Staff 10/10, food 8/10, outdoor area 8/10. You may feel like you're lost, but this hidden gem is between two corporate offices!
Solid banana matcha, such a short experience . Lemonade was too tart. Service is 5/5 and the ambiance is chill, risqué vibes .
Parking is in a shared lot so we had no issue finding any. This place is small & cute! Outdoor seating only but there is plenty. Also very dog friendly with dog beds & dishes. Service was fast & friendly. I got the sunrise iced latte which was tasty as well as the avocado toast & they didn't skimp on the avocado which I always appreciate. Also loved the menu & the funny sayings/ titles of things. Cute casual spot to go to! Would recommend
Location is SO CUTE! The Staff is lovely and the coffee is delicious . I got the iced Goldie, which was perfect; friend got the root beer and it was CRISP
The new matcha drink, afternoon delight, is so good! The matcha cream with the coconut water is so refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness! I don't normally finish my drinks but I was able to finish this one! The breakfast burrito was also so good and tasted pretty clean. Also very cute little outdoor cafe!
A hidden gem in Irvine! A super cute cafe with industrial chic vibes-- I am so excited that this place exists in the middle of a bunch of corporate offices. Their menu is amazing- inventive and delicious coffee and matcha concoctions, and an appealing variety of sandwiches, salads, and bowls. The staff was super friendly and helpful in making recommendations for my first visit. I had the Goldie- espresso, cinnamon, and turmeric, yum!- and a BLT. They have plenty of gluten free options so I was thrilled. What a great lunch. I'll definitely be adding this spot to my regular rotation!
Always in need of a dose of....COFFEE DOSE! So excited to discover that one of my favorite OC coffee chains has a location in Irvine! Tucked within a quiet corporate office park, this super cute and aesthetic Coffee Dose stand features a menu of their signature lattes, pastries and breakfast items. I always get the Thiccy Thicc, which is a delicious, decadent concoction of their cold brew topped with signature sweet cream. Service at this location was also super fast (considering it's a bit off the beaten path) and VERY sweet and helpful, and they have lots of covered outdoor seating if you want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your order. I'll definitely be back again for this hidden gem next time I'm in the area!
Coffee Dose and their pink aesthetic is always so on point. I love their witty and slightly inappropriate messaging! While they offer a variety of flavored lattes, it's generally not for me as I prefer coffee beans that have their own natural notes rather than using syrups for flavoring. However, if you're looking for a easy going and cute place to chill with good coffee and small bites, this is a really nice place to be. If I worked in these office buildings, I'd probably stop by frequently just because it's cute and convenient!
This is a cute and sassy little coffee shop that is tucked away in a business park. I discovered it today and spontaneously decided to try it. It's basically a little trailer turned into a coffee shop (think permanently rooted food truck). It has a unique decor - bright pink everything with some inspiration from 60's hippie culture and a touch of modern sass. They've got lots of outdoor benches with umbrellas to sit and enjoy your coffee over a turf lawn, which adds some needed greenery to the surrounding business park. There were more people here than I expected on a mid-Friday morning around 10:30. They had a barista out front taking people's orders and another couple inside making the drinks. I ordered the Thicky Thicc, which is an iced americano topped with vanilla sweet cream, plus a chocolate croissant. They have all your standard coffee drinks (latte, matcha, Americano) plus a few uniquely named custom drinks like the Thicky Thicc. While I waited, I took my daughter to the kids play area. They had a bucket of old toys that looked like they had been donated by people (the toys were heavily used but still good enough to play with). I love that they had that there because it makes it fun for moms to take their kids here while they sip their coffee! My coffee was ready about 5-10 minutes later and we ended up staying and playing with some other kids for a while. The Thicky Thicc was delicious! The only sweet part of it is the vanilla cream on top, so it's just the right level of sweetness (not overly sweet like Starbucks drinks). You can still get some of that coffee flavor coming through that mixes with the cream top in each sip.
Cute spot in corporate town :) Loved the coffee Service is very friendly and good seating availability
Looking for some coffee after the airport, found coffee dose tucked away in a business district. Ordered a coffee and a chi chi burrito. Coffee was standard but lukewarm at around 10am Chi chi burrito was a loaded breakfast burrito with a nice balance of ingredients, thick cut bacon but overcooked and chewy. Maybe on off day on the bacon but the chili aioli and the fire sauce really added to the experience. Overall cool coffee place may come again for the burrito.
This place is sooo cute. It's definitely a vibe. The entire staff was so nice. It's dog friendly. The outdoor seating area is small, but also adorable. The drinks are good, but very milky. We got matchas and they tasted more like milk and sweetener than matcha. We also bought some pasteries, and while I would say the drinks were still good... the pasteries weren't. They were expensive and very dry. We didn't even finish them. The place and food/drinks are very instagram-y if you're into that though.
We needed a quick afternoon pick me up and I'd come across this place before, but had never actually tried their coffees so we decided to try it out. Soooo freaking good!! And it's so adorable too. How could you not smile after seeing the cute "Have a Great Day!" sign. The had more seating than I'd imagine and perfect little mini tables with lots of shade too. It'll definitely felt like I was inside of a cute coffee shop, rather than at a walk up in the middle of an industrial park. The coffees were absolutely delicious!! I wish we had one closer to home, I'd definitely be a regular. Next time we're in the area, I'd make a detour juts to stop by and try some more.

A cute little coffee shop hidden in a business park. I believe this is a smaller version of a larger coffee shop. I've heard a lot about it so decided to check it out. There was someone outside of the trailer taking orders. They were very friendly and helped to answer all my questions about their menu. Ended up ordering my classic iced vanilla latte with oat milk. It was perfectly creamy and delicious. Would be curious to try other drinks next time. read more
Based on my visit, this place should have a perfect five star rating. I had the best latte that I have ever had in my entire life, I'm not even kidding. I ordered an iced sugar-free hazelnut latte with their housemate, almond milk and vanilla cold foam. I'm not even kidding. This was the best latte I've ever had. I'm trying to figure out how such a simple latte tasted so delicious and I'm depressed that I don't live closer to have this every single day. Additionally, I had the Caesar salad, I don't know what they do to the bread on that salad, but it was the most delicious thing I've ever had. The seasoned chicken and the salad in itself was absolutely divine. I can't wait to have it again and next time try one of their sandwiches. The ambience and service is unmatched. I had an incredible experience. They were really patient with me being a first-timer and not knowing what I wanted. The vibe of the place is too cute for words and definitely worth checking out! read more
Coffee Dose gave me a dose of caffeine and a dose of sassiness. Convenient to my work and their latte is satisfying. They do offer breakfast, which I will try in the future. Vibrant pink trailer to wake up the sense, satisfying coffee, and cheeky innuendos are a fun way to start the morning. Casual. Good service. Parking inside a corporate center. Please come and create your own adventure. read more

Hi India- this made our day! So glad the Bananarama Espresso is…
Coffee Dose in Irvine is my new happy place! I tried the Dreamsicle and it was everything -- creamy, citrusy, and totally addictive. loving the vibes here -- pink, stylish, Palm Springs girly vibes and so Instagram-worthy. I could hang out here all day. They are located in between two commercial buildings so keep an eye out for the sign. They also had a little area for the kids to hang out with toy coffee makers so cute.. there's isn't any seating inside it's all outside but they have plenty of seats and umbrellas .. Love, love, love! read more

Coffee Dose is the real deal -- cute, fun, and genuinely great coffee. The vibe is playful and aesthetic (I loved the merch -- super cute and totally my style), but don't let the cool branding fool you -- the coffee is high quality and seriously effective. I left feeling energized and well-caffeinated without the jitters. Perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon recharge. I'll definitely be back -- and might need to snag more merch next time too! read more

Can't go wrong with any of their drinks! My favorites are The Goldie and The Dreamsicle. Also, they have a small kids area with toys and a kids bench for them to enjoy while you enjoy your drinks! read more
I like that this location is close to my office - i genuinely enjoy ordering the Goldie iced and the GF/DF Lemon Loaf. Having allergen friendly items that are also delicious makes the $7+ dollar drink Worth it. The location is cute and pickup / movie order is generally very quick which i can appreciate when needing to get back to work. read more

What a funny, Instagramable spot! This place brought a smile to face from the interior design and colors to the comical merch. Fantastic branding! Stopped in while cheering on friends at the OC marathon (walking distance from the 12.5mi point). The vibes were great in there. Staff seemed friendly but did not directly interact as I ordered online for pick up. The latte was good and warm but nothing out of this world. They offer an extra hot option online and should have gotten that. I would come back and would try their more specialty drinks (which also had hilarious names). read more
The seasonal drinks here are always delicious and I'm so glad they but the banana drink on the menu permanently. I got the Cereal Killer Matcha this time and I love that they chose to use Cinnamon Toast Crunch for the flavor profile. The location is a small outdoor unit in a business complex, parking is easy and there is a large bench with small tables that works well in the small space. read more

8/24/25: I can't believe that I've never officially reviewed this place before as it's one of my most frequented stops! * Ambiance: 3.9/5, the aesthetic is very cute but it can get quite crowded and loud inside when it's busy. We chose to sit outside today and it was lovely! * Service: 4/5, overall no complaints. I've generally received good service each time I come here (or Dose in the Box). * Coffee: 4/5, my go-to order is the Goldie (get it hot unless it's too hot outside haha) which has cinnamon and turmeric and vanilla. * Selection: 4/5, there's a variety of drinks and seasonal options as well as food. My favorite is the Chi Chi Breakfast Burrito with their homemade fire hot sauce. * Value: 4.5/5, average for OC but worth it. * Overall: 4/5, this is one of my favorite places to catch up with a friend and grab coffee/breakfast! I keep coming back because it's so fun! read more

I got a matcha tea that was fire it had raw almond milk in it and tasted great, the green teas were delicious, avocado toast and avocado everything bagels. We weee really happy with our visit, it's located in the middle of a business park in a conex trailer, so don't get worried when your gps takes you to a business park! There is some seating but you order at a window and are unable to go inside, it's a small place but big flavors! Thanks for the treats read more
