This was a nice, simple cafe. I met up with a friend here and we got a a cranberry chicken salad, acai bowl, and some drinks. One was an avocado mango smoothie, another was a mango matcha. It was definitely pleasant! I wouldn't mind coming back, they had a great menu selection.
The coffee is high quality and tasty. Not too sweet! The service is fast and friendly. It's a pretty big sized shop. It had plenty of seating and it's a nice place to study. Parking is a struggle.
Was excited to come here after seeing the promo on instagram for free coffee for nurses. The one included was the Biscoff coffee, flavor was pretty good, kinda on the basic side. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Service was pretty quick considering they had the promo going on. Ambiance is nice and spacious, but seating can be limited. Parking is pretty limited as well
I came by to get a small bite to eat after my doctor's appointment. I got a muffin sandwich. The first bite made me stop to look at what was inside! The cheese was melted just right, the bread was toasted and the aesthetic of the spring mix imbedded inside the sandwich was impressive. I was especially impressed with the egg. It was fluffy, poached and not at all greasy and light. The customer service was great and staff were courteous and warm. I love the ambience too. If you ever are in the area, you should check it out!

I have not been in the area or at this coffee shop. I had to visit someone in a facility nearby but first coffee. Had to quickly find something and this shop came up. Parking van me limiting. I did the 10mins in front but I didn't see much around unless you pay. Walked in and it was pretty big shop with such cute soft seatings along the windows of the shop. Then there's a long communal table with additional tables and chairs in the back. Took me a minute to review the menu and decide. No rush at all and the cashier was a nice young lady who recommended and made my order. The drink was good and I also ordered a hot tea to go and enjoyed that for later. Overall, a good quick visit with good flavored lattes and tea plus food ( if you want to order) when you're here.
I arrived around 6:58 a.m. along with another customer. A male employee allowed us inside, but shortly after, a female employee stated they were not open yet, even though we were already inside waiting. From the start, the female employee had a poor attitude and was rude and unwelcoming to both the other customer and myself. She wasn't the rudest person on earth, but her demeanor was not suitable for customer service. I was polite and respectful the entire time. When I asked questions about the menu and explained that I usually order iced espresso, black iced coffee, or cold brew and wanted to try a flavored drink made less sweet, she cut me off and said no without offering alternatives. Because of this, I ordered a plain cold brew. Toward the end of my visit, it seemed like she tried to lighten up a bit, but overall her attitude needs improvement. The male employee, however, provided great customer service. He was friendly, welcoming, and communicated clearly, including letting me know that the oven was still warming up, so my bagel would take longer to make. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The breakfast bagel was mediocre, included boiled eggs not shown online, and I paid extra for turkey only to receive about half a slice. I waited roughly 17 minutes for an $8 bagel that wasn't worth it. Overall, one employee was great while the other needs serious improvement. The shop opens at 7:00 a.m., yet the staff seemed unprepared. Parking is available but limited due to nearby medical offices. Nothing stood out as special, and based on this experience, I would not return.
It's been a while, so here's an update on Coffee Up Roastery. The café is usually staffed by two baristas, and during peak hours the wait can be up to 10 minutes. That said, the coffee is delicious and well-balanced, not overly bitter. The ambience is warm and welcoming, with a cozy corner dedicated to merchandise. They now offer free 30 minute parking (validation code) and new menu item now includes Banana Crème coffee.
Cute shop, I found it comfortable and relaxing. UNFORTUNATELY , the location is inconvenient for parking reasons. I had to circle around the parking areas twice and I ended up parking in spot I hoped to not get towed. I tried the Biscoff Latte. While it was not bad, I didn't have much of a Biscoff taste. I'd order something else next time. Though my dog approves of it.
Service was okay, the gentleman who took our order was kind. Inside is pretty big and spacious with comfortable seating. The strawberry matcha was delish, it had some strawberry chunks inside which personally for me made it much better like i love chewing all those pieces of strawberries. The sandwich was sooo good too with the side of salad and the dressing it had was perfect. The ONLY BAD THING IS PARKING!!!!! It's literally horrible, everything is reserved for other business around since it is near a hospital and medical offices or only 10 minute parking like bruh. I wouldn't come back just because of that honestly but it's a good spot to relax.
This sits in some sort of medical building, but I was just doing a quick stop and found 10 min parking right out front. I went in, and the place was very quiet, had cozy seats and looks like a nice place to work from a laptop. Even had a public printer. And some fancy looking roasting machine. When I saw they had homemade syrups I was really excited. Order an iced latte with almond milk and vanilla cream top. Delicious! Also a croissant sandwich with soft boiled egg. Soooo good. The woman at the counter was so kind and friendly. The outside was so unassuming but inside they have superb coffee, clearly freshly roasted, and I know it's gonna be good when they have syrups made in house. The fresh delicious warm lightly toasted croissant was a bonus. Will definitely add this to my list of must go whenever I drive by. The pic I took was an afterthought because I was not expecting to be so blown away that I was compelled to leave a review mid sandwich

I previously wrote a review for Coffee Up Roastery after receiving my DoorDash order with ice in my coffee, even though I specifically called the store and requested no ice. The owner reached out, apologized, and kindly gave me a small gift card to encourage me to come back. I'm so glad I did! This time, I tried the Hazelnut coffee, and let me tell you, it is hands down the best coffee I've had in my life. I honestly can't stop thinking about it. I also decided to try the walnut salad, and OMFG--it was amazing. It's now 10 PM, and I'm already craving it again. I have to say, Coffee Up Roastery has won me over. Their customer service is outstanding, and the quality of their food and drinks speaks for itself. I'm officially a regular now, and I can't wait to come back for more! read more

This place is a gem! The food and drinks is high quality and delicious. I'm a coffee lover and this is on par with other craft coffee cafes. THE PRICE is the BEST around especially for the quality for both food and drinks. Not sure how the owners are profiting when they're servicing such great stuff and I truly appreciate them. I love the vibes in here. It's nice and ACed and well spaced so you're not elbow to elbow with anyone. I think that it's also good that there's cheaper options for food here compared to $14 avocado toasts in other shops in OC. The service is fast and you can find seats even during lunch time easily. My latte was coconut flavored and it tasted like Hawaii in a cup :) My mom got a black sesame cream on top of her iced latte and it was a perfect creaminess and texture. My brother got a mango smoothie that was a strong mango flavor and tastes fresh. The salad we ordered was a kale and avocado salad with chicken added and it was a good salad that has a creamy dressing. It is garlicky and has chopped carrots in it. It has a slight sesame taste too which was very good. However, the kale pieces were huge so every bite you had to open your mouth super wide. read more

This review is based on my experience with my girlfriend. Me: The Ube Cream - 2/5. The concept and idea was great, but the execution did not go as I thought it would. The Uber flavor was lacking and mundane. The coffee itself was pretty basic. Girlfriend: The Biscoff - 2.5/5. I was very excited for a biscoff latte, but I was a bit disappointed. It was more of a regular latte with biscoff topped on top. The coffee on the bottom was quite strong for my liking as well. The staff was friendly and the shop itself was quite clean, however due to the flavors of the coffee, I don't see myself going here again. read more

Came here for coffee and breakfast before heading out on a full day at Disney. Easy to find, and tons of parking both on the street and in the adjacent parking lot. Cute tables outside to chill in the sun, but the inside ambiance was where it was at! Cute florals, sofas, coffee tables, and cafe seating, which was perfect for our group of 8. They have a plethora of different games, so we were testing our Disney knowledge with Disney Charades while we hung out and chowed down! I loved the music; pop and rnb covers with a laid back coffee shop take - it really set the vibe! The service was fantastic - very attentive, friendly, and personable staff that helped us with great recommendations for food and drinks. The menu has a great variety of really delicious-looking food and beverage items, and there was something for everyone in our group - hell, I ordered several to try them all out! There is also a baked goods glass display that made my mouth water! I ordered a strawberry latte, a Vietnamese coffee, and a Biscoff latte (hehe oops, did I order too much caffeine?). Food-wise, I had an avocado toast and a danish. When I say everything was AMAZING, I mean it! The strawberry latte was sweet and refreshing. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and SO flavorful! But my absolute favorite was the Biscoff latte - holy moly that was so good!!! I love those cookies, and they really nailed the Biscoff flavor, and the Biscoff cookie on top was PERFECTION!! The avocado toast was so filling! I got it with added bacon and egg. The bread on the toast was super thick, which worked out really well with all the toppings on top. The balsamic balanced the flavors really nicely and gave it that slight acidity to go with the more neutral avocado. I was so full about 3/4ths of the way through! Overall, this is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun with their outdoor seating, or hang with friends and play games on the couches, or chill with the soft music and light, airy vibes before or after an appointment in the nearby medical plaza. The staff will take care of you 100%, and special shout out and thank you to Gerald for really making sure our group had everything and enjoyed our meals and drinks! 10/10 highly recommend, easy 5 stars, and I NEED to come back soon for the Vietnamese coffee and Biscoff latte!! read more

What a great little find near the hospital. Stopped in while waiting for a family member to complete a procedure. The coffee is delicious (had the "Hawaiian"), the seating is ample and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly. Will definitely come back when we have to be back at the hospital or at the doctor's offices. read more

Great experience and amazing staff - a must try if you have the chance. The atmosphere was super cute and they have a corner with Pokemon/anime related items. I ended up buying 2 Pokémon pins - an Eevee with a Leafeon poncho, and an Eevee with a Flareon poncho. The cafe inside was also very spacious and comfortable with padded seats and tables for people to come in and enjoy their space. We ordered 2 of the Biscoff lattes, a Spanish Latte, a Turkey Avocado sandwich, and a Spicy Chicken Avocado sandwich. First, the food: The Turkey Avocado sandwich was delicious and on toasted bread. They used wrapping paper and put it in this cute little box with a salad as a side. The salad had a raspberry vinaigrette dressing which was tasty and unique. I also wasn't overly full. The Spicy Chicken Avocado sandwich was like a pressed panini. Despite the name it wasn't very spicy, but had a very nice crispy texture. Had the choice between another salad and chips to go with it so we opted for the chips instead. The Coffee: The Biscoff lattes were very tasty and not overly sweet. They came with a signature Biscoff cookie that was sweeter than the lattes themselves. Despite the sweetness level the name of the latte makes the flavor pretty self explanatory. It was topped with caramel and cookie crumbs which made for a very attractive look. My only wish was that the coffee was slightly stronger, but I'm sure that could be simply remedied if you ask. The Spanish Latte we got as a hot beverage and wasn't as overwhelmingly cinnamon-flavored as I was expecting. I would say that it was slightly larger than a cortado and was refreshing to sip and enjoy on their patio. I'm not sure if they used condensed milk like a lot of other places do for similar drinks as the coffee in this one was a bit stronger. read more

decent matcha here, although slightly bitter! could be a little stronger, but since they seemed to be extremely short staffed it may have just been an off-day. my friend got the banana nut creme and loved it though! i'm allergic to bananas otherwise i would try it myself haha it's super cute inside (despite no air conditioning, at least when i went) and they do have blind boxes you can purchase if you feel tempted enough (you have to pay for them via qr code, not the front register). the space is honestly huge and i like that there's a little back area with board games if you plan to stick around. i would like to come back to try the food and some of the lattes they offer! read more

Lady working the front area was rude. Various people were in line and she told them to order on the kiosk. Not everyone knew how to use it and she just kept redirecting them to use it even though you could visibly see the customers were confused and frustrated. Customer service is a 0. I don't think I could come back solely because I don't want to pay a company to make me feel like I'm bothering them. So uncomfortable, not the vibe I'm looking for in the morning. If you're looking to get an uplift in the morning, this is not your place. Lastly, the coffee taste burnt to too it all off. read more

I visited this place once last Saturday after a treatment and before a workout. I wanted to grab a quick lunch and coffee, and this place had both. The food is pretty cheap, but it's made with care, almost like homemade sandwiches! The front staff, particularly a female Asian staff member, was super friendly. The vibe among the staff seemed very positive and great as well. I'm usually tired of LA restaurants where customers are often overlooked and staff are only nice for tips. However, the staff here, at least the one I interacted with, was super friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. For the first time, I felt it was worth it to tip them. I also wanted to have an acai bowl to go for after my workout, and they kept it in the freezer for me. After picking it up post-lunch, I put it in my car and spent almost two hours at the gym. It was still fresh! It had melted a bit but was perfectly cool for me to enjoy after working out. I'll be coming here for Saturday lunches from now on! My only wish is that they offer sandwiches with salmon. Lastly, they validate one hour for parking! read more
Officially my favorite hidden coffee gem in Fullerton. It's oh-so-good and I had to include pics of my coffee at different angles so ppl can fully appreciate it. My coffee was amazing. Layered. Oh so good with lavender cream spirulina and oat milk (with no charge what the hey?!--incredible). AND it supports cancer. So awesome and what an awesome cause. Workers are sweet and great environment to play board games with friends or study. Parking is tough but definitely worth it for everything this place has to offer. I love me a good full wall of windows with that top tier ambient lighting. Located in a large medical plaza. Parking can be challenging but there's a structure nearby. I had a strawberry matcha latte bc I like to torture myself with the bitter matcha and reward myself with the sweet strawberry finish. Also had a canele AND a croissant because I work out. The place there is really spacious good place to chill with friends and to study. The woman that was register helped me choose between two drinks and end up picking the Crème Brulatte, which was really good. They have a good selection of drinks that looked really good. I also got the breakfast sandwich added w/ ham and into a croissant which was really good the croissant was really flakey and toasted perfectly. The egg felt like like was seasoned with Maruchan ramen seasoning or could be just pepper but was bomb . Only down sided is limited on free parking if not you can enter the parking structure which is free for 30 min then after that u pay $1.50 for every 30 min after that. read more

A really nice café to do work! Went around 1:30 on a Tuesday and there was ample seating. Free WiFi too! Prices were nice, as a large matcha latte and sizeable turkey avocado sandwich came out to about $18. They validate parking at a nearby structure for the first hour, then it's $1.50 for every hour after that. It's near a hospital so the vibes are super chill. I would come again! read more

The coffee here is very yummy however, I have been very disappointed by their food, especially the breakfast sandwich. I paid almost $8 for a measly little sandwich with very stale sour dough bread and barely any sauce on the bread. I had to eat it as I ordered through Uber eats but it was very disappointing and not worth the price at all. read more

Last week as I entered the coffee shop and as most of my visits your employees don't greet so I said good morning then your employee looked at me with a face like she was unhappy to see me and responded good morning in a tired voice! I then told her "don't look so excited to see me" (This was at the time they open 7am, still no excuse for bad customer service) She probably doesn't like her job or too early of a shift. When she put my coffee on the counter I had to get my straw and in error I got a boba straw, at work I was sipping on my coffee and often had to SPIT OUT LUMPS of what probably was cinnamon, spices idk. You can see in the picture on the bottom there's quite a few. I go to your coffee shop before I start work about 2-3 times a week and I often don't feel customer service satisfied! But you have good prices and it's convenient for me. Yesterday I sent a text to the phone number on the receipt with this info, it was delivered and ignored. Also coffee has too much milk, that's all I taste even with the Vietnamese coffee! My coworkers also don't like that about this place.
