a long overdue review - if you're in need of a car service for your trip to wine country, request to book Alex as your driver. He knows the wine region extremely well and always ready with great recommendations to eat / drink / stay if you still need it. I had the pleasure of having him as our driver twice now for our wine tasting adventures. The first time was 4 years ago, Alex took us around in a well appointed Ford Expedition (Luxury SUV). Our group of 4 fit comfortably as we explored multiple tasting rooms around Napa and Sonoma. We pre-booked everything but we had some extra time afterwards so Alex introduced us to great little winery called James Cole. We still enjoy JC today and refer a ton of friends. Fast forward to a recent weekend this summer, we just celebrated a friend's birthday with wine tasting in Napa. Alex was our driver again - this time in a brand new Lincoln Navigator (Luxury SUV). Our group of 5 enjoyed the ride and Alex's company. It was another great time. Alex is friendly, professional and a safe driver. He kept us on track with our reservation timelines and offered some great tips on new places we can consider exploring next time. read more

Preferred Limousine - Our awesome ride during a fun day of wine tasting in Napa - a new Lincoln Navigator. - Limos Near Me - Napa, California

Finally back in Napa. Week days are fabulous for wine tasting and touring; warm and no traffic. We got to go to more smaller tasting at different winery's. Our driver took pictures of us, Pre ordered us sandwiches to help us going. Places are nicer than before. We are looking at different places to stay as prices are reasonable now. Food is the same small portions, same prices. Our driver gave us great recommendations. P.S by the time your Uber shows up and you wait, price surging and Carrying your stuff ie, purse, sweater, purchases, water. 1) it's not much more. 2) you don't loose anything read more

Preferred Limousine - Limos Near Me - Napa, California

Warning this company subcontracts its limo services. The gentlemen they ended up sending to pick us up decided that he did not think he could get to one of our wineries which we had previously shared as part of our itinerary with Preferred, furthermore instead of offering solutions was rude and unapologetic... We have been to this winery half a dozen times in limousines before and were simply speechless as we booked both the car and the winery weeks before and already paid for the tasting. Preferred Limo when we told them the financial responsibility we had at the winery refused to compensate any of our limo service for the day to offset the cost, and blamed it on the driver... Who they contracted. Truly recommend using another company like wine country tours or ask a winery for a suggestion, apparently this company or our driver has a bad reputation at a couple if the wineries. Good luck! read more

Thank you Yelp for helping me plan another successful trip! Excellent customer service from Preferred Limousine from start to finish. Alex and I exchanged a few emails before I called to book our reservations. He was very prompt and thorough with answering all my questions. I also used a Yelp Deal. Our driver AJ picked us up on time. I already had an itinerary, so I just had to tell him where we needed to go and off we went. Our itinerary - 9:30am to 3:30pm Hotel pick up from Napa Winery Inn Robert Mondovi Tour & Tasting Rombauer Vineyards Tasting & Self-guided Garden Tour V. Sattui Winery Tasting & Lunch Hotel drop off The limo was stocked with bottled waters, liquor and sparkling wine. He would refill the bottled waters in the ice bucket/cooler as needed. That was pretty awesome to have cold waters waiting for us when we got back in the limo, especially since it was a very hot day in Napa. We were able to plug in our iPhone 4 to play music. The limo itself was nice. It was black and fit 10 people. We had such a great time! We normally tip 20%, so it would have been nice to hand the driver a cash tip rather than having it be included in the entire bill. Other than that, it was great. read more

I have used several Limo Companies in the past. And it always seems like a hit or miss. But with this company we had a great time in Napa. They recommended a lot of great places and the driver got us into some private wineries that were just perfect. We loved the smaller wineries with the mom and pops serving us with the wrap around porch and the dog laying on the steps. Loved it! Thanks again Alex! read more

The appointment person responded to my inquiry quickly. They communicated by email & by phone. Con - They required a 20% tip prepaid. Our driver was only adequate:( He only drove us from destination to destination without giving us advice. For example: What wineries have good picnic areas? "Don't know." What winery has good white wine? "Don't know." Our driver was very quiet and not interactive with my birthday group. Normally, that would have been okay, but we were celebrating! When I contrast him with my friend's birthday limo driver, the other guy gave us advice, exuded warmth, and was fun! The other limo service, the driver even gave us advice on how to slide & exit properly to avoid a Britney Spears fiasco! Unfortunately, this company hires drivers who don't know the Napa area. Nor was the driver exuberant, which is important because wine tasting with friends is a special day! read more

I'd definitely recommend preferred limo! We booked with Preferred for a 6 hour Napa Valley wine tour. I'll admit, I've never been on a limousine wine tour but Preferred Limo came at a great affordable price and everyone had a lot of fun. Our driver AJ showed up on time and went over the itinerary for the day and gave us recommendations and tried to incorporate what we were looking for out of our day. We were able to go to 3 wineries, AJ even took us to a beautiful picnic area in a gazebo on a lake for our picnic lunch we had packed beforehand. Overall, everyone had a great time and we had AJ to thank at the end of the day! read more

Limo was in great condition and spacious. The limo was stocked with sodas, water, champagne and vodka. We were pleasantly surprised by this. Our limo driver was very sweet. He wasn't as familiar with Napa as we would have liked, but he made sure we got where we needed to be on time. He also dealt with six intoxicated ladies at one point, so kudos to our driver! I would recommend this company. read more

First, the price was great for 7 women touring wine country (final price already included tax and tip and was still less then other companies). Second, AJ, our driver, was on-time, professional, and very knowledgeable of the area, great wineries and where we would have the best time with the time we had. We had received a few suggestions from friends before leaving for Napa and gave those to AJ (though we didn't have to go to all of them). AJ then took into consideration our wine tastes, the number of people in our group, and the amount of time we had to tour. He took us to a total of 6 wineries for tastings, 2 of which were ones that were recommended and the others were at the recommendation of AJ. We didn't have to worry about anything the rest of the day, he handled it all! The limousine was also in great shape, clean and with a fully stocked bar (not that we needed too much more alcohol)! I highly recommend Preferred Limo for their personal service, their high quality limousines and great drivers! read more

I booked preferred limo for a wine tour (I had already hand picked our stops) for four girls for a bachelorette weekend in Napa. Ross was our driver and he was great! It was raining so he got 4 umbrellas from our hotel to take with us for the day and made sure we never got wet! He even came into one of our wineries to bring us the umbrellas while we were tasting because the rain was really starting to come down while were in their. The booking process was also very easy! read more

Had a wonderful day in Napa thanks to Preferred Limousine! Our group originally planned to drive up to Napa ourselves (we were staying in Oakland for work), and decided to book a car & driver 2 days before the trip. The booking process was very efficient- I was sent a quote for a 6 hour trip quickly, called with a few questions and to get a quote on an 8 hour reservation, and the 2 reps I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. I received the new quote via email within minutes. Our driver, Alex was professional and knowledgeable and made our day in Napa stress free and memorable. None of us in the group had visited the area before and only had a short list of recommended wineries from co-workers. It turned out that these were all popular locations, which also made them crowded. Alex was able to recommend smaller, quieter wineries- all with very impressive wine. He even called ahead to let them know we were on our way. After our first wine tasting we stopped to pick up lunch and arrived at our next destination to be greeted and shown to a table in the garden, already set for the 4 of us to enjoy our lunch and next wine tasting. Impressive! Alex was great about taking our group's pics throughout the day at each location. He also accommodated our request to take a detour through San Fran to stop at the Golden Gate bridge on our way to Napa. Overall we had a wonderful day in Napa thanks to Alex's expertise! I highly recommend Preferred Limo if you are planning a trip to Napa. read more

Used them for a full day (7 hours ) of wine tastings. Driver was nice, but a little too obvious about it and the tip he wanted. The driver also was heavy on the breaks.... Sent us all sliddimg a few times... The car was old and had paint peeling off the car / inside the lights and radio did not work. Basically we all felt like we were in the back of a taxi cab. When booking I asked if they were local and they said they were, come to find out they are not. I will not use them again read more

What a pleasure! Driver was on time and very helpfull. His knowledge of wine country was remarkable. He scheduled several appointments got us in various wineries that we even didn't know existed. Very recommended. read more

Our driver Grigoriy was fanastic. He was timely, polite, and kept offering to take photos of our group, a bachelorette party of 6. When it seemed like we were running behind on appointments, he would subtly drop by and mention the time. This was a luxury excursion, but I felt that it was a great value. It was one of the most relaxing Napa trips I have ever had. We were able to drink in the limo, so the commute was just as much fun as the winery visits. We were able to visit three wineries and have a picnic lunch in the 6 hour trip. We were picked up and dropped off in Berkeley. We did run over by a few hours, but that was mostly traffic related. About $450 for 6 hours/6 people. $600 for 8 hours/6 people. We ran over by a few hours due to heavy traffic, but they only charged us for another hour ($90). Much appreciated. We also left some things in the limo and were able to connect with the driver and retrieve them. Very thankful for the good service. One recommendation: don't drink the liquor provided in the limo. It's pretty inexpensive stuff, and inevitably someone in your group will overdo it. Maybe a few of them. read more

I received a price quote on Friday and called today to make reservations. Now, before you ask why I didn't make it on Friday - I was comparison shopping. Agent today refused to honor quote and wanted to charge more. #nottoday read more

We reserved a ten person limo for wine tasting in napa valley yesterday for six of us (3 couples) and had an amazing time!!!! AJ our driver was more than accommodating to go to all the wineries on our list and even suggest some great small wineries which we loved! I will use preferred limo any and every time I'm back in napa. Get a driver don't drink and drive! Very affordable price too! read more

My wife and I plus another couple used Preferred last Friday to get us to several Napa wineries. Ross, our driver, was all that we could have hoped for. He called me a couple days before our trip to touch base and confirm our schedule. Ross was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable about Napa valley and just an all-around good guy. Car was nice, clean and the included bubbly and water bottles were a nice touch. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Ross and Preferred! read more

Thoroughly enjoyed our Napa Valley wine tour and the wineries that our driver took us to. We visited four different wineries and learned alot from our visits. We will definitely do this again when in the area. Our driver was very knowledgable and even took us on a couple of tours that were available to the general public. We had an awesome time! read more

Last weekend was our second time with Preferred Limo. Our driver, Alex was very easy going and truly provided us with a unique experience. Alex took us to wineries that were not our normal stops. This proved to be the best part of our trip and we joined a new wine club because of Alex taking us to a fabulous tucked away winery! We will call on Preferred Limo each and every time we are in Napa!! read more

6 friends plus myself booked a wine tour last friday and could not have been more pleased with Preferred Limousine. The driver showed up right on time despite being given the wrong address. Not only was he a really nice guy, he was VERY knowledgeable about the wineries. We went in with no set plan and our driver made sure we had a good time and planned out a good tour for us. We were able to hit up about 5 wineries drinking between wineries wine en route from place to place, ending a great drunken day being dropped off for dinner. Will def do this again and will def use Preferred Limousine. read more

Alex Thank you so much for showing us a fabulous day through the Vineyards in Livermore. All 5 sisters agree you made the day. Very safe driver and on the way back took the scenic route. You made everything wonderful too bad you couldn't take us out every single day on our vacation. Aloha read more

This was our second time using preferred/Napa limo... absolutely fabulous service! Always on time and went of their way to make my daughters prom special,THANK YOU read more

After extensive research for a limo service, we chose Preferred Limo and they did not disappoint. We chose them because of their excellent reviews and they had the lowest price of the six quotes we received. The company was very easy to work with and our driver Kevin was excellent. Our group was from the area so we had an idea of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go. Kevin did not try to dissuade us from any of the vineyards on out list; however, he made several suggestions that turned out to be excellent. If you're looking for a great company and driver in Napa, give Preferred Limo a call and ask for Kevin. read more

We had Kevin as our driver for my 50th birthday wine tasting celebration. He was ADORABLE!!!!! So professional, took us to great wineries, took pictures and just made the whole day extra special. While we at one particular winery, a girl that worked at one said she also had Kevin as a driver and loved him as well. He is a true art to his profession and would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for a very special day. read more

We had a 6 hour reservation with Preferred Limousine this Saturday July 12th and Alex was our driver. The service was excellent and was able to expertly accommodate our demanding schedule for the day (5 wineries and lunch). Alex really made the experience special and was able to improve our day by making recommendations that improved our situation for lunch significantly and fit us in a quick stop at the end of our day. Could not recommend more and will be using this service again in the future. Special thanks to Alex for all his insight and knowledge that he shared throughout the day. read more

I booked a 6 hr Napa Winery Tour because we had a friend coming in from the East coast and wanted to treat her and my wife to a nice tasting tour. Ross was our driver and was outstanding. He helped me pick some winery's that we would never have thought of and they were every bit better than I would have picked. I was quoted/paid a price up front so there were no surprises or add-ons. I would certainly use/recommend Preferred Limo and driver Ross read more

Thank you for promptly addressing my concerns. I look forward to my upcoming visit to Napa and many years as a repeat customer.

Reliable and clean car service. Thank you for all your help.

As Napa newbies, we relied on our driver Enrique to tell us the right places to go and we are thankful for him. He took us to a big winery, as well as a few small ones. He also took us on a tour of napa and was able to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Enrique! read more

I highly recommend this company! The reservation process was pretty seamless, only issue is I wish I could have inputed my credit card information online rather than call. On the day of, our driver Alex was early to arrive and super friendly. I will use them again when I go back! read more

Great time in our limo to Napa with my wife's family in town. Greg was a great driver and provided some good commentary and picked out a nice winery on our way out of town for one last stop. Very cool experience to drive up in a limo to Napa. read more

We reserved an 8-passenger limo for 9 hours in Napa this weekend. The limo driver (Francisco) arrived early, was prepared with the agenda I had emailed, had 2 bottles of champagne iced and ready to go. He was great at being our photographer as well when we arrived at each winery, knowing it was a special occasion and I wanted to capture photos (w/ me in them). My itinerary only had 2 wineries w/ the 3rd as "tbd" since I thought we could wing it. Francisco asked if we wanted him to call in any reservations for us for the 3rd location. He found us a quaint tasting room that was very cordial and fun. The limo was nice, new, fully stocked and very comfortable. Everyone I had to talk to on the phone while making the reservation was courteous and resourceful. Francisco was THE BEST! He was more than a limo driver. He made it his priority to make sure we all had a great time, captured memories on film, and he even made sure the carry all of our winery purchases to the limo. What a great experience. We will definitely call on Preferred Limo again! read more

I live in San Francisco, and due to my local dermatology offices inability to perform radiology treatments in their SF office, they arranged to provide transportation for 11 sessions to/from SF-Pleasanton (including a pre-assessment interview). I have only one more treatment on 04/21 and I can't tell you how impressed and pleased I have been with the level of courtesy, professionalism, friendliness and promptness exuded by this company and the 2 drivers (Enrique and Georgie) that have transported me over the last 5 weeks. What ordinarily should have been a very stressful and painful situation, was anything but with this company and these 2 gentleman. I can't say enough good things about them and this company. If they were a few minutes late in arrival (which only happened once due to Bay Bridge traffic) they always kept me updated, and I still arrived to my appointment way ahead of schedule. Should I have to make plans to do go somewhere, this will be my first choice in transportation needs. read more

I booked a stretch limo from Preferred for my husband's 40th birthday. I asked them to pick up friends in San Francisco, drive to Pleasant Hill to pick us up, and then take us to Napa for a wine tour. Riverside. Everything happened precisely on schedule and it was a wonderful day. The limo was impeccable and the driver was professional and extremely accommodating. We visited 4 wineries and even had time for a picnic lunch in Patland winery overlooking beautiful Napa Valley. There were no surprises when my payment was processed and I felt comfortable with everyone I interacted with.
