First of all. Loved the bus. Sprinter bus was cool and fun. Though, 12 is the limit and we had 7, and it wasn't a lot of room. And the cooler was itty bitty and I didn't see any water provided lol just cups. Driver: Miguel, arrived on time, but my god can't run the AC before patrons get in the vehicle? We got in and it was 100 degrees in there. Driver was a good person and decent driver. My only complaint was the ac and that he did a couple of laps/took a bit of time to for pick up at our second location (which resulted in late timing, ie extra late fee) Company: scummy. The late fee for just about 15 min late, idk probably due to driver? And what kind of party bus doesnt expect "partying"? I got hit with a "excess" cleaning fee for dried alcohol on walls... like y'all ever heard of a wet rag? $250 extra for some beer on the wall or ground? I don't understand what they qualify as partying haha. I guess they mean if there's 12 people in that tiny ass can then the passengers can't party and nothing to clean up. All in all, I would take my business elsewhere probably better prices and less uptight and outrages "fees" I didn't do the much needed research before scheduling this company and was pressed for time. But this company did beat 1 other company I was in talks with. The two stars are for that and for the decent driver and bus. read more

But unfortunately I will not be a customer of theirs anymore due to bad customer services, rude employees, don't answer phone calls, no emails response. Had a great day and Code 3 Limo help make that happen. The company included water, wine and glasses with the rental. They were supposed to have a banner made for the party, but unfortunately they weren't able to make it. The driver was right on time and off we went. With 17 ladies someone had to make a unscheduled stop before we hit the winery. The driver was very accommodating and pulled on over. The day started with a tasting stop at Castle di Amarosa for 1 hour. Then off to St Supery for another tasting (Bonnie was great). To finish the day lunch at Rutherford's Grill. We offered the driver lunch but he said he would eat after he finished our tour. If I had to do all over Code 3 would be the only call I made. Both conversations I had were great on 2 different days hence the 3 stars. The Hummer was accurate in the pictures posted on the Internet, and the Drivers Aaron and Johnny Blaze were really cool, the best. We had the best time with Darwin and Code 3 Limo for our wedding. We were able to do two split reservations so that we did not have to pay for the limo during the event as we would not be using it. They also upgraded us to a larger limo closer to the event because it was available and they knew we were interested. After the limo dropped the bridal party off at the venue we used it as a shuttle for guests from the hotel to the venue. After the wedding, Darwin took us out for more fun and late night burgers. He never once complained about our shenanigans or the loud music we played. As stated before, the office (Sasha) was wonderful to deal with, very efficient, the driver was wonderful and punctual and the shuttle was clean. My only complaint is the wrong size was sent to pick up 27 guests. After my posting, Sasha called me personally to apologize and offered me a significant credit on my charge card to help "make things right".
