One of the toilets started leaking. Mark was able to quickly come out and care for the problem. As an aside, I asked him to look at the handle on the other toilet as it was sticking and the water would continue to run unless you juggled the handle. He fixed it. Then before he left, he thought to give it one last check and the handle broke. It wasn't his fault but he felt so responsible. I am temporarily laid up with a broken ankle and really depend on that bath. Mark had the part shipped overnight so he could get things working right. He certainly did not have to go that extra mile. If you're looking for a plumber who will treat your home as it was his own, Mark is the guy. He's prompt, knowledgeable, conscientious and honest. Short version: I had a plumbing emergency - flooding - and Mark showed up quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend Choice Plumbing. Details: I rent out a home in Bolingbrook and the tenants reported flooding in the basement. (It turned out that my sump pump and back-up pump had failed.) The property-management company arranged for Choice Plumbing to diagnose and fix the problem, informing me that they've had great results with choice plumbing in the past and trusted his work. Since I live over 1,000 miles away it was stressful knowing I had a major home problem and couldn't even see the problem myself. Doubly so when stopping the flooding from getting worse depended on one person: a plumber I've never encountered before. Would he do a good job?! Mark arrived quickly, pumped out the water, and installed the replacement pumps. His did this quickly, took a few brief moments to explain the his findings to me and the property company, and fixed it. His work seems to be very solid and his pricing was good. The property company said his past work was always good - so I can only speak to my one experience but they use Choice often.
