NO SHOW. The shuttle didn't come for my 5:05am pick-up. I waited until 5:15am and called the company and they said the shuttle was out. Then a few minutes later they called and said they can come in 10 minutes. That was too much time waisted and my lyft was already on the way which showed up in 5 minutes and cost half their price. read more

The only way to get to and from the local airports! Super easy to book via their website, they confirm your reservation, and call you the day before to confirm again. The drivers have always been on-time, super friendly, and safe drivers. The prices are also super reasonable. I love not having to worry about getting to the airport, finding parking, and then getting a shuttle to the airport. It's nice that this shuttle serves Sonoma. They are on time but they didn't call to confirm my reservation. I had to call them. They did let me know that they were going to be five minutes late. Excellent! We just used their service from Santa Rosa to SFO airport going and returning. Excellent service - great communication with the office and the drivers. and their pricing is quite a bit less than the other similar services I called for a quote - highly recommended! On the return our flight sat on the tarmack for an hour waiting for a gate and another hour waiting for baggage. Our driver waited patiently all that time as we texted back and forth with updates. I have used this service for almost 2 years for my frequent flights from SFO to Boston. They are always on time and have the most courteous drivers. Also, last year when I was stuck in Boston during the "Bomb" snow storm and had several cancelled and delayed flights, they were understanding and ensured there was a driver to meet me in SFO when I arrived days after my orginally scheduled transport. Our flight to Australia last Sunday, January 8th was canceled at 1 am on the 9th. Now we were stuck at SFO, with no way home. I took a chance and called Ivan, our shuttle drive (to the airport) at 2 am and he said he would come pick us up in an hour and drive us back to Petaluma! What service! We decided to try NorthBay Shuttle based on its excellent yelp reviews. We were very pleased with quality and efficiency of the service. The longterm parking at SFO now is $25/day and with a 20 day trip it would have cost $500 to park there. Plus the additional hassle of having to deal with loading the bags on and off the AirTrain from parking garage to terminal. We had 3 adult riders and 3 large bags to check, plus another smaller overhead bag. We needed a ride to SFO from Novato for an early morning flight with a check in time of 5:30AM. It wasn't as practical for us to use the Airporter at that hour. Our driver arrived promptly at 4:30AM in a full sized van. Helped us with our bags and dropped off at the terminal right on time. The driver was very courteous and professional. The fee included an additional $40 for early morning pickup and $5 for credit card use as the website clearly indicated. This was a no brainer and we would definitely use the service again. read more

Very pleased with the service. Driver (Pepa) arrived 10 min early the day she drove me to SFO and got me there earlier than anticipated. Upon my return, I needed to go through the Global Entry interview, which was a total fiasco because the agents were extremely slow and incompetent, only to find out my application had expired!) and she waited patiently (over an hour) outside the terminal. Don't think any other shuttle service would have done the same. The communication was excellent both here and while I was overseas (via WhatsApp which is free) and upon landing. I wanted to recommend North Bay Shuttle as a great private car service option. We used it over the holidays (4:30am pick-up) from Greenbrae to SFO. I called the day before to book the car. It was $95 for 3 people and they even brought a car seat for our toddler. The driver knocked on our door right on time and helped bring luggage to his minivan. He was courteous/friendly and a safe driver. They provide direct door to door car service to anywhere in the Bay Area. They started the company last summer and I like to support local businesses. I was very happy with the service that I received at North Bay Shuttle. They were on time for picking me up for my super early flight out and waiting for me at the Oakland Airport, even though my flight was delayed by several hours. My previous shuttle just didn't show up one time that I was delayed, so I am thrilled to be able to have a very reliable service to work with going forwards. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable considering that this is a private shuttle service, so no nail biting about making your flights, due to delays due to other passengers being picked up.
