I've been using North Bay Shuttle since they were referred to me several years ago and am now totally spoiled by their outstanding service. I use them for both business and personal travel logistics exclusively. They have never missed an appointment and have gone out of their way to accommodate me when I've encountered travel disruptions such as delayed flights. During the bad winter storms of February 2025, I even changed airports for my return flight because SFO was shut down ... and they were there to pick me up in Oakland at the new time. That kind of flexibility and service is rare ... and one reason I'll never go back to the express buses. John A. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but given my excellent experience with North Bay Shuttle I couldn't resist! We've been using their service for years to get to and from the airport from Sonoma County. They are 100% reliable - an important feature for catching a plane! The drivers are excellent - personable, safe and helpful. I highly recommend their service. read more

NO SHOW. The shuttle didn't come for my 5:05am pick-up. I waited until 5:15am and called the company and they said the shuttle was out. Then a few minutes later they called and said they can come in 10 minutes. That was too much time waisted and my lyft was already on the way which showed up in 5 minutes and cost half their price. read more

The only way to get to and from the local airports! Super easy to book via their website, they confirm your reservation, and call you the day before to confirm again. The drivers have always been on-time, super friendly, and safe drivers. The prices are also super reasonable. I love not having to worry about getting to the airport, finding parking, and then getting a shuttle to the airport. I've used North Bay Shuttle multiple times now and I highly recommend them! read more

It's nice that this shuttle serves Sonoma. They are on time but they didn't call to confirm my reservation. I had to call them. They did let me know that they were going to be five minutes late. The van was very uncomfortable, though the driver was a little bit Weird and he tried to be funny read more

Excellent! We just used their service from Santa Rosa to SFO airport going and returning. Excellent service - great communication with the office and the drivers. and their pricing is quite a bit less than the other similar services I called for a quote - highly recommended! On the return our flight sat on the tarmack for an hour waiting for a gate and another hour waiting for baggage. Our driver waited patiently all that time as we texted back and forth with updates. Once again - highly recommended. read more

Trustworthy I like that I can count on them to arrive on time. I like the small newer vans better. read more

They picked my dad up at OAK for me. He was very happy with the service provided and he's hard to please!

Had a very smooth ride to and from the Airport (SFO). The driver was prompt, courteous and friendly. I even made a mistake on the reservations and they still took care of me. Will definitely use again. read more

The drivers are always on time, courteous, and quite genial. Their great vehicles offer a smooth ride. We haven't been late to our destination! We've been using them for at least 6 years and will definitely continue to do so! read more

We have used North Bay shuttle many times. It costs a little more, but having somebody you can rely on to get you to the airplane even at 7 o'clock in the morning is worth it. It helps take the stress out of traveling. read more

On time, very reliable! Communication was A+++++ Will use them again for sure. Highly recommend.

If you are dreading the hassle of driving to, parking, or any of the stress of getting to your flight in SFO-here is the best way to get there!!! Wonderful service that is both personable and professional. It is limousine service with family warmth-comfortable SUV or clean vans instead of ostentatious oversized black cars. Most importantly, especially in these times, it is just you and yours, and your very courteous driver. We first used their services on our way overseas at the start of 2020. When our pick up ride couldn't make it upon our return-no worries!- North Bay Shuttle picked us up-different driver-same great service! It's like having a family member take care of you. Only better! I heartily advise anyone who needs that airport journey to be the least of their concerns---call this wonderful service! read more

On time and reliable. Good drivers. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend. Very friendly.

Fast, efficient, and timely! The driver showed up exactly on time to take me from Sonoma down to Emeryville. I'd definitely book with North Bay Shuttle again. read more

Choose North Bay Shuttle-GREAT SERVICE! You won't be disappointed and all the drivers are great! I traveled from SF to Philly for a project for months and they were always on-time and super reliable even when flights are delayed. Vans are clean and the drivers drive safely! I always use NorthBay Shuttle when traveling to any airport. Keep up the great customer service North Bay you ROCK! read more

I have used this service for almost 2 years for my frequent flights from SFO to Boston. They are always on time and have the most courteous drivers. Also, last year when I was stuck in Boston during the "Bomb" snow storm and had several cancelled and delayed flights, they were understanding and ensured there was a driver to meet me in SFO when I arrived days after my orginally scheduled transport. I have used other shuttles and marin airporter and will never use anyone else again except for North Bay. read more

On time picked us up at home. Good driver took us to SFO and they will be waiting for us when we return. Will use them again. We were the only ones aboard and were in a clean comfortable passenger van. A great way to get to SFO or OAK airport stress free. read more

Mixed experience: excellent reliability for pick up from home or SFO but not a fan of having other family members ride along eating fast food in such an enclosed space. read more

Excellent service; this company really cares for their clients! They've been waiting for us at SFO for hours while the airport was on indefinite lockdown and we could not even deplane. When we finally got home by midnight, we realized that our driver's next ride was scheduled at... 4:00am. Most companies would have cancelled service. NorthBay Shuttle did not ! We will use them from now on. read more

Great service , drivers are friendly and helpful. Pick up to and from airport was prompt . I highly recommend North Bay Shuttle if you are looking for a reasonably priced and efficient car service. read more

Excellent service, on-time pick-ups and prompt communication! Highly recommend them and will surely use them again :)

We used this shuttle service in mid-July to SFO (in both directions) from Novato. Driver arrived on time and was very friendly. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again and refer our family and friends. Thank you! read more

Excellent experience! Seamless! Driver arrived even early for our 2:45 a.m. pickup from Novato to SFO. Friendly and excellent driver. Will use again for sure. read more

Our flight to Australia last Sunday, January 8th was canceled at 1 am on the 9th. Now we were stuck at SFO, with no way home. I took a chance and called Ivan, our shuttle drive (to the airport) at 2 am and he said he would come pick us up in an hour and drive us back to Petaluma! What service! If you need to get to the airport, this is the only company to use. read more

We decided to try NorthBay Shuttle based on its excellent yelp reviews. We were very pleased with quality and efficiency of the service. The longterm parking at SFO now is $25/day and with a 20 day trip it would have cost $500 to park there. Plus the additional hassle of having to deal with loading the bags on and off the AirTrain from parking garage to terminal. We had 3 adult riders and 3 large bags to check, plus another smaller overhead bag. We needed a ride to SFO from Novato for an early morning flight with a check in time of 5:30AM. It wasn't as practical for us to use the Airporter at that hour. Our driver arrived promptly at 4:30AM in a full sized van. Helped us with our bags and dropped off at the terminal right on time. The driver was very courteous and professional. The fee included an additional $40 for early morning pickup and $5 for credit card use as the website clearly indicated. This was a no brainer and we would definitely use the service again. read more

Yes they are in business Yes sometimes they are busy and believe it or not if you leave a message they get back to you, in my case right away Very nice driver," Sam" kind and helpful Strong too which was great for our souvenir packed luggage! My trip to Petaluma from Sfo fell through so I found them on yelp, good reviews and great prices so I called from Maui and scheduled them to take me home when I landed a week later, we stayed in contact via phone the day before and at landing I totally recommend them Thanks a lot Sam!!! read more

Perfect service every time. Always on time, very courteous and if you are lucky enough to get Tono as your driver, you will get to the airport accompanied by one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. This is a family business that has an impeccable record. I am glad to have found this service and will use them for all my airport rides. read more

I wanted to recommend North Bay Shuttle as a great private car service option. We used it over the holidays (4:30am pick-up) from Greenbrae to SFO. I called the day before to book the car. It was $95 for 3 people and they even brought a car seat for our toddler. The driver knocked on our door right on time and helped bring luggage to his minivan. He was courteous/friendly and a safe driver. They provide direct door to door car service to anywhere in the Bay Area. They started the company last summer and I like to support local businesses. I highly recommend them! read more

Fantastic --- on time --- solid communication about pick-up and drop-off well in advance. Worth the money! Look no further.

Excellent service, professional drivers, they are always on time. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are the best in Marin. Very reasonable price. Sam is great to work with and is always on time

Easy to book, on time, great communication & careful driving - overall excellent experience . Will definitely use them in the future!

These guys are great ! We have used them several times and also have recommended them to friends ! Always lots of good communication and consistently on time. The drivers are helpful and friendly ! read more

I had a family funeral in LA this weekend & desperately needed a ride to/from SF airport. North Bay Shuttle made a really hard time a little easier by providing clean, safe, prompt, reliable & reasonably priced service. I will be recommending North Bay Shuttle to anyone looking for a shuttle service. read more

Very pleased with the service. Driver (Pepa) arrived 10 min early the day she drove me to SFO and got me there earlier than anticipated. Upon my return, I needed to go through the Global Entry interview, which was a total fiasco because the agents were extremely slow and incompetent, only to find out my application had expired!) and she waited patiently (over an hour) outside the terminal. Don't think any other shuttle service would have done the same. The communication was excellent both here and while I was overseas (via WhatsApp which is free) and upon landing. Pepa is very friendly. I will definitely use this service again and will recommend it to others. read more

Driver was on time. We did not have to wait, since he was there as scheduled. Driver was courteous and pleasant to converse with. We hope his business grows because it is well managed! read more

I was nervous as we had to fly out of SFO before dawn. But no worries as our driver was there at 330 am. And on the return trip back, our flight arrived early and the driver was there early too, ready to take us back home! read more

I was very happy with the service that I received at North Bay Shuttle. They were on time for picking me up for my super early flight out and waiting for me at the Oakland Airport, even though my flight was delayed by several hours. My previous shuttle just didn't show up one time that I was delayed, so I am thrilled to be able to have a very reliable service to work with going forwards. Additionally, the prices are quite reasonable considering that this is a private shuttle service, so no nail biting about making your flights, due to delays due to other passengers being picked up. Highly recommend! read more
