Food good server Tracey B excellent!!! Great place to go. We always go there while in Florida.

Was here for a birthday lunch. Denise was our server she was fantastic. Food was delicious, the portions are HUGE! Way too much to eat. I would highly recommend. read more

Joy was our waitress tonight and did a terrific job. Steak was tender and generous side dishes. Joy was great with drink refills and service

My neices and I had the pleasure of meeting Chassity on Cinco de Mayo. Although it was a busy dinner time, thankfully, there was no wait and we were immediately seated. I enjoyed some delicious fajitas and the mango and strawberry margaritas were mouthwatering; both frozen and on ice! Despite the fact that Chassity had a very large party to seat and take orders for, she remained on guard and was attentive of our table, checking on us without waver. Chassity was personable and has a great demeanor and aura. Her smile is infectious, and her service was outstanding! Thank you for a great experience, Chassity, we will definitely be back for your great service! read more

Haven't been to this place since 2017. No, really our last visit was THAT BAD. It had been a slow spiral that finally resulted in no more... Have driven by to many times to tell. Watched the upgrade work going on, read the not so good Health Dept. reviews, just stayed away. Mother-in-Laws seniors group went there on Tuesday and on their return told us it's time to try again... They're a traveling group of lunch food critic's who are pretty fair, if they say it's good I'm in. So we went and first thing through the door you could see the change. It was clean looking and smelled awesome. We were immediately seated. Our server Austin was on-point through out our entire visit. Appetizers were ordered, Cheese Logs and on the table in a flash, no excess breading what a break!!!! Food was soon to follow, we got the Southwest Chicken and Chicken Fried Chicken. Chicken was juicy and done. Both were well done in not only flavor, but presentation too. Size of the portions were amazing considering the "down sizing" that been going. Austin was always checking and anticipating our needs, this guy's the best!! Will we be back, without a doubt. This has been the best dining out experience we've had in quite a few months maybe even years. read more

Ken came to our table with a great attitude and was very attentive to our needs! The food was cooked to perfection and very fresh! We will definitely be back and we will be requesting Ken due to his outstanding service! read more

This place was excellent, I got the bacon wrapped filet. It was cooked perfectly. The waitress (Judy) was very attentive. Next time I'm in town I will def be back. read more

Food was good. but noisy. Service was good. Just don't come on Sunday pm unless you want games. Drinks are pricey but strong. We're coming back when no games. read more

We drove up and down the road trying to figure out where we should go for dinner and the vibe from the outside seemed fun. The parking lot was full and the staff let us do a call ahead. We weren't from the area so we didn't have any major expectations but they sure set the bar high themselves. Our server, Joy, was sweet and knowledgeable. The food was great and the portions were huge. The only regret we have is that we don't have one closer to home! read more

Joy was a terrific waitress! She satisfied all our needs and exceeded expectations! She explained all the specials clearly.

Our party of 3 adults had a great meal here. Our server was Tracey B and she was friendly and took good care of us. The manager, Lori, stopped by our table a few times and made sure we were enjoying our meals. We had steak chunks, pork chop, and the sirloin - all on the early bird menu. The sirloin was requested "blue" and Lori made sure it came out just the way we wanted it. The warm rolls and fresh salad were delicious. Two for one drinks is a great deal. We've eaten at several different Cody's in the area and have not been disappointed. read more

We went on a Friday night to Cody's and ordered the beef fajitas and quesadillas. Both were excellent. Joy, our server was great! She kept coming by our table asking us if everything if we needed anything and making sure that everything was to our expectations. Our overall experience was excellent! read more

Chicken Fajitas We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cody's. The food was great and generous. Our server Miranda was the best. She was on top of everything. Nice comfortable atmosphere with a lot of activity. read more

Dropped in for dinner during the week. The place was much busier than expected (I guess this is out of the ordinary). When we asked for a table the complete lack of interest/response on the hostess's face was like nothing I'd ever seen before in my life. We waited for a bit without a server until a runner filled (thank goodness - great experience with him). Decent burger and beer and OK patio seating. read more

This location is always crazy busy. Last night it was the busiest we've ever seen. We had to take a pager thing and wait outdoors. There we each had a cocktail which was perfect. Then we finally got inside and it was worth the wait. We had shrimp fajitas (2 ppl got them bc they had a bogo deal), chicken sandwich w steamed veggies (SO GOOD) and a quesadilla. Everything came out hot, fresh and delicious! Our waiter inside was Mark. He did a great job! All and all wonderful experience (especially with it being SO BUSY!) read more

Went to Cody's today for St Patrick's Day celebration. What a great time! Every time we go to the one in Spring Hill, it is fun and always busy. Arianna is the best there for food service! She is right there with great food. When you need something, she's there. Angel is the best also. He cleans tables, always happy to see us, and is way more talented to do more there than busing tables. Smart and great attitude. The 2 of them keep us coming back. Eating out isn't just about great food. It's fun to talk with those who work there also. read more

Food was excellent, service was great. Our waitress Tracey B. was fantastic. We will be back.

The highlight here are the rolls with cinnamon butter. You may as well stop there because the entrees lack flavor and definitely avoid the instant mashed potatoes. The service is lacking. Orders often get mixed up. Avoid going in the colder months. I don't think they have the heat on. It's loud and people are elbow to elbow. I've been to other Cody's and this is the worst. read more

Great food and service. Our server Miranda was very sweet and did an outstanding job. I had the 10oz top sirloin which was cooked to perfection. I'd definitely recommend coming here for a good steak. read more

Our waitress, Cheryl, was a real joy. Very friendly and fun. Food was delicious, served exactly as we ordered it! Service was quick even though they were very busy. Loved Amanda too. She showed genuine concern about our experience! Great people and food! read more

Had a great lunch, early dinner. Had the chicken and vegetables, they came hot and delicious. Hubby had the rib eye and loaded potato. Their salad is second to none! Delicious! The service is always good but today Miranda was the best. A pleasant smile and great service! Looking forward to our next visit. read more

Our server, Joy, was excellent! The 6 of us thought she was 1 of the best servers we have ever had!!

Not been here in years. Arrived at five instant seat. Has the peanuts in the bucket. Ours were stale and chewy. Sat in a round booth seat. Ripped at the base and back and crumbs at the base. Overhead light fixture caked with dust. Restaurant looking overall tired and needing a facelift. Happy hour!! Two beers for $ 4. Draft beers with bubble but no head. Was cold but a little off. Didn't drink it. Buns and honey butter ok. House salad was dry needed more dressing. Asked for extra and never got any. Ordered the prime rib medium rare. It came well done. They cheerfully exchanged it for a medium rare one in under five minutes. Prime rib was off last time I ordered it. Server was pleasant. Will wait a while before we return to try again if ever. read more

My husband and I went to Cody's in Spring Hill on a Thursday night to celebrate his 70th birthday. Our server, Joy was spectacular. Her name matches her personality. She greeted us right away with a smile and a welcome. She brought our drinks right away. She suggested the cheese logs as an appetizer. They were amazing. She even suggested an extra marinara sauce. Good call. My husband had the rib eye steak. It was cooked to perfection and was juicy and tender. I had the southwest chicken. Although the bacon was just a smidge underdone for my tastes, it was very tasty. The chicken was nice and tender. After dinner, we were too stuffed for desert but Joy heard it was my husband's birthday, so she brought us a warm brownie with fudge and whipped cream. Perfect ending. We really enjoyed our meal and our time with Joy. She is an excellent server. read more

Been to this place several times and liked it but my recent visit turned me off totally on this place. First off the paper covering our table when we were seated was dirty but I didn't say anything to the hostess then we ordered our meals and it took forever to come. My wife got prime rib but it sure didn't look like it, I myself ordered sirloin with onions and when it came I had mushrooms instead on my steak. They did replace my meal but it was cooked to how I had asked. Came time to pay the check and that took forever to get our credit card back. Really turned off by this place. read more

The food was very good but the service is why we will come back! Joy was so personable and attentive. We had the fillet mignon steak and the 1/2 bbq chicken and shared off each others plates. Very well cooked food and very tasty bbq sauce! Friendly service, laid back atmosphere. Definitely recommend. read more

Ordered through door dash as we are moving into our new house. First, we received no utensils for our meal. Next we had no condiments for any of our meals. The country fried steak had no gravy for the meal. The pork chop was dry but had apple sauce to make it edible. We had 6 rolls with one butter for them. The burger meal, coconut shrimp meal and kids shrimp were good. We contacted the manager to explain we had no utensils, gravy, and condiments to go with the meal and we were confronted with just a sorry next time ask for more butter and rolls. read more

We had a server who had a trainee for the evening. Robin and Josh were great! The food was on point as always and always provides enough for a 2nd meal at home for a decent price. Everything clean as expected! read more

We are down visiting from S. Georgia and were not looking for a place like Cody's, but our first choice of dinner location fell through (closed for construction), and Cody's was close by so we thought we'd try it out. It was a good indication that the parking lot was filled, but we were nervous that there would be a wait. Surprisingly, there was no wait- the screened in patio had a large group listening to a singer which might be the reason for the amount of cars. We were immediately seated and greeted by Scott who was extremely nice! He introduced himself and the manager on duty (Lori) as well. We ordered drinks and then dinner. We had the Cody's salad and the rolls with cinnamon butter. My child's dinner came out first which might bother some but I am totally for it. Mine and my mother's food came and we really enjoyed our meals (hamburger and fries for mom, Southwest chicken breast and baked potato for me). I absolutely recommend Cody's to anyone who is down visiting the area and is looking for something that will make everyone is your group happy! The atmosphere is very laid back, not like a regular steakhouse where you feel "corralled" almost and pushed back out the door as soon as you are fed! read more

Fantastic visit, we visit this location regularly and it's always a great experience, occasionally it's better than usual because the service is that much more memorable, in this particular visit, Robin was taking care of us a couple of days after hurricane Milton and she was very tuned into the emotional state of the guests. In my opinion, above and beyond. Thank you Robin! You made our day better. read more

my steak was cooked incorrectly twice and both times they immediately came and took it away and tried to fix it the third time it was done right our waitress Robin was absolutely wonderful and very helpful and the manager on duty was very apologetic and came over to do everything she could to make it right. I highly recommend to everyone. read more

Joy was awesome and personable! A literal joy to have serve us tonight. They checked our steak cook to our satisfaction and offered to remake it if it wasn't meeting our standard. Definitely a roadside bar vibe, but friendly and clean inside. read more
