I visited this café recently, but unfortunately the customer service was not very good. While I was taking a moment to read the menu before ordering, a female staff member wearing a hat kept asking if I was ready to order. When I told her I wasn't ready yet, she walked away, and another male staff member came over, but he did not come across as friendly either. The drinks were prepared quickly, which I appreciated. However, the floor was very dirty (even though there were not many customers in the coffee shop, the workers did not care about sanitation), and I also noticed that drinks were served directly to the tables only for certain customers, which felt inconsistent and unfair. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the service and cleanliness.

Service was okay, the gentleman who took our order was kind. Inside is pretty big and spacious with comfortable seating. The strawberry matcha was delish, it had some strawberry chunks inside which personally for me made it much better like i love chewing all those pieces of strawberries. The sandwich was sooo good too with the side of salad and the dressing it had was perfect. The ONLY BAD THING IS PARKING!!!!! It's literally horrible, everything is reserved for other business around since it is near a hospital and medical offices or only 10 minute parking like bruh. I wouldn't come back just because of that honestly but it's a good spot to relax.

Cute shop, I found it comfortable and relaxing. UNFORTUNATELY , the location is inconvenient for parking reasons. I had to circle around the parking areas twice and I ended up parking in spot I hoped to not get towed. I tried the Biscoff Latte. While it was not bad, I didn't have much of a Biscoff taste. I'd order something else next time. Though my dog approves of it.

Came here after a hike this weekend. Ordered the iced biscotti latte and spicy chicken panini with a side of salad. My friend ordered the Hawaiian iced coffee paired with turkey sandwich. Sandwiches tasted good but nothing extra special, same goes with their specialty coffee. The place has a relax vibe and its clean. They have a self serve ordering system. Parking is very limited.

Friendly service. Nice open space indoors and they have a few tables outdoors. Great place you can work from.

An actual local gem. Seating: 10/10. Quiet, spacious, really clean! Food: 10/10. I ordered the monte cristo sandwich with kale salad. Each was individually SO good. Monte cristo had a hint of sweetness which was super yum and the kale salad- i wish i got more. The bagel- my boyfriend loved and demolished. Drink: 11/10. (Not pictured) Best strawberry banana smoothie I've tried in a while and the size was also v large. Amazing.

Large coffee shop with plenty of tables and area to work. Friendly staff and great service. I ordered an Americano. It was great and served up quickly. I will be back soon.

The Biscoff became smaller.

I used to LOVE Coffee Up Roastery. The Biscoff was my favorite and I haven't been in awhile. I went today and the Asian girl with long lashes, makeup, and eye brow piercing was very rude. The Biscoff itself became more expensive but they actually made it smaller than it used to be! The drink was smaller and there was no biscoff cookie like I used to get. It was the small things that made this place amazing and it's just gone. Lastly, it was very hot in there, maybe their AC is broken but it is not a good place to study. I'm sad to say Coffee Up Roastery went down hill because I used to love it.

Coffee Up Roastery *June 11, 2025 *8am- Wednesday *3 Stars Environment: *Parking near hospital *Adequate seating *Gift Shop *Printing Available Food/Drink: *Strawberry Matcha Latte with Almond Milk I stopped by this coffee shop after a doctor's appointment near St. Jude Hospital. I've visited this area a few times and noticed that several cafes have come and gone in this location, so I was curious to check this one out. The interior is nicely decorated with plenty of seating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There's also a small gift area with toys and trinkets for sale, and even a printer available for customer use -- a thoughtful touch. The server was very kind and friendly, though the service itself was a bit slow. I placed my order before a few other groups, but they received their food and drinks before mine. I tried the strawberry matcha latte, which unfortunately wasn't my favorite -- the strawberry flavor was overpowering, and I could barely taste the matcha. One nice perk is they offer a 3% discount if you pay with cash.

When it comes to coffee I prefer mine hot as well as lattes. I wanted to order the biscoff latte hot but they don't serve it hot here. I've been to so many coffee shops and I've always had the choice of hot or cold with biscoff or cookie butter lattes, so I was a bit disappointed in that. I went with the Mayan. That was a good latte. It was a very busy coffee shop and only two employees were working so had to order thru the tablet. The place was clean and it was a popping coffee shop! I took my drink to go but there's plenty of space around.

This is the PERFECT place to work! They have food as well as drinks and everything is very affordable. I had a strawberry matcha latte ($5), kale avocado salad ($9) and acai bowl ($10). The kale avocado salad is a good size. It has candied nuts and dry fruit with kale as the salad base. The salad dressing is so good that I gobbled up the whole thing, forgetting to take a photo. My husband and son loved the pesto grilled cheese sandwich. Workers were friendly and welcoming. There are a couple good-sized tables with outlets easily accessible. The background music is light piano music so it's perfect for work calls. There is even a printer there. Wish we lived closer!

The coffee here is their own roasting and it is quite delicious as a flat white. This morning I ordered breakfast croissant. 1 soft egg, spring mix and cheese on the flakiest croissant I've had in a long time. Super fast service too, friendly staff.

Came here on Sunday morning for early hangout with couple of friends. We were a bit skeptical because this is our first time going to coffee shop to hang out where it's located in a medical plaza. Parking is challenging because there's a lot of signs and I don't wanna get my car towed early in the morning. We finally got a parking, not too far from the coffee shop, but there was no sign and all so that's why. I got pesto grilled cheese, and Hawaiian latte. You can taste the macadamia nut and the Hawaiian latte but I think pesto grilled cheese is just an OK. The staff are very friendly and they're already open right early in the morning.

Quick service, but no thank you. Not a single word said to me by either employee. I'll walk a few feet more to their competitor next time.

Do not be fooled by my photo LOL. It is indeed NOT FAT. They're very light on the sauces. The dutch bread is fireee asf and honestly the saving grace of this sandwich. Service: 5/10 The staff were pretty timid, but they were nice. They took LONG ASF to make three little sandwiches. Bro, 30+ minutes?? For some sandwiches??? This is coming from someone who's worked food service. They weren't even busy fam. They had like 2-3 dine-in customers that already had their sandwiches and like 2 online orders. Also, some of the tables were dirty. Had to clean ours with a napkin. Ambiance: 6/10 The interior design was pretty nice. It did feel quite empty inside. The arrangement of the tables is pretty sporadic. They could definitely convert the tables into booths with all the space they got, but it seems like they don't get a lot of foot traffic. Parking lot was quite small, but my friends and I had no issues finding a spot. TDLR: Sandwiches aren't worth the price. If you don't care about prices, have at it. I wouldn't come back here purely because our sandwiches took 30+ minutes to come out as dine-in customers. Parking lot is small but found no problem finding a spot.

I wanted a low-caffeine option, so hojicha seemed like a good choice for the afternoon. Since I believe it was my first time trying hojicha, I could've gone without the mocha. Overall, it was a delicious latte, and I finished it a little quickly. It was nice to see all the different kinds of decorations at their patio again.
