The puffs were bursting with cream so much so that the mango one kind of burst while in transit, however was still super delicious and didn't taste too sweet or artificial. When going for lunch time, there was no wait and only a few people in the restaurant, at the time we went, so service was relatively quick. But upon sitting down and getting water, depending on who your server is, you might be waiting a good 10-20 minutes or if you are lucky, much quicker than that. With our server, we unfortunately got the slower side of service. Upon several minutes of glancing at the menu, putting the menu down and waiting for around 10-15 minutes to be serviced, the female waitress (Again, keep in mind the restaurant was NOT busy): Was on the phone the entire time or when she had the chance to be on it. Was giving a rude attitude the entire time to us and other customers. Kept passing our table about 7-8 times before we had to raise our voices to let her know we were ready. Never checked in with us after receiving the food or to refill water. I feel like there was a number of other things but those were what stood out to me and my family. When getting the food, we have no complaints on that, as the food was good, had a variety of choices to choose from and worth the price. In the end, towards paying and leaving the restaurant, my aunt hysterically asked the waitress, "Excuse me, are you sick or tired?" and I guess the waitress didn't respond and nodded.

We got: MANGO BINGSOO -the best of the bunch. They used sweet Manila mangoes so they were sweet and delicious. Will be my go -to from this point on STRAWBERRY BINGSOO - it was okay. The strawberries were not as sweet so maybe it would be better during strawberry season (whenever that is)? OREO BINGSOO - pretty good. My nephew liked it a lot CHEESECAKE BINGSOO - skip it. You get 4 tiny slices of cheesecake to the side and some crumbs on top that were pretty good but just didn't pack as much flavor as the others we had.

Expected it to be a small place serving some desserts but this place is huge and had a very young vibe! We looked around and everyone was digging into a big tub spooning out it's "shaved ice" like contents into small bowls and enjoying it. That's what I want i decided. It was Bingsoo! So delicious!! It comes in fruit flavours among others and we opted for strawberry bingsoo but I saw everyone going for a mango one. The bingsoo came in a big tub like bucket which had ice cream in the middle , ice on top and it was covered with strawberries and topped with whipped creme . We enjoyed it and it was frankly a little too much for 3 of us. We also tried the Nutella filled pancakes which were flaky and light! Definitely worth trying.
