Yesterday morning, everything underlying kitchen sink went kaput and water everywhere. I called Thompson Plumbing and they were able to coordinate getting Nick out to see to the problem within a couple hours. In less than an hour. He replaced everything under the sink that needed replacing, snaked the pipes to make sure there were no blockages for an extremely affordable price. Will use again and refer to others! read more

NICK serviced my house plumbing and took the time to go over all the pipes in a 2-story house we bought ! He was super helpful and appreciated the fact that he walked thru whole house identifying all the water pipes and where they lead. We will use them for more repairs as we move in !! read more

Great company - so glad I called them. Scheduling was easy and they asked for pictures before they came (which is great because they come prepared). Showed up right on time. Fixed a few plumbing issues, including replacing water shutoff valves that were leaking. Explained what they were doing and were very fair in pricing. Highly recommended. read more

The crew arrived on the scheduled day and called ahead to let us know they were coming and what time they would arrive. They were polite, explained everything and had the job done in 2 days. They cleaned up after. They answered all my questions. Fabulous job! I would definitely hire them again! read more

We had a very minor leak underneath our sink. Called Thompson as we had used them in the past. They came out and diagnosed the leak as a faulty garbage disposal and recommended a new one at a cost of $500. I agreed and arranged for them to come back. Due to a tragedy in my family, I had to wait six weeks before having them come back out. During that time, the leaking garbage disposal barely leaked any water. When they arrived to install the new disposal which they had recommended, they said I'd have to have the electrical line extended to reach this new $500 garbage disposal and I needed to contract an electrician at an additional cost. I asked them to just put my current disposal back in and I'd deal with the minor leak. They did so and now the leak is much worse and their only solution is to tell me to just do without a disposal or go ahead with their $500 disposal and another couple hundred or more for electrical work. I feel completely misled and cheated, during a very difficult time. read more

WE are new to the neighborhood and are in a home needing extensive plumbing work. Cathy arranged for service to be provided immediately and since we would be traveling, we gave them a key. Lo and behold, when we returned everything had been completed NEATLY & properly. They are as good a service provider as I've ever employed! TOP DRAWER. read more

Thompson is the best. First off they answer the phone and show up on time. I had a leak in a copper pipe in the basement that was handled quickly and professionally. One outfit quoted my 5 hours labor charge for the repair. The Thompson plumber fixed it properly in 45 minutes. They will be the one I call if I ever have any other plumbing issues. read more

Excellent job! They were able to come out same day and fix two issues in record time! Nicolas is very knowledgeable and everyone we dealt with has fantastic customer service. We will definitely use their services for all our plumbing needs in the future. read more

What a gem of a company...seriously. We had used another local plumbing company that charged us an arm and a leg, and didn't even get the job done. When we had water coming through our ceiling, we called Thompson Plumbing and Nicholas came out same day. It took several hours to diagnose the problem and fix it...which he did successfully. I was terrified to get the bill based on our last experience, and was pleasantly surprised that it was 1/4 of the price the prior company had charged. I highly recommend Thompson Plumbing...they will be my first call from now on! read more

Would never trust or use anyone else. Friendly, professional and honest. You can't get any better than that. Called when my hot water heater broke. In less than 24 hrs I had a new one. The service man (can't remember name sorry) was professional , knowledgeable , friendly & trustworthy. Came out in a heck of a snow storm & on time wow! In one hour he had remove & replaced my water heater he sure knew his stuff! Have used them for a few years now and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great service TP! read more

Wow! These guys solved a problem for me that seven other plumbers missed! Not sure what the bill will be, but I know it will be half what the other estimates were. My dishwasher wasn't filling - they were the only guys to pull it out and check the connection behind the wall. I asked him why he was the only guy that did that - he said "because it's the hardest thing to check." Problem solved and I'm one happy customer! Great work! read more

These guys are great. Excellent customer service, quick response and they know their stuff!

Thompson Plumbing was terrific! Wayne showed up on time and was quick, and thorough. Kathy in the office was terrific with customer service. The whole experience was effortless and their fees were quite reasonable. We will recommend them again and again. read more

Really nice professional guys. We knew what the issue was and had them quote a price on a valve that needed to be replaced and labor. Very fair pricing. About $60 less than others who quoted for the same job. Total bill was $210 and included some additional work at our request. Great customer service. I will be calling them with ALL of our future plumbing needs! read more

These guys are the best! When they say they'll be there at 9am, they are there at 9am. They work quickly, efficiently, and will let you know how to bring the cost down on any job. I've been using them for about the last 12 years or more and never been disappointed. read more

I have hired Thompson plumbing for my personal home plumbing needs and have always been happy. Recently, on a Friday morning just a 1/2 hour before my clients were supposed to close the sale of their home, we found a broken exterior sump pump pipe with storm water ejecting straight out the side of the house. My first and only call was to Thompson. Ken, the owner, came out immediately, fixed the pipe and even talked to the buyer on the phone to answer numerous questions. Without Thompson Plumbing's fast response, we probably wouldn't have closed and my sellers would have been very unhappy. Thanks Thompson for saving the day & the deal! read more
