I've seen this place in LA and it's not as special as this location. I got the basic witch and I really enjoyed it. All the right fall flavors in a drink. I got the foxy loxy, no capers light cream cheese and it was surprisingly good. I have low standards for anything with salmon in America because it usually isnt good. This was fresh and flavorful. My boyfriend got the drink with charcoal and almond mylk. He did not like the almond mylk but the drink wasn't bad. We just aren't almond mylk people lol. He got the avo toast. This man is the pickiest eater on earth and Coffee Dose impressed him with the avo toast. I deducted a star because it is SO HOT at the location. It is located between two buildings and I'm not too sure if they can install more shade but jeeeeez I was burning. The tables are small and close together so if you have a dog (which 50% of the people did when I was there) it will be a little too hot for the pups! We will be back, perhaps earlier in the morning :) read more

I'd like to say that the customer service here was spectacular. The cashier was very pleasant and gave us recommendations. However, the drinks weren't that great. We got a thicky thicc, and there were still coffee grounds visible, no bueno. And it didn't even taste good. I got the beauty, which was decent in taste, but not worth 6.50 for that little cup. Also, the wait was ridiculously long. We waited almost 20 mins for the coffee, and it wasn't even good. The place also had almost no shade. The location was also between two corporate buildings, definitely a weird place for a coffee. The merch and the cups were cute, but would not recommend coming here for coffee. You'd get better coffee from Starbucks, or even McDonald's read more

Unique concept! Super cute setup. Location is great. Hidden in a corporate park, but had seemingly ample parking. Tried the Chi chi burrito with the fire sauce and it was soooo good!!! A very avocado-heavy burrito, which is my jam. The fire sauce was so spicy and oh so good!! Their drinks all seemed really good. I only tried the matcha one which is perfect-- not too sweet and strong on the matcha. All the food packaging is really unique and cute. Their seatting area is pink, modern, and chic. They even have a little kiddie picnic table with kitchen toys for kids to play with. read more

I ordered the " toast Hass, if " (which is a toast w/avocado) took 15 mins ... bread was cold and hard.. tomatoes seem rotten. This was close to 15 dollars. For that price i would expect fresh tomatoes not poor looking greenish tomatoes and a hard bread. Please do better with the quality/quantity of food for this price. Other than that staff was nice. read more

I am obsessed with this convenient pop-up. First of all it's a tasty coffee spot in a corporate plaza. This is the perfect way to get through your cranky mornings with a coffee fix. Not to mention food is also served here. The baristas and staff are extremely nice, professional and are happy to suggest which drinks they like best. My favorite so far has been "The Detox." You haven't the option of either choosing espresso or matcha with a mix of charcoal, almond milk and honey. It's not super sweet, which is perfect for anyone who's not into sweet drinks. All the cups have cute ig worthy quotes and phrases. Coffee dose has always been an Orange County favorite and I'm so excited to have this Irvine pop-up close to my office! High recommend. Would give this place 6 stars if I could read more

So cute! This stand is absolutely adorable and my americano was great with sugar free hazelnut! I would love to come back again!!

i visited the costa mesa location a while back and decided to give the irvine one a try too. it's located between corporate buildings and there's plenty of parking. the vanilla latte was on the sweeter end but still great. the sandwich was super filling and tasted delicious. the aesthetics of this coffee shop are like none other too. i will definitely be back to try more. read more

It's a cute little space inside of a salon! I didn't realize it was inside a salon until I got there. They have limited seating in the front of the store but if you go through the door in the back - there is some cute seating back there where you can enjoy your coffee. The coffee had good flavoring - it wasn't watered down. It was just sweet enough. If you like really sweet, I'd add extra sweetness but I really like it to still taste like coffee. They have cute little stickers and I love their branding. I don't know if I'd come out of my way to just get coffee here but definitely a cute place to try! read more

Ordered the OC GO bagel with avocado and tomatoes in top. It was so bitter. The tomatoes were the culprit. I love avocado toast but the tomatoes had ti be scraped off just to eat. Unfortunately the bitter tomato juice still made it bitter to the point of almost inedible. Maybe they should just stick ti d Our food also came out much earlier than our drinks. They were overwhelmed. read more

This is a really cute location. Can be tricky to find so you have to drive into the parking lot and as you drive in it will be on your right hand side. They do stop selling food early, I think it was 30-1 hour before closing. They have some really fun drinks and good food. Two things I wish were different: Kinder employees, they always seem annoyed or PO'd. I'd also love a non-dairy cold foam. Other than that, it's cute, and they have fun drinks! read more

Such a friendly staff and beautiful aesthetic to their brand. Their offered us a pup cup which included whipped cream + a dog treat. Our furbaby gobbled it up! We got the merry matcha and the dreamsicle; both of which were delicious/refreshing. It's a great spot to go on a hot summer day with your friends, kids, and pups. Parking is easy too. I got the lavender flavor ice coffee. I've been here a few times before and my favorite two is the lavender, rose or charcoal. It is kind of hidden in the Corporate area with plenty of office parking around. They had a little cute bench area for seating with umbrellas so you are not directly under the sun on a hot day. Very cute and colorful outside. Haven't tried the food menu, but definitely would try it next time. read more

This place is one of my favorite iced coffee places in Irvine. My go-to is the Ice Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk. It really tastes just like it had whole milk. The other lattes and seasonal drinks are very fun as well. For food, try their Chi Chi Burrito and ask for the Fire sauce on the side. The fire sauce is very spicy and while I don't normally eat super spicy foods, I really like the unique flavor it has. Quick tip, only use a little of the sauce at a time. The vibes here are also super relaxing and you often can see lots of cute pups. It does get busy around lunch hour so I would recommend going off hours if you happen to be in a rush. read more

Some good, some bad. Good was that the people are great, pleasant and the place itself it fun to look at. Coffee cups are funny and very instagrammable, even the sign leading up to the store gave me a good laugh. But we actually didn't like the drinks we got (winter match and basic witch). That was kind of the deal breaker. Might have been a bad day so maybe we'll try again later. read more

This place is so fun! Granted it's just coffee and pastries and breakfast! But it's a vibe.. the fun dupes of coffee drinks. The interesting food. The ambience and the decor is what is all about. And service was good considering it was packed. The only downside was someone hit my car in the parking lot and left. But that's not the stores fault. I would go again to the location near me read more

I came as a fan of the What We Said podcast wanting to try their collab drink with Coffee Dose-- so glad they introduced me to my new favorite coffee shop! The location is a bit hard to find (this one consists of a converted shipping container between two buildings in an office park), but once you get there, there is ample parking and a good amount of shaded seating. Despite the unconventional location, their bright pink decor and murals created a lovely, girly vibe. I of course got the Valley Girl matcha which was perfectly sweet and delicious, paired with their almond croissant which is probably one of the best I've ever had. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

What's not to like about this pink container selling coffee in the middle of corporate buildings? Plenty of parking on the weekend and I came around 9:30am and it was not busy. There are benches with small tables and umbrellas to enjoy your drinks and food. All the drinks were interesting to me but decided to go with the Dreamsicle and it was so good! It reminded me of this orange blossom latte I used to get in NorCal. I usually do not enjoy oat milk but I couldn't even tell it was oat milk in the drink. My partner was deciding between a seasonal tea drink and got something with lemonade and it tasted good but familiar to Country Time Lemonade mix. It was refreshing but just okay. The design of the cafe and menu were all so cute. The cups come with fun stickers on it. I cannot wait to go back and try other drinks. read more

I frequent this cafe. Such a great vibe and ambiance, the staff is pleasant and their food and drinks do not disappoint! My go to food item for lunch will have to be the Uncle Nicky - mouth watering pesto chicken sandwich. I enjoy their seasonal drinks they have I always try them. Before I forget, their housemade syrup are great! My favorite: lavender & rose. You can say I'm a fan. However, as I always leave an honest review there was an incident where the chicken in one of my sandwiches was not the best. it was tiny left over pieces instead of the usual filet. I did contact them to let them know (so this wouldn't happen to others) and I received a response that they would address it with their staff on presentation. I would try this cafe again, as always I have provided ratings! Avocado Toast: 8.5/10 Uncle Nicky: 9.5/10 The OC OG: 8.5/10 The Gentle Monster: 8/10 The Beauty: 8/10 read more

As a gluten free eater and someone who avoids seed oils, it's often difficult to be able to get a gluten free breakfast sandwich. Not only do I love all the drinks at Coffee Dose, I love that I can get raw almond milk in my drink. The breakfast sandwich can be substituted with gluten free bread, and it's honestly so good. You would never know it's gluten free. I always mobile order because there is always a line, and it's such a game changer for me. If I want a sweet drink I always gravitate towards the Goldie. I've had it at all three locations Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Laguna Hills. It's tasted exactly the same from every location. I recommend the organic iced green tea. Even the lemonade is on point. I love the cups. They bring joy to my life and give me a good laugh. This is great marketing. I miss the old Staton location it was closer. Please open up a location in North OC. The Laguna Hills location has the veggie cream cheese. It's really simple and tasty. Tucked in a business area, Coffee Dose is a great place to grab your daily dose of caffeine. The drinks are amazing, I opted in for a seasonal drink (Side Chick) which is a mint coffee. I loved it. I feel like the mint flavor was deeper and complimented the coffee so well. I also got to try the Uh huh honey which was a delicious strawberry matcha and foam was added. It was on the sweeter side but it was very good as well. The cashier was so nice and was super helpful in explaining the drinks. I've been a fan of coffee dose for awhile and I love the coffee but i wanted to try their matcha because I've been on a matcha kick for the last few months. This place is close to me and the past reviews looked promising so I placed an order online. I had a free drink on the app so I said "why not!". I ordered Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and added Vanilla bean. The color was the first thing I noticed, it was very light and the taste was disappointing. It tasted like straight oat milk. The matcha flavor was slightly there but it didn't meet my matcha preferences. I'm not a fan of matcha if it tastes like sweet milk and that's exactly what mine tasted like. I went home and added my own matcha so I can actually taste the true matcha flavor. I think the only positive things from my experience was the convenience of the app and there wasn't any matcha clumps in my drink. read more

Needed to find more coffee shops other than Starbucks and found this hidden gem. This location is hidden within a business complex but will stick out once you find it. I love the concept and the unique concoctions. So far I've been here twice. On my first visit, I ordered an iced Goldie which has organic turmeric in it but I couldn't tell. You could either get it iced or hot and it only comes in one size. I also ordered their breakfast sandwich, Breaky Sando. Both were really good and the Sando was huge! The next day I tried the Dreamsicle and the Chi Chi Burrito. Also both really good. The burrito came with a sauce and it was good but I didn't know the spice level until I had a huge bite and it surprised me. So just be careful before pouring the sauce in. read more
