We are so thankful to have Brenden clean our pool each week. We always know he will clean our pool, test it for needed chemicals and then add them as needed. Brenden is very professional and is always willing to answer any question that we have. We would HIGHLY recommend using the cleaning services available from Cody pools. Tre came over quickly when we needed our skimmer door put back on. We really appreciated his help! Our pool is always sparkling clean, and we have Brenden to thank!!

I recently completed my pool installation with Cody Pools and it was an amazing experience! The design process was fun, and the construction process went quickly at 10 weeks from first dig. My project manager, Jody was very experienced and his teams made the construction look easy. It has now been 8 days since my pool was filled. The startup crew was here 2 days later to do initial chemical balance and my pool school is in 3 days. I can't wait for the weather to be warm enough to jump in! The choice to go with Cody Pools was the right choice. If I ever move and need another pool I will be using them again. I highly recommend Cody Pools, and if you have the opportunity to work with Jody as your project manager, you will no doubt be incredibly happy with the outcome!

Can't say thanks enough to the Cody Pool's team that built our pool. Zach and Jody were awesome to work with and the pool exceeded our expectations! The whole process was seamless and easy. From the awesome experience in the design room with Zach showing us what our pool would look like in a cool video, to Jody expertly managing all phases of the build. We were informed all the way through the entire process. We recommend Cody Pools to anyone looking to build a dream pool!

We chose Cody Pools because of their long-standing reputation and are extremely glad that, we did. Peter & Jody have been amazing throughout the whole process. They have created a mini oasis in our backyard. I will recommend them over and over again. We have a few neighbors who went with other companies and they have had a horrible experience. I'm so glad we went with CODY Pools. Thank you to Peter & Jody!!

I'm updating my review and bumping it up from 1 to 3 stars. If it was based only on the support I've received from Art this would have been 4 or 5 stars but the reality is that just 3 years after completing my pool and after following all their maintenance instructions I now have a patched pool (with noticeable difference on color) with stained plaster (apparently from grout repairs). Cody pool did repair the cracks that developed all over my pool but claimed it was because the grout and mortar they installed stopped working as expected as it will need to be reapplied and sealed almost every year. I ended up paying a bit less that a thousand dollars out of pocket to get all the repairs completed and my pool is now stained/patched. Maybe some people wouldn't mind but I took obsessive care of my pool and followed Cody's pool recommendations and still had issues. My advice would be for Cody to be clear and honest and add in the documentation that grout and mortar needs to be resealed and replaced annually. Yes it will increase lifetime ownership cost for prospective clients but without those disclosures their warranty is worthless as they can use it as an excuse to deny coverage in the future.

Hot tub stopped working mid-September so I called A-Tex for what I knew would be an out of warranty repair. Joseph responded to my inquiry and came to my home and verified my motor was dead on arrival and I would need to have a new one installed. I agreed and asked him to proceed, order the new motor and schedule the repair. Joseph stated to me the cost would be near $700.00. I again told him to proceed. He told me he'd call me later in the day to get the repair set up. SPRING FORWARD one whole week, not having heard back from Joseph, I sent him a text message and left him a voice mail...Never responded. SPRING FORWARD one more week. I called Joseph and asked him for a status of my repair. He told me another person needed to place the order and it would be two more days before we could "settle up" and get the motor ordered and he would call me back. SPRING FORWARD one more week. No return calls from Joseph SPRING FORWARD one more week (for a total of 4) I called Joseph and asked him for a status of my motor order and repair. Joseph's response was "Oh, "Danny is back in the office now and we can get the motor ordered". After learning that 4 weeks in the Service Team A-Tex had not moved the needle, I declined and let him know I would have someone else fix it. Upon hanging up with Joseph, I called the main number and spoke to a girl who told me the Service department at A-Tex "Sorta does their own thing, and she doesn't have any input with them." This is a sad but true story of how A-Tex treated me after the sale. I was lucky enough to find a local independent repair person who completed the job including ordering a motor and installation in 4 days. $200.00 cheaper than A-Tex quoted and some 26 days better than A-Tex. This may not dissuade anyone from buying from A-Tex, but maybe potential buyers may want to inquire about service after the sale. There are capable, independent and fair repair people available. Please research your BEST options when choosing a product that will eventually require service.

Turns out this is a family business, which makes sense why Chad knew the Jacuzzi system backwards and forwards. Probably been hearing about hot tubs since he was a kid. Also, he had just the right touch. He knew the products were quality, so he didn't pressure us or upsell. He let the products do the talking. He earned our trust and delivered on it 100%, including being responsive over text as I got the whole thing installed and set up. Service that really went above and beyond. The only thing I would add to the Big Star business model: a subscription plan to get the chemicals delivered automatically. Would love to set it and forget it, with my money going to a locally-owned, family-run business instead of Amazon. Support small businesses!

Buyer Beware I…read morepurchased a Dimension One spa from this location after being assured by the salesperson that it met my top priorities: reliability, strong customer service, and low maintenance. I made it very clear during the sales process that these were non-negotiable for me. In fact, I was already prepared to purchase a Bullfrog spa from another dealer but decided to stop here before making my final decision. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!  Unfortunately, I now know the salesperson misrepresented key facts in order to close the sale. After working with the service department six times over the past year, it has become clear that Dimension One has severe reliability issues (and has for a long time) and is no longer a viable brand. I've since learned the company is bankrupt and widely regarded as one of the worst options in the industry for the very criteria I emphasized during my purchase, and was known by the salesman.  I have owned this spa for over a year, and for the last six months it has not functioned properly at all. This is not a reflection of the service department, who have been professional and responsive. The issue is that I was sold a defunct product by a salesperson who knew the true condition of the brand. I regret trusting the information I was given and feel misled or defrauded into purchasing a product that does not align with what was promised. I strongly encourage potential buyers to do extensive research and proceed with caution before purchasing from this business.

When our spa cover, which we'd purchased new along with the spa, needed replacement after being damaged in a hailstorm, we ordered a replacement cover, but the salesman wrote incorrect instructions on the order form, resulting in a cover that didn't fit our spa. My wife spoke with the manager Chris, who said he would speak with the manufacturer and look for solutions. When we hadn't heard back from A-Tex for a week and a half, we decided to order a replacement cover from another vendor. Just before we were about to place the order, Chris phoned informing us that our "new cover" was in and ready for delivery, and asked us to pay half the cost. We told A-Tex that as long as they'd had the cover fabricated we would accept it, but would not pay for the new cover since it was fully covered by our insurance company. A-Tex agreed to this as long as we would pay a $75 delivery charge in cash. When the replacement cover was delivered, the first thing A-Tex's delivery people did was cut the old spa cover in half. The new cover turned out to be only half as thick and heavy as the first cover. Since the original cover was destroyed, we had no choice but to pay the $75 delivery fee and accept the replacement. When my wife spoke with our salesman and with Chris about these issues, Chris was extremely rude and said, "You've already taken enough of my time and I'm not talking to you any more" and hung up on her. Every step of the way, A-Tex's staff has been unresponsive, careless, deceptive and rude with us. We eventually brought the matter to the attention of our credit card company, disputing the charges on the basis of fraud.
