We shopped around quite a bit for shuttle services and they had the best rates for our group size. But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It's clear they actually care about taking care of their customers, not just getting through the job. Made one less thing for us to stress about on an already busy day. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. The tech works well but can have issues. If the tech matters, have a plan for support if it fails. I'm sure we could have had if fixed if we asked but we didn't bother.
