They came out right after I called them. Got a good quality sump pump installed in a half an hour. Saved a lot of money. The other plumbers wanted to charge me $600 more for an inferior sump pump. read more

Jake and his crew are the absolute best. Pressure tank (which they installed 20 years ago) had run its life expectancy. Called Jake in the morning and he was out that afternoon and replaced, hauled the old one away. Very professional and knowledgeable. Recommend them for any pump services needed!! read more

Prompt, friendly service. Educated me on the system that was installed and was very communicative during the process.

My sump pump was dying one day before a forecasted rain. My brother picked out a Wayne main pump / backup combo for me and told he that he would install it for me. Of course, until he was called for National Gard duty and couldn't. He talked me thru the procedure, I'm pretty handy, and I thought I could do it. I started, but I am 63 and everything was so heavy! I was getting pretty tired and scared. I decided to call for help. Thank goodness I contacted Jake at Jerry's Pump service! The call was in the evening, maybe 7:30. He was planning on going out to dinner, but realized how much I needed help and came quickly. He straightened out my mess, installed the new pump and explained how it all worked. I was so happy! He really knows his stuff, he is kind, and he has whatever parts are needed. I have already passed his name and number on to five friends. I will make him my very first call the next time I need work. His price was fair. I was so happy I gave him a tip. I am so very thankful that there are still great people to help ! read more

My father's well pump went out at 4:30pm. Jake answered my call and worked around several challenges, mainly that the well is in the house, to not only replace the 30 year old pump, but also replace the well tank. He came out the same day (night) within the hour and finished all of the work that night to make sure that my dad had running water. You cannot go wrong here. He is honest, punctual and knowledgeable. Definitely will use him in the future for any service needs. Highly recommended!! read more

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! Thanks Jake read more

Jake was extremely helpful. I called with questions about shocking the well as well as the pitless adapter. He was eager to help and even walked me through the process. Was willing to sell me the parts I needed for repair, at a competitive price. read more

Jake couldn't have been more kind and professional. He was at my house first thing on a Sunday morning. He identified the problems and was patient with us. He discovered our problems were a more severe than we all thought. He referred us to another company to handle our major repairs and even called to check in later on our progress. Although Jake wasn't able to to fix everything I couldn't be more impressed and I would use him again without question. read more

We have been clients of Jerry's pump service for over 35 years. Jake was trained by his father and there is no job he cannot handle. Jake has given excellent service every single time we have called him from replacing the well pump to fixing the well housing to inside tank replacement. He is always reliable, warranties his work and is always honest and up front about when he will come and when the job will be completed. Today the puddle around the well housing and the fountain of water coming up thru the grass on the side forced me to shut down the well pump......of course it happened on a Sunday! Jake was at another job but came afterward to dig, find the leak, replace the old worn out part, refilled the hole which required him to stay until after 7pm to finish and get us water back into the house. Not only is the service above par he is always fair and reasonable with his pricing - willing to work Sundays and holidays (once he spent 4th of July with us) and always in good cheer. I know before I pick up the phone to call him the job will be done right, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. read more

Jake and Brandon were terrific ! They came out at short notice (didn't charge an emergency or late fee because he's a decent human being!!!) and replaced two sump pumps. We only bought the house a month ago and with the threat of heavy rain, needed to have these checked out. He walked in and in 10 seconds diagnosed our issues. Within 30 minutes two new pumps were in. He showed us how they work, what they're made of, etc. He truly knows and takes pride in the work that he does. Cash or check only, but HIGHLY recommended!! read more

Jake and Brandon came out extremely fast to remove and replace our well pump. He explained everything up front, and quoted me a approximate price and did the job fast and they even moved a heavy fountain that was in the way. Some others locally weren't as professional on the phone and even one came to the house in a argumentative mood. I had to send him away. Not Jake. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and won't hesitate to call him again. Excellent service/job. read more

Jake got here pretty quick when our sump pump kept running non stop, it was raining all night/all morning, were concerned it would go out akd have the basement flood. He found the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes tops! He's friendly and knows what he's doing! Definitely recommend him to anyone needing assistance with these kind of issues! read more

Replaced my sump pump myself about three weeks ago.. It was rusty.. Realized I had better get my extraction pump checked before it failed. Looked online for someone who would do an extraction pump. Found Jerry's.. Called. Jake answered quickly, and I was able to get an appointment when it worked for me. Jake arrived on time, went right to work and had my old pump removed and the new quality one installed in ~20 min, didn't track anything in the house and left the area clean. Guess he's done this a few times. Price was as quoted, no surprises. Jake is personable and professional, honest and reasonable. Best experience I've had with plumbing service ever. Highly recommended. read more

Great guys. Had a problem with the pump. They came right over on a Saturday morning. Turns out it was a clog that cleared itself. They did not charge as no repair was done. But while here took the time to do an inspection and show me what to look for in the future. read more
