Mike came to pick us up and was on time and very flexible with our schedule. He popped the complimentary bottle of champagne and ensured we were off to a good start. Mike was on time if not early to pick us up from all three of our destinations. One of the wineries had no signal, but he was outside waiting for us when we were ready to go regardless. We didn't ask for champagne but he purchased it for us anyway and offered it to us (we don't drink but would have totally enjoyed it if we do).
