before signing because she was trying to rush me through it. She was sighing loudly with each page I skimmed through because I wasn't just blindly signing each page. Service dept refused to do minor adjustment to handlebars after paying $7400 cash for a used bike. Our wonderful salesman Bill had to borrow a wrench so he and my partner could do it themselves. Service manager didn't come out and go over the bike with us before we left, even though this is supposed to be the dealership's policy. My partner was told he was just too busy (It was a Tuesday). The only bright stars in my whole experience there was our salesman Bill (He was super nice) and the new guy that came out to take my partner's picture with the bike He was recently hired to handle the online sales, I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. They are the only reason I gave this review 2 stars and not 1. The great condition and fair price on this used bike was also the only reason we continued with the sale after the unprofessional behavior from the employee in finance. Our next purchase whether it is to replace our side by side or to get one of our grandkids a dirt bike, it will not be from this dealership ever! read more

I can't say enough about this company. Here's my story. I bought a Honda mower from Home Depot in Rogers, Arkansas. The self-propelled stopped working within the first year which it was under warranty. Home Depot said they'd fix it but the repair would take a couple of months because they had to ship it to a repair center. They didn't supply loaners so I'd be force to buy another mower. Next I checked with the Honda Dealer in Bentonville, Arkansas. They said they wouldn't repair it under the Honda Warranty because I bought it at a big box store. Finally I talked to Keylan Conley, service manager at Heartland Honda. He said of course we will honor your warranty and fix your mower. He also researched my mower's model found a recall, too. My mower was fixed completely including the recall. WOW, what service! I now gone there every year for a tune-up, oil change, blade sharpening, and all adjustments are made to spec. Plus they wash the mower and it looks like new when I pick it up. They do all of this within a day or two. What service! They are very reasonable,too. I've patronized probably fifteen or more cycle shops over the years and I know that Heartland is the best I've experienced by far. We purchased our current bike here last fall and enjoyed the negotiation, felt the deal was fair, received top value for my trade, and the staff all took time with us and treated us like friends. Have you ever purchased a vehicle, then visited the dealer a few months later and it seems nobody knows you? Not the case here, when we visit, salesman (Dave) as well as the service guys (Joey and Keylan) all recognize us and take great care of us. We've had our service completed here with quality results, all completed on schedule, no inflated charges. Another great experience, we found helmets online for a price slightly lower than Heartland's. Heartland matched this price, no questions asked. That said, merchandise prices are in line and we've purchased a few other items here, too. A hidden bonus: Heartland sponsors group rides several months out of the year and provide lunch for those who participate. We've ridden with the group twice and enjoyed great food. For example, we dined with the group at Red Hot & Blue BBQ in Joplin recently. I've never had a bike or car dealer take me out for lunch before, it floors me that this dealer is this generous. By the way, anyone can join the rides. You don't have to be a Heartland customer and you don't have to ride a Honda. This is my first Honda. I've always had (and still love) Yamaha bikes. Nine months in, I'm certain Honda is the best ride I've owned for quality, performance, and pure enjoyment. (For the record, we ride a '14 Valkyrie.) The reason I am rating with one star is because there isn't a way to give zero stars. My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Gold Wing trike with the California Side Car trike conversion kit in September of 2017. This trike is my wife's ride and after a couple of months she started complaining about the trunk rattling and the fairing vibrating really bad. We made an appointment to have it looked at and we were told that everything was fine and that was just the way it operated. Well I knew better because we had previously owned a 2008 that didn't demonstrate either of these problems. Before Bikes, Blues, and BBQ this year I called California Sidecar direct and asked if they were going to be there so one of their technicians could ride it and diagnose the problem because I wasn't getting any satisfaction from the dealer. Dwight told me that they weren't going to be able to be there and advised me to take it to Clarksville, AR and let Aaron at Horizon Trike take a look at it. This is where they build the trikes for Honda of Russleville. This is 125 miles away a 2 hour ride and I didn't know if I would leave it and then make a return trip to pick it up so my wife called and talked to the owner of Heartland Honda and he said he would ride it himself. After the owner and his brother both rode it the told me they could find no issues with it. They then asked me what they could do to make me happy and I said let me ride another one and see if it presented the same issues. They told me that couldn't happen because they didn't have another one. They asked me again what they could do to make me happy and I told them to take it apart and make sure everything was correct and they told me it wouldn't do any good because nothing was wrong with it. I then told the owner to bring it around and I would take it home. When he brought it around he asked me again if there was anything he could do and told him no that I would just let everyone know what kind of service I received after making a nearly 40,000 dollar purchase. He then got loud and said are you going to threaten me, are you going to slander us, and before I could answer him he said have a nice day and left me standing there. The next Saturday we went to Honda of Russellville and rode another 2017 exactly like ours and the trunk didn't rattle and the fairing and windshield didn't vibrate. Huh? Go figure. I called Horizon Trike in Clarksville and they told me bring it on down. The technician took off on it and was gone about 15 minutes and took it the shop and within 15 minutes had the rattling trunk fixed and showed me where it had rubbed the paint off. The spoiler that was added to the trunk had added too much weight on the trunk lid. He then told me that they use a much better fork extension and he thought that it would fix the excessive vibration in the fairing and windshield and could install one for 160 dollars parts and labor and I told him to proceed. They called me a couple of days later told me that the fork extensions were installed and they had balanced the wheels and we could pick it up. My wife rode it about 5 miles to the gas station, got off of it, and told me it was a completely different bike. She said it was like a brand new bike. My wife went by Heartland Honda today and told the owner what we had done and that her trike rode as it should now and what Horizon Trike had done to make it that way. She told me he wasn't impressed and that he really didn't care and that I had been unreasonable with what I had asked him to do to make me happy. I'm glad Horizon Trike took the time to fix someone else's mistakes and sub par assembly. If you are in the market for motorcycle with a trike conversion I say drive to Russellville and get it right the first time. read more

I purchased a 2010 Honda Goldwing from this dealership site-unseen. I paid top dollar for the bike, I had the bike shipped to me and the bike was in terrible condition. This Honda Goldwing showed very nicely on the Internet and it looked like a great bike. When the bike arrived it needed new tires and a brand new windshield, not to mention how terrible the transmission on the bike shifted. I know buyer beware!!! I personally would not buy a tire from this dealership the sales person after selling me the bike was very nasty and very inconsiderate when I called and asked questions. I sent them a certified check did the transaction through FedEx and was happy with the way the transaction went, except the bike was terrible.. after doing quite a bit of research it is clear that their products and their bikes that they sell used are highly overpriced. If I could write this dealership a -5 stars I would our system does not allow it,this place is bad for business. read more
