Visited 3x. Food was good, ingredients fresh, wide variety. What would've pushed five stars would be stronger coffee. Prices are high and climbing, but this is also typical of other spots in the general area. The upside is that's it's not a chain, and tries to make good service and variety a strong suit. I was served quickly and accurately. Perhaps my lament is inflation, and yes, the fact that I enjoy very strong coffee with real flavor. This is one of my go-to spots for getting work done. I work remote, so having a cafe with reliable internet and access to a charging port is a must. I'll come here early mornings, grab some breakfast and get to work. I'm glad they're open somewhat late since it gives me the opportunity to bring my friends or sister to do their homework. I like that they have a printer available, which has saved me and my friends so many times. They're dog friendly, which is great because I'm always looking for new places that I can bring my dog. Overall, the food is good. I like to get their salads, but I've tried a couple other options on their menu and they do not disappoint. The one downside is that their drinks do taste a bit watered down, especially for the price. I'll order their food to-go, but I usually do think twice about ordering their drinks to-go. Service is great. I like how friendly the staff is. In terms of the owner, I think he's really attentive and likes to check in with people. I get how that may be awkward for some people, especially if you're a more reserved or shy person. They tend to get an older crowd, but I would also recommend this place as a study spot for any of the college students nearby. read more

I want to shout out this local gem. I hadn't been to it since it was located off Campbell. I was in need of a caffeine fix and was headed to a chain nearby when the sign caught my eye and I had to turn in. So glad! They had a wonderful food menu so I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a dirty chai. The barista was so nice even over the intercom and even more pleasant when I got to the window. The food and coffee is fantastic, as is the service. However, the management here is SO disrespectful to the staff. I would love to come here more often, but the verbal harassment coming from management (mainly Jonathan) is so unsettling. They talk down to staff in such a demeaning way. You should never treat your staff this way, especially not in front of customers! On google reviews, I've even seen management talking back at customers who had negative experiences, rather than respectfully addressing the situation. I've been here for coffee before, but this time some friends and I ate there as well. Their coffee drinks are good and I appreciate that they have a few sugar free options too. The food we tried was delicious. Although it seems a little on the pricey side, mine tasted great. I had the Texas Breakfast which was a grilled cheese sandwich made with sourdough bread, slices of crispy bacon on top of that, two overeasy eggs on top of that, and then another piece of crispy, buttered sourdough on top of everything! I never would've thought to build a breakfast that way. My friends had one of the lunch sandwiches and some breakfast tacos. They both enjoyed their food as well. All the workers were friendly and attentive. They have a nice patio area, as well as plenty of indoor seating. It's a great place to meet your friends and catch up on life. read more

Usually very impressed with food selections here. Not so much 10/18/24. We both ordered homemade coleslaw as side. It was great cut, colorful, healthy looking cabbage but it lacked flavor. Even a tad of sugar and a dab more Mayo would help. I added salt ( which I seldom, seldom use) and pepper. Egg salad was great conceptually but lacked much actual egg salad.
