The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have. Their quote was also competitive. I'd definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs! P.S. if you're unable to reach them at their phone/office number, try messaging them via Yelp. Hired Lacassa plumbing to fix a small leak in the basement. After paying him $1700, my wife took a shower up on the second floor. Water poured all the way down into the basement. The ceiling on the 1st was soaked and pretty much collapsed when I went to cut it out. Michael, the owner showed up and agreed with me that the technician who did the work in the basement did a poor job. Micheal fixed everything in the basement. I cut holes in the 2nd and 1st floor bathroom walls so he had access to the pvc riser pipe. After I repaired all of the drywall and repainted everything, I noticed every time you use the 2nd floor bathroom shower, water drips all the way down to the basement. I have been calling, leaving messages and emailing Lacassa plumbing for 4 months , not once did I get a response. $2500 later, not including my time and material to fix the drywall, I still have a leak. I would definitely not recommend this company. what I have seen , his technicians, as they call themselves, are far from being plumbers. I am not a plumber , but am a union tradesman, I know quality work when I see it, this is not! I did the plumbing for my daughter bath tub, sink and added a slop sink in her laundry room. In April, I paid approximately $3,000 for a new sump pump and backup battery system. In August, that backup battery failed, resulting in my basement flooding. What is incredibly frustrating is that after spending that much money on a system that was supposed to protect my home, I was left dealing with the consequences when it failed only a few months later. To make matters worse, the response and communication throughout this entire situation have been extremely frustrating. I had to take multiple days off work for appointments, only to have the company fail to show up when they said they would. I was repeatedly given different timelines for when someone would come out and address the damage. The battery was eventually replaced, but the mitigation process was another nightmare. I was told the mitigation team would come out, only to have someone come later simply assess the damage and take pictures. I was then given another date for the actual mitigation work, only to be told at the last minute that they didn't have anyone available. At that point, I had enough. J. Blanton will not be stepping foot in my home again. I do want to specifically thank Nick and Michael from the mitigation side for at least trying to help and work through this situation with me. I appreciate the effort they made, but unfortunately, it doesn't change my overall experience with the company. When you spend thousands of dollars on something that is supposed to protect your home, you should be able to expect it to work and expect the company to stand behind its work when something goes wrong. I have since used Servpro to mitigate the situation. My advice: save yourself the headache, money, missed work, and frustration and choose another company. I would never use J. Blanton again.

They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky.
