Wow! I'm so glad we decided to use Elite Excursions this past weekend for my girlfriend's baby shower celebration in and around Sebastopol and Bodega Bay! Fonzi was professional and detail oriented handling our reservation and confirming everything with me in advance of the day. He was flexible in changing our start time when one of our guests had a flight and travel issue the night before and we needed to move some of the morning around. He communicated easily with me about everything and set up another driver, Diane, to take us around the in the 6 passenger Escalade. The car was nice and clean. Diane offered us waters. She even offered to stop into a drug store for us while we were at the wineries for something we mentioned we might need (yes, we celebrated our friend's baby shower at wineries. She's an awesome friend.) Diane had a sixth sense. And /or she was impeccable about following the itinerary even when we were a bit delayed. She always happened to pull up to where we needed her, when it was time to go to the next place. Finally, she navigated around the area when there was a bike race blocking off parts of the roads. I am a seasoned wedding planner in the Orange County, CA area and I was asked to help plan the transportation portion of a #GoodbyeGibson #HelloAo Bachelorette party in Sonoma County. First, I messaged him for a quote on Yelp and he responded instantly to gather some more information. We corresponded through the phone easily and I booked him instantly when he told me that he was familiar with the location of the wineries we were interested to see and went to high school with a few of the owners too! I was very happy with the hourly rate because when I did my research, other companies told me they don't service certain areas or they were overcharging us because we were going to need multiple drop-offs and pick-ups. The Bride-To-Be was more than satisfied with his professionalism, quick pick-ups (he's only a text away-better than an UBER), and recommended places to drop us off in downtown Healdsburg after our service was over.
