Jimmy the morning driver is very prompt arrives 5 minutes early, helps us with our luggage and drive us safely and leisurely to SFO where he again helps with our luggage to the curb. Fun conversation with Jimmy. We have had 3 different evening drivers on the return trip from SFO, but each one very courteous, drives safely and helps with luggage. On the the latest return from SFO on November 14, 2016, we had Jimmy the night driver who was very pleasant, drove safely and leisurely through the commute traffic and helped bring our luggage into our house. For airport pickups, they offer a choice between having someone waiting for you in baggage claim or having you call when you are ready to be picked up. We've always selected the second option and have generally been picked up within less than five minutes of making the call. Their drivers are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We live in a rather obscure part of Mill Valley and all of the drivers we've had have no problems getting to and from our house. It is a bit more expensive than the shuttle services, but it is well worth the extra cost. read more

We are a returning customer who made a reservation secured with a credit for my wife to be picked up at the Oakland airport - upon arriving, at night and raining, she was told that they had elected to send her car to another customer - no other arrangements made, no back up, nada... When I called to talk with John about this he said he was too busy to talk - Amazing given he had just talked with my wife who he had left high and dry...... This is a complicated review. When I started I intended to give them 1 (million negative) stars if I could, but only because our driver Michael was an absolute awful scumbag. I seriously hope I never see him again. BUT the owner and other drivers of this company are awesome! That is why I am still giving them 3 stars stars...Mischa and company- you rock. Michael- you are in the wrong profession and should probably re-evaluate whatever social skills you apparently think you have. My parents and family were visiting me from out of town, and we arranged for the limo service to pick us up. I was slightly concerned when one member of our party arrived, who also lives here in the bay, looked right at me and said "Dude, we are f*****. I had this guy last time, he is a total jerk and will not stop with the running commentary." GREAT JUST GREAT, but I thought popping some champagne and getting nice and toasty would at least lessen the painful experience. O how wrong I was. At first things were ok...then came the commentary. First stop- a small winery that doesn't have a physical vineyard and tastes out of their office. Michael started making snarky comments about never having done such a thing, or heard of it, in all of his years. YO DUDE I WORK IN THE WINE BUSINESS I OBVIOUSLY SPECIFICALLY PICKED THIS PLACE. I DO NOT NEED YOUR OPINION. We actually had a fabulous tasting there, loved it, tasted some of the best wines in Napa (this is an actual fact, it is literally my paying business to know), despite Michael deeming the location unacceptable. Next- he mixed up the itinerary and took us to the wrong spot first. No big deal. When my Mother, a sweet tiny french yoga teacher who is inherently nice and was trying to give this guy a chance, alerted him to this and asked that we go to the correct location, he actually challenged her, and very rudely suggested that she was unorganized and too drunk to remember the emails she sent to the company. Um no- just no. She had all of her emails printed out, she is an organizational guru, and I took a look and verified that she had in fact provided the correct address. After our lunch I made several appointments. He flat out told me no, he would not go there, I was misinformed, those wineries were closed. Um, no, no they aren't because I just called. He just kept arguing. At this point I started losing my cool. We ended up not even going to our afternoon appointments because he kept going on and on about how inconvenient it would be to drive there. Newsflash asshole- we are paying you to go, you are not our friend volunteering to DD. You have no say in this. Fighting him was exhausting, so I gave up. I could go on and on, overall he was a terrible, terrible, driver who should truly reconsider his profession. This was the real icing on the cake though. I almost drop kicked the guy when he started commenting that my Aunt and I, both wearing long skirts, could get out of the limo in a more lady like manner. ARE YOU SERIOUS. I am actually extremely pleased that my brothers were not on this trip with us because at this point they would have lost it. Not only was he rude to my darling, sweet mother, but he went in on me and my poor Aunt who does not even speak English? Cool dude. To cap things off- when my father wen to pay, Michael automatically added himself a 21% tip. HA. ARE YOU KIDDING? Just when I thought I couldn't dislike you any more. All of that being said- Mischa called us right away today to apologize and refund the gratuity. Mischa and his company are seriously fabulous, and I have had nothing but good experiences in the past using them for airport and wedding stuff. Every other driver, and experience, I have had with them has been great- hence the 3 stars. Strawberry Limousine service is amazing! I had a dilemma. I was scheduled for surgery in SF but I live in Santa Rosa. Neither my mom nor daughter feel comfortable driving in SF and after surgery I would be stressed. I had no idea what I was going to do. So I researched the idea of a limo service. None of them said anything about dropping you off at a hospital and the picking you up. So I emailed a couple. Strawberry Limousine responded quickly, gave me a couple of options , and the price was very fair. I scheduled my service. The night before the hospital moved my surgery time UP! From arrival time of 8am to arrival of 6 am. I panicked and called Strawberry Limo. I went from a pick up time of 630am to 4:30 am and they said No Problem! This was at 6:30 pm the night before. The Limo arrived early. Very clean inside and out. Our driver JIMMY was absolutely amazing. He was funny and engaging and helped put all our fears to rest. We arrived 25 minutes early! His driving put us at ease and the car was a new Lincoln and was very comfortable. My surgery ended and I was to be discharged earlier then expected. We had a pick up time if 1130 am and called Strawberry Limousine at 9:30 am and asked if it was possible to be picked up at 1030 instead of 1130? We totally understood if it wasn't possible. The dispatcher said he would work on it and a car would be there at 1030 unless he calked us back. At 1030 a limo pulled up to pick us up at UCSF and take us home. The driver made sure the seat was set back for me and that I was comfortable. I actually was able to relax and sleep a bit on the way home after surgery. The cars are in great condition and very comfortable. The drivers are well dressed, professional and you feel safe. The price is extremely reasonable. I prefer to use Strawberry Limousine for my transportation needs and I don't use Uber or Lyft as I like the fact that the company's owner and dispatch know where we are at all time; the drivers are experienced in the roads here and the cars maintain a strict maintenance policy! If you cancel the service, make sure to get a cancellation confirmation # or something in writing and the name of who you spoke with, as they may still send the car on your selected cancelled day & time and charge you. After speaking with the manager and explaining that I cancelled a week prior to the date and have been a long time loyal customer that uses them on a regular basis, the manager would not listen and stated that because they showed up and provided a service they need to be paid for that service, even though I had, in fact, canceled the reservation! Since they still are charging me for a service I have canceled, I have requested they cancel my account and am going with another company for now on. read more

We just completed a weekend event requiring transportation for 34 conference attendees, arriving and returning to SFO and OAK airports over a period of 4 days and requiring a total of 26 pickups and returns. The weekend went off without one mistake or late pickup. We have used Strawberry Limo for several years now and have been exceptionally pleased with not only their services, but also the quality of drivers they employ. They are easy to work with, adjust easily to changes in times and types of cars required and do it all gracefully and with class. If I could give them zero stars, I would. After arriving from an international flight, I promptly called them upon gathering my baggage once outside. The first call sent me to voice mail and I was disconnected after one minute. The second call sent me to voice mail for 3 minutes before being disconnected. On the third attempt I went to voice mail and held for thirteen minutes before I hung up and went to the cab line. The dispatcher called 20 minutes later with excuses. Lack of customer service is not to be tolerated. I will never use them again. Seems as though they do not know how to run their company. read more

My previous boss had used this service for all his travels to the airport. My coworkers visiting from out of town were here last week and we planned a dinner in Sausalito, but we didn't want to rush to catch the last ferry. I thought, well my boss loved them why not try them! Well, it really paid off, they were there on time and the cars were super comfortable. The driver in my car was so funny! Beware fellow travelers. I had a 4:30 am pick up to make a 6 am flight at SFO. They were a NO SHOW. I had to drive my own car and park it in short term parking to make the flight, which I did just barely. The price to pick up the car was $350.00. Call another service. You don't need this. Our driver was extremely pleasant and showed up on time and did what we asked. Only slight issue there was that he was not eager to help with our bags unless we actually asked for help. We had to cart them from the limo to our destination in all our wedding finery. He otherwise did his job which was to drive, but that was it, unless we asked. The BIGGEST downside of this company is the unapologetic nature of the enormous mistake they made. I called themi n January to book a WHITE limo for my daughter's wedding. I was assured by Kevin that it would be WHITE. If not - I would have booked with a different company. I received a printed e mail confirmation from Mischa that it would be WHITE. I checked in on two subsequent occasions to ensure all was fine and was assured that it was. Each time I called I reiterated that we wanted a WHITE limo and each time I assured that YES it would be. Imagine our surprise when they showed up with a BLACK limo. It was obviously too late to do anything about it so we had to suck it up. ! I called in on Monday to let it be known and instead of an apology was told "there is nothing on your order that indicates you asked for WHITE. I was livid at this implication and argued that I had. He then said "well - what do you want me to do about it?" I had to think on the spot and suggested a refund of some sort to compensate. He said well I see you had the limo for 5 hours right? Ummmm since when did 1pm to 4:30pm = 5 hours??? I think that amounts to 3 and a half which Is what I told him. So he rather begrudgingly offered to take off one hour. I suppose that's better than nothing so I accepted his offer. After coming off the phone I went to my files and found my original order and confirmation from Mischa that CLEARLY STATED - WHITE. We are sooooooo disappointed. $95 does not change the fact that we paid for WHITE, asked for WHITE, wanted WHITE and didn't get what we asked for and paid for on my daughter's wedding day. This company just seems poorly managed. Kevin was sweet when I booked, Pedro was polite, everyone else seemed either untrained, confused or rude. So sad it turned out this way.
