Parking is somewhat limited, but people were coming and going frequently. Really cool vibe inside with a high, industrial ceiling and lots of glass and light. You can see the coffee roasting taking place as you sit at one of the many tables and counter (there's also outside seating with a nice, open view). I came hoping to eat, but the food options were pretty limited. I think I just saw a breakfast sandwich and a few things in the pastry case. Although the coffee menu is extensive, I'm not a huge coffee drinker and was about to leave empty-handed when I saw the ad for the Coconut Ube Matcha. Everything about that sounded delicious. I was even happier when I ordered and saw the barista hand mixing the matcha (since at some places these flavors can be a pre-mix from a can). Wow, the matcha and the housemade coconut ube syrup did not disappoint. One of the best crafted tea drinks I've had. So good, it kinda made my morning. Will definitely be back!

We ordered two of the seasonal iced lattes in the smallest size available (10oz) both with oat milk, and it cost $20 for two drinks. An extra charge of $1.25 for oat milk seemed excessive, especially as the cost of "alternative milks" has gone down. We had a gift card but definitely will not be back without having a gift card. The black sesame latte was ok, I personally don't enjoy sesame seeds in my coffee as the texture isn't great. However, the browned butter latte was fantastic. It was the right amount of sweetness and toffee flavor. If it didn't cost $10 for 10oz I would come back and order that one again.

When we got there, we were able to order pretty quickly, which was a plus. We ordered their coconut cold brew, and I was really hoping this coffee was going to have a strong coconut flavor. Honestly, I didn't taste any coconut at all. It just tasted like a regular coffee, which was pretty disappointing, especially for the price. I also had to try their Thai tea café latte because I love Thai tea, and I was really hoping this one would be good. Sadly, I didn't get any Thai tea flavor from it either. My first sip just tasted like coffee, and I kept waiting for that Thai tea flavor to come through, but it just wasn't there. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with both drinks. I honestly couldn't finish either one, and I felt like I wasted about $16. The only positives were that the shop was cute, it wasn't crowded when we went, and we got our drinks pretty quickly. I don't know if I would come back for their coffee. Maybe I just ordered the wrong drinks, but the two I tried just didn't have the flavors I was hoping for and ended up tasting more like regular coffee.

They even have extended evening hours at this spot which is a huge plus since most local coffee shops close so early. The drinks are top tier. Their specialty and seasonal offerings are great. I ordered a vanilla latte and decided to add a vanilla spiced marshmallow to it. I originally thought it was just a flavored syrup, but the barista informed me that it is actually a real, physical marshmallow they put right in the cup. I am so glad I chose to do it because it was delicious and it actually lasted in my cup until I was completely done with my latte, so I got to eat it at the very end. The espresso itself is incredibly well crafted and you can tell they take pride in their house roasted beans. Another huge bonus is that they offer pastries from Beloved Bakery, which happens to be our absolute favorite bakery in town. Being able to grab one of their incredible, fresh baked goods alongside a perfect coffee completely elevates the whole experience. I wish they offered cloud tops for their coffee and a few more syrup flavors. The service is super friendly. Parking was located in a small lot as your drive past the building. There are garage spaces, but I think that is for the residence of all the surrounding apartments.
