I brought my vehicle to Westside because I was in a minor fender bender and they are who the insurance agency sent me to. When I first arrived at the shop, I was surprised how clean Westside Collision was. The Parking lot was well organized and it was easy to find a parking spot. When I walked into the front office I was greeted by Brian and he helped me complete all necessary paperwork. The Geico agent that works inside of Westside was very friendly and professional. David answered all of my questions and he explained everything very clearly. Brian and his crew went above and beyond with the service and repair of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Westside Collision to anyone and everyone that is looking for a Collision Center to work on their vehicle.

    E. Wood Local Guide·33 reviews…read moreI brought my toyota rav4 in for an oil change and to check brakes for frequent grinding when coming to a stop. I called about 5 hours later to check the status and was told oil change had been completed and waiting to check brakes. A few minutes later I was contacted that my car was ready with no problems found. He explained that there was over 60% of the pads left in the front and 80% on the rear. That would be fantastic news if the brakes didn't grind! They test drove and couldn't duplicate the problem. The problem did continue for me driving home. I appreciate they didn't want to do work that wasn't necessary, but service advisor did not care to listen to what I thought might possibly cause the noise. I explained my car had previously been in an accident and had front suspension parts replaced. I suggested it might possibly be a loose pad or calipers loose or hanging up but he blew it off as a sensor. I didn't get the feeling that my problem was worth looking at beyond checking the pads for thickness and diagnosis fee. I basically was charged 204.00 for an oil change including their 3.5% credit card use included. After using my debit card I noticed the fee so changed and wrote a check for 197.00. Maybe it's me, a little confusing thinking debit card is the same as cash (most places). They did however only refund 197.00 of the 204.00 charged. So we are back to 204.00 for an oil change (to be fair, I got my preferred oil) and to be told my brakes are great. I have had people recommend your shop to me in the past and decided to give your shop a try with my brakes issue, but will never recommend or be back. Enjoy your 7 bucks credit card fee you kept, it will give me enjoyment in telling everyone I can of my experience and waste of time and money using your business. Update: I did reach out to Doug, but after emailing back and forth I am unsure he understands my frustrations of getting my brake problem blown off. It was my understanding I was paying for a true evaluation of what is causing the grinding noise. What I received is a free tire store look at the remaining brake pads. My option is they just don't care to do anything beyond the quick and easy $$, or care to listen to their customers. I never plan to return, trust is gone.

If I could give us location zero stars I would. And this review was based on a couple of visits,…read morewhich I know you are reading this and wondering why would I subject myself to multiple visits to a busted firestone location, but my lady and I used them for some previous repairs and had to keep going back to try and get them to actually fix the issues they were paid to do. They have worked on three different cars in our family and they have jacked up two of them in the process. I took the Mustang in to get the heat fixed because only the air conditioning was working, and when we got it back the air-conditioning worked but the heat didn't. I took it back a month later to have the heat fixed, and what do you know, when we picked it up the heat worked, and now the air conditioning doesn't. On top of that, they were supposed to fix an oil leak on an older model Honda Accord, which still leaks oil about as fast as it did when we first took it to them. And lastly, even the oil changes that we've had completed at this location were not entered into firestones system. So subsequently when we visited other locations to have work done, they were unable to pull up any of the work from this location. From personal experience with this location, ownership is clearly running it on a shoestring budget, because staffing is always changing with very few consistent employees from visit to visit. In general, I typically try to avoid these locations specifically for that reason. But here in Northwest Arkansas, you don't have many options. However, I would STRONGLY encourage you to find another option because this location will likely end up costing you more money and more problems.
